Great service ( arrived in "no time" ). The packaging: A+ ( the hard drivewas very well protected ). Fantastic price: $88.50. It's working great so far ( about 3 weeks ). Nothing but positive experience with Amazon.

Got me four off these 1 TB Green Drives for a NAS. So far so good. No problem whatsoever. For the guys wondering about warranty since Amazon failed to list it ... 3 YearsOops. I actually had to flash them to the newest firmware which solved apparently some issue. Did not had any but thought might as well do it now before I put data on it.

I picked up two of these for my D-Link DNS-321 NAS Enclosure and they've worked flawlessly. I was concerned about drive temps inside the enclosure but they've been running nice and cool. Looks like I'll be purchasing a third to replace my failed Seagate Drive.

Great drive for the price! Just remember that this is an OEM drive and does not include screws or cables! I get ticked when people bad mouth OEM drives when they don't get cables and screws... you want a RETAIL drive if you need these items!

This hard drive is great for content storage because of its variable disk speed (5400 - 7200 RPM), low noise, low power, and fair price point. TThis drive is perfect for home and small office use since it balances efficiency with cost.

I haven't used this product for more than a few months but they work as advertised, are fast, and are not loud.Performance is admirable and I will be getting more GreenPower drives soon to fill up the rest of my Drobo.

It works perfectly. I can't say I've saved a million dollars on electricity, but I'm sure it adds up. No problems yet. Let's hope it doesn't die someday. If it does, I'll be sure to change this review. (BTW... I'm using this drive in a Drobo.)

I'm using it with my Thermaltake BlacX eSATA Hard Drive USB Dock. it worked just perfectly. plugged in and started working right away. very quiet disk. so far so good. if you are looking for a good deal on a hard disk, i recommend this item.

This is an OEM drive so you will not get any screws or discs with this drive. The drive itself works perfect, is super quite and has tons of space for all kinds of media that you need to save. With 32gb cache this drive is fast enough for almost anyones needs.

Item arrived fast, as described is a Western Digital 1TB, OEM, no cables or software (This is already known since it's OEM). No drivers required after installation, works great, no loudness ... I really recommend it. Purchase was made 3 months ago ...

I bought this specifically for the Popcorn Hour A-110 and it work's great with hardly any heat, the processor get's hotter than the drive but not really an issue.

For a lower power consumption and lower RPM drive, this drive still performs very well. It outperforms other 7200 RPM drives that I have from other manufacturers.

Bought this drive for my home theater PC based on the positive review on Toms Hardware. I don't have the gear to measure the power consumption, but Tom's says it's lower than the previous drives of this series.The drive is certainly very quiet. I can't hear it over the power supply fan which itself is pretty quiet.Performance is also good, as expected.Recommended.

this drive runs so cool and quiet; i have it in Dlink NAS and the whole thing runs super quiet. no comment on its speed as I use it in network storage and the bottleneck is the network. so worth $
