I use this card with my Sony A300K. This card is not the fastest card transfering pictures from the camera to the PC, but the write performance is good enough to get the camera's top 3 fps in continuous mode, which is exactly what I wanted. In summary, you won't need a more expensive card (i.e. the Extreme series from Sandisk) if you're more concern about been able to shoot fast than to read fast.

I bought this card to store my mp3 files in order to free up space on my Laptop's hard drive. Unfortunately, I can't even play the files with Windows Media Player from this device. The music is slow and choppy and sometimes stops altogether. Sync times are also horrendous - Not nearly as fast as SD cards that I have. The large size is nice, but performance limitations severly limit the usability of this card.

I bought this card because I was going on a trip and didn't want to keep up with my DSLR and Laptop while navigating some very busy airports. The extra memory was perfect. The card is a bit slower than my older 4GB card, though, which was a bit disappointing since this is touted as being "fast". However, I do recommend this item.

The amount of photos this card will hold will depend upon your camera settings and on the ISO level you set your camera to. (The lower the ISO or light sensitivity setting the smaller the file size.)The card performed well and one must remember that card speed is only half of the equation. Your camera's internal buffer also plays a role. I had been using an 80x speed card and this particular card I'm reviewing is a 133x speed. I didn't notice that much of a difference in terms of writing time to my card while using the shutter and I think I was faced with a buffer issue. I was taking continous shots of hurdle jumpers and long jumpers and taking as many photos per second as the camera could handle. It was nice having a large card to handle all the photos and not have to worrying about swapping cards.I think this card is a terrific deal and I think I will get another!

This item works well in my Olympus 7070. With the large memory capacity, it allows me to take underwater movies with less energy consumption than my microdrives, so I do not need to replace the battery as often during multiple dives. It connected easily to my camera's processor.

I purchased the Transcend 32 GB card thru Amazon.com several months ago to use as an extra hard drive for my Samsung Q1 SSD. This would give me 64 GB in the two (one enclosed) solid state memory drives. I choose the CF type card instead of the better, faster SD HC card because the Samsung Q1 has a CF slot where the card can be kept without protrusion. However, I found the Transcend 32 GB drive to be much too slow to work as a hard drive. I cannot play movies from the drive and cannot even play music from the drive without distortion because of its slow speed. Hopefully there are/will be much faster CF 32 GB cards available.

So it's not the fastest card, but for the price this was a nice memory card.By this time you can get better deals, but this card has served me well and has been very reliable. Nothings worse than finding corrupt data from a memory card, never happened with this card.

This is my second Transcend 8GB CF card. I use it in an Olympus E510. It works flawlessly and the speed is reasonable. Since I shoot in RAW format this gives me plenty of storage space. The price is incredible.

I can't believe 4 GB for this cheap! I bought 6 cards for a vacation to Arizona with some trepidation - hey if the cards failed in the field when am I getting back to the Grand Canyon again? They worked great! I take pictures on a tripod so I work slow - can't testify to speed but I never had to wait to take the next shot. Have had them for a short period of time but no problems so far.

I purchase this card a few weeks ago to load about 400 to 500 songs on it to use in my Nissan Murano music system. It has worked great and still has lots of room to add more. It was easy to use after converting my apple Ipod songs to mp3, you just drag and drop.

It's fine, after using faster cards on my camera, this one feels pretty slow, but it does not drive me insane and for the price, can't complain. The first time I used it it gave me an error, but it works fine after formatting it in camera.

I do recommend this card. It's very inexpensive and works as advertised. I do not know how it rates relative to the current crop of top speed cards but it is no slower than my current crop of '133 speed' cards (all half a gig to 2 gig size) and of course visibly faster than my ancient 1 gig micro drive. Works flawlessly with Nikon D200 D300 and D700

I needed a much larger storage Medium for my FujiFilm FinePix S9600 Camera, and this was a very inexpensive way to buy 16 Gs. Though My Camera allows for a smaller sized card, I like the compact Flash for its durabiliy.The copy speed was just as fast as other Compact Flash Cards I have used with this camera.Transcend TS16GCF133 16GB 133x Compact Flash Card

I've had multiple card errors on this card. I've lost many valuable pictures. I have re-formated the card each time and now the errors are more frequent. I no longer use this card as a primary use card.

Absolutely, positively do not buy this product if you intend on shooting in RAW. This product just does not work in the upload mode for this configuration. Yes, Period. If you purchase, shame on you!

I bought this card just to make videos with my Fujifilm S9000. Fuji, or any other camera manufacturer will likely tell you that they have no experience with supersize cards like this for video purposes. Took it on vacation and the only problem was with the camera time counter. It resets to the maximum available video time after each scene is taken. Based on the camera recommendations for video time with smaller cards, you can easily extrapolate to how much time you'll actually get with this card. In my case it was four hours. So.....if you don't really care how much time you have left and can extrapolate from smaller cards this thing works wonderful. I got about 1 1/2 hours of vacation "footage" with no problems at all.Highly recommended.

(7.3 to be exact)With D300 it works as a 16GB.After formatting it becomes 8GB.With windows Vista Format, it takes years to finish formatting, so I had to stop and reformat the "quick" way.SUMMARY: There's a problem with this card. Like some other 16GB cards. It seems to have 2 sections with 8GB each.Don't forget that, even Windows Vista SP1 can NOT format it then. Una muy buena alternativa de gran capacidad, teniendo en cuenta lo que vale. La recomiendo y volver?a a comprarla sin niguna duda. I've been using the Transcend 2GB version of this card for a year now with no issues on my Nikon D200. I recently moved to this card and its as reliable as the previous one. No issues yet. Its not the fastest card around but for the price, its not too bad. Recommended!

I was looking for a CF card because I just got a new camera and my SD cards did not work. So I just bought a 2 GB SD card and didn't want to spend a lot of money. This was a GREAT DEAL! It came in less than a week and was about $2 more for the 4 GB compared to the 2 GB... no brainer!
