Great write performance in my Nikon D700. Taking RAW files off a full card took 50 minutes. This is a good card unless you need lots of pictures off the card really fast. If this is so you need to by a faster card. You get what you pay for.

I have been using mostly "Transcend" flash cards in my digital cameras because of their price and performance ratings. I have never had a problem with any of them.

Consideration for the price, performance and capacity ratio. It's not the fastest card out there, but for the price it offers performance and capacity that's hard to beat

I recently bought a vehicle that has a higher-end, older model head unit that is nice enough but it will only work with iPods. I decided to dust off the iPod Mini and breathe new life into it. I had researched CF cards as a replacement drive, back in the day when 8GB cards were still prohibitively expensive. After browsing the reviews and spotting someone that had success with this 32GB card, I thought the $40 price point was finally doable. After doing the drive swap, I initially had issues being in a reboot loop with the Folder warning icon. It took a couple of recovery mode/restore cycles but it finally synced my music and booted to the iPod main menu. Checking back in iTunes, I was now looking at just over 29GB... nearly 8 times the original capacity. :D

I am using this in my Yamaha AW4416 as a flash drive and it has performed flawlessly and silently for many hours so far.

Hardly used and lasted only 9 months before giving me a card error in my trusty Canon xti DSLR. Older CF cards(Lexar, SanDisk) are still good, some from 2001.

These cards work great and will hold alot of data from digital cameras. prices are really good conpared to some I have purchased previously.

I've had the card for a few years with rather infrequent use in my digital SLR camera. It's worked fine right up to tonite, when I took about 30 great shots for my boy's prom nite. I know they were great because I was going through and editing them when the card decided to give up the Ghost and join the CompactFlash Card Choir Invisible. It is now pushing up digital daisies...it is a Late CompactFlash card. And everything on the card is gone. The LESSON I have learned is that when using a discount memory card like this one, always FIRST download the images somewhere ELSE before editing etc. and be willing to toss the card and replace it with a fresh new one on a frequent basis. I figure I'll continue to use this brand, but will get 2 or three at a time (which would equal the cost of one Sandisk) and be a lot smarter about how to use them in the future.
