I was happy with this memory! It made the computer much faster. I only wish the computer had not died out the minute I put the memory in the computer. I lost the processor right away so I could not use the 4 GB of memory that I purchased. Not the fault of the memory or the people who sold it to me.

I bought this memory to upgrade a friends computer and I was amazed at how well this memory performed. The original memory was a Hynix memory module with 256 MB of Ram. The computer was slow and hung a lot. When I put the Crucial memory in, it was like a new computer! I've always used Crucial memory and I know why. It just works. No effort on your part. If only life worked this easy!

The Crucial 2GB Single DDR2 has provided noticeably improved laptop performance! We bought 2 of these for my 5-year old laptop which had been sluggish for a while. I am running on Vista 32 bit. I'm very pleased with the increased speed going from a total of 2GBs to 4GBs!

I had purchased a Gateway Netbook for Windows basically. I own a Chevy SS and needed tuning for my cars modifications. Since HPTuners isn't compatible with Mac, I needed this little guy to do the work for me.Needless to say it gets the job done and this extra stick of RAM makes life a little more bare-able.Maybe I'll get a Surface Pro and ditch the Netbook, but a large part of me thinks this will be unlikely

Found this gem after checking our system specs out on the Crucial website. Install was super easy and I'm thrilled I don't have to buy a new computer. Ram was all it needed.

Purchased memory because the computer was getting super slow. The OSX Activity Monitor showed that some of the active applications were using over 2GB of "virtual" memory, so the lack of physical memory was pretty obviously a problem. The memory arrived quickly and well packed, and was a doddle to install in to the '06 white 24" iMac Core2 Duo. Don't make the same mistake I did and assume that the 1GB existing memory is on 1 SODIMM, thus adding a 2GB will max the machine out to 3GB of useable memory -- I should have checked under the Apple menu/About this mac/hardware/memory. But moving from 1 to 2.5 has made a dramatic difference in the performance of the machine.Getting the old memory out is easy following the instructions that are easily found on the net. Putting the new SODIMM in was easy to a point - I pushed it firmly until it was seated. The Apple instructions then say "Once fully seated, close the ejector clips." But my DIMM ejector clips wouldn't move without what seemed like excessive force. After another 15 minutes searching the net (I am SO glad I had another computer available) I found some forum messages that said to just force them and ignore the horrible sounds as you do so. That is what I did, all seems well, and the computer has been working flawlessly (and much faster) ever since.

I purchased this 2gb RAM for my Asus eee 1005hab netbook. It came with 1gb and was able to hold 2gb max. I removed the battery and made sure i had no static charge. I opened the RAM cover on the back held by one screw, removed the old 1gb card, and put in the new one. I pressed F2 before the start screen came up and it showed that i had 2gb now. My computer speed has improved and this was the first time I added hardware in my life. It was so simple and i recommend anyone to upgrade using Crucial Technology CT25664AC800 2GB 200-pin SODIMM DDR2 PC2-6400 Memory Module. Make sure you look up your computers specs to get the right speed. I will be buying more for my family.

didnt increase my speed as much as i had hoped, but i.m not complaining. my gripe is more with the false notion that it would make me twice as fast. oh well! affordable, and good product. would buy again.

Was upgrading our niece's desktop computer. Extra memory was necessary to more effeciently run Windows 7 and other recent software updates. This kit was the proper size and speed. Installed and back in operation in under 5 minutes.

It's hard to say anything good or bad about memory chips, they either work or they don't. These work great and the price was right. I would recommend crucial memory to anyone.

Whoops, my first review was of the wrong ram package! This pack was for upgrading my father-in-law's older Dell desktop. They performed exactly as anticipated, and his aging PC with the shiny new 3Gb ram capacity now performs far better since it isnt paging itself to death for everything.

After installing in my brand new mac mini, one of the sticks dies so now I only have 8GB RAM installed. Cool. I know its a risk when you buy memory but this was the most expensive option and it still died.

Installed this in my ACER 1 and it fit and works perfectly. This was a useful upgrade and this "Crucial" RAM seems to be well made and functions properly.

Easy installation to upgrade my old Dell Inspiron. Computer is now quicker and flashier but as expected going from 1 to 2 GB isn't a huge difference.

i was told by two people from crucial technology that this would fit my samsung netbook as an upgrade. This item doesnt even remotly look like it would fit. my netbook is a np-145 jp02s. i am so anger. I was so exited to here that i could upgrade my netbook . When i asked customer service via chat on crucial technology website i was assured by two people that this would fit my netbook np-145 jp02s.You know when your realy exited about something and its a huge let down times it by 50 and thats were i am. crucial technology you need to hire some folks that know what there talking about
