This RAM works great with my Acer Aspire One (D250). I haven't had any problems and after looking up how to install the RAM into my netbook on [...] I was good to go. I recommend this product to anyone planning on upgrading their RAM.

Plugged right into the EEE PC. Bit of a challenge due to the tight space Asus supplies. But once in Windows 7 reports 2G & everything is working.

This was an outstanding price for a 2GB Memory card. I have the Toshiba Netbook model NB305 with the latest INTEL Atom 450 processor. Installation was a snap, alll I had to do was remove 1 screw from the back, remove the existing 1 GB card and replace it with the new one. My system now runs at about twice the speed. Excellent value and product. Highly recommended!

Installed into a Dell Inspiron E1505, I've had it installed for about 2 weeks now and it's working great. I can definitely notice the speed boost when surfing the web and having multiple programs open. I previously had 1gb (2x512mb) of ram.

I had no trouble upgrading from 1GB to 2GB with thisproduct. My FreeRam program showed a massive increasein memory right off the bat! Im a happy camper!

This replacement card was an easy task to install. One small screw holds the cover in place and is easily removed. I just pulled out the card that came with the netbook and slid in the replacement. One needs to be careful of static electricity when handling the card. A wrist strap would be a good safety item.

I bought this 2GB kit when Amazon ran out of the single chips which sell for $22 a piece. I have purchased both, and they are the exact same chips. I have no idea why it currently costs $8 more for the kit, than it costs buying two separate chips. Anyway, the RAM is high quality at a good price. I use it in my older Dell E510, and it works fine.

...My wife ordered 2 of these Crucial 2gb kits on August 27th '09 and I paid extra for 2-day shipping. Problem is...todays Sept 3rd and it hasnt shown up yet. The idiot at Amazon.com customer service did little or nothing to solve this problem, except a whole lot of double-talk, so I cancelled the order completely. I was then told that the refund wouldnt be seen on my credit card for 7-10 days...Pathetic. If I would have known she was going to use Amazon, I could have told her what would happen...something just like this. I will NEVER order ANYTHING from Amazon.com again. BUYER BEWARE! This is the first time Ive used Amazon.com and it will DEFINATELY be my last. Off to Newegg and TigerDirect! They have never BUSHed-up an order for me, like this, yet. Good luck operating a business in this economy with THAT kind of service Amazon. This wasnt a UPS problem, this wasnt a Crucial problem, its an Amazon.com problem! How hard is it REALLY to ship an order competently? C'MON!

I purchased this as part of the package Amazon was offering. This memory card is not for this model! I am still trying to recover my pc as I have BIOS errors. Been trying to autocorrect my system for a couple hours now, with no luck.Nothing like purchasing a netbook that no longer works. Don't be a sucker like me - and research if the memory card is compatible with the pc before install.

I purchased this ram to max out my current netbook memory, as to utilize the machine better. I have an Acer AOD250 with Windows7, and this memory seems to help with some applications loading. Ease of installation was simple literally took 2 minutes. Computer recognized the ram at startup and have had no lock ups or issues with ram. Shipping was fast, got it 4 days sooner than projected date.. NO COMPLAINTS.. Amazon and Crucial A+++

I own the ASUS Eee PC 1000HE 10-Inch Netbook (1.6 GHz Intel Atom Processor, 1 GB RAM, 160gb HD).First you have to open the cover plate on the bottom of the Eee. That's the ONLY scary part of this process. I've been working on computers since the days of Time-Seared HP systems, so I'm no novice. However, the friction between the plate and the case is such that it felt as if I were going to damage the computer by applying too much force. I read several reviews on line and one mentioned this and that it would be ok. So, I went ahead and applied more force and presto out came the plate without any damage. Then you just release the clips holding the original memory, the card pops up, you pull it out without any force at all, slide the new 2gb card in to replace the original card, replace the cover, reinsert the battery, and turn on the computer.This new memory card worked like a charm and was instantly recognized. You can hit F2 while the computer is booting and go into the bios to check if you'd like, or change it manually if needed, but this is not necessary in the newer 1000HE models. As has been noted elsewhere there are YouTube videos which show the entire process - they will help the novice a great deal.

I was pleased to find Crucial memory as I have had good luck with it for 12 years. One stick was bad but replaced immediately. The 2 worked well together in thwe laptop rebuild I did. Thanks a lot

This memory shipped fast, was well packaged and works great in my computer. I couldn't get the screw off the back of my computer to install the memory so Best Buy's Geek Squad installed it for free as a courtesy. You just click and pop it in. It works so quickly and made my computer run faster. Definitely worth the upgrade on a 1 GB netbook.

This took perhaps 3 minutes to install and was instantly recognized on restart.There is a noticeable performance boost ... much less time watching little blue whirling circle.A worthwhile investment in your traveling machine, in my opinion.

great ram, good quality, only complaint I have is the price...a little steep considering a 1gig stick is only $15. Just wish my notebook had 2 slots for ram like the MSI U100 instead of one like this Toshiba NB205. Chucked the 1gig OEM ram (such a waste) and installed this one with ease. Overall good product

I've been using the 1000he for a couple of weeks now. Frankly, it's my most favorite of all computers I've owned since beginning in the '80s. It's small (but not too small) and easy to carry. Battery life is close to what they claim (I'm still playing with that but, so far, very satisfied). It's the first computer I've had that will really go out with me for the day and still have battery left when I return. The keys are just a little tight together (first thought) but I have now become accustomed to the size. I purchased the additional 2gb of memory (about $25) and popped it in before I fired it up for the first time. I'm not sure how fast it would have been with the factory installed 1gb but, for 25 bucks, 2 gb is a no brainer.I did look at several other netbooks. By far... this is the best one currently available, in my opinion. I bought this 1 GB stick to use in an Aspire REVO as a home theater pc. It works as expected: plug it in and go. Crucial is known for quality RAM, and this little stick definitely lives up to my expectations.

Upgraded my Acer netbook from the standard 1gb to 2gb and saw a marked improvement on speed. Very satisfied with the purchase and will by Crucial memory again in the future when needed.

Perfect upgrade for my Asus Eee PC 1005HA-PU17-BK. Easy to install (although getting the ram cover door off the bottom of the EeePC took a surprising amount of force) and works perfectly.

upgrade for SAMSUNG N120 from 1gb to 2 gb ramperfect match plug then play......came in,,, unwrapped,, turn netbook (samsung N120) upside down... took off battery... unscrew the plastic cover.... slide the 2 clips holding the orig. memory...took off the memory in an angle.... install the new crucial ddr2 2gb memory(in reverse order)..... turned computer on.... there u have it..it works and i can see a big improvement overall....
