I have an Asus EEE PC 1005HA with Windows 7. When I went to the Crucial website, the part number for the memory module that they said fits my netbook was a little different than the part number for this memory module. They seemed to be the same thing, and people wrote in reviews that this one works with the 1005HA, so I bought it.Putting the new memory in the computer was quite easy, just unscrew the panel on the back, pull the things that hold the memory in to the side, and it will pop out to an angle. Take the old memory out carefully and put the new one in on the same angle. Then push it down so it snaps into place with the things that hold it in. If you don't understand these steps, there are videos on youtube that show exactly how to do it. Most importantly remember to touch something metal before you open up your computer or touch the new memory module. If you have any static electricity, you can damage the parts. It's also a good idea to take out the battery first, to make sure that no power gets to the computer while you are replacing the memory.After I finished putting in the new memory, I powered on the netbook. I right-clicked "Computer" and clicked "Properties". Under Installed Memory it still said 1 Gigabyte. Then I remembered that I had to get the BIOS to recognize the module. I rebooted and pressed F2 for setup. Then I saved the changes, booted Windows 7 and under Installed Memory it said 2 Gigabytes.After using this module for a while, Windows 7 has been a little bit faster. But the main reason I got this is not because Windows 7 was too slow for me, but because I like to use Linux virtual machines and those tend to get VERY slow if they dont get enough RAM.So if you think your netbook needs more memory, buy this!

Maxed my Samsung N150 netbook's capacity and it ran Windows 7 fine very well. No problems with it at all.

It comes just as advertised. It is easy to install, and works great. Make sure you follow the instructions. Also, make sure you get the memory for your computer. But that is obvious.

My Dell notebook was painful to use. Everything slowed it down. I put the expanded memory chip in and now I can use the computer with minimal delays. It was worth every penny.

Shipping was fast for this product. It working out as a perfect memory upgrade for my little netbook -- an Acer Aspire One D250. Upgrading the netbook from 1 gb to 2 gb was a snap.

I upgraded the memory in my daughters netbook from 1 gb to 2 gb. wow what a difference. She was wanting a new netbook because of how slow it was after I upgraded from windows 7 starter to the full version. Now she is happy with it.

Excellent product. Although I don't know what bad can a RAM do, but this is exactly what I wanted for my DELL LATITUDE D830. Came in good packaging and good condition. Took me 5 mins to install and my laptop is now faster than before.

I added this to an aging laptop that that only had 1 GB of RAM. It's only used for surfing the web, but would bog down when running low on memory. Adding these helps keep it running smooth.

Crucial Technology CT25664AC800 2GB 200-pin SODIMM DDR2 PC2-6400 Memory Module is bigger and better than its name. I don't know what I expected but not flashing speed! Can't report anything but good except I would have liked better instructions on install otherwise I am zooming along with faster Photoshop functions, faster general operation and cleaner application openings on my MACbook Pro.

I got this module to upgrade the memory of a late 2006 MacBook Pro. It was very easy to install and I was back working on my computer in no time, because of that my laptop works faster, cooler and it is most responsive. I'll recommend any Crucial memory, they always works and with their online Crucial Advisor Memory Tool you can't go wrong.

There were no compatibility issues with my hp laptop. Works fine. Although not sure if the packing was original or tampered with to remove one of the modules (it seemed to be a pack of two originally)
