I purchased this to listen to downloaded podcasts and music in our car, which has a CF card slot. This product is more than adequate for the task. I've read the complaints about its lack of speed for use in DSLR cameras. We've never tried in that capacity. So, I can't judge. I'm sure it would also be fine for long term backup of family photos and video.

There isn't a whole lot to say - when I got my Nikon D300 I also got a Transcend 4GB card and it worked perfectly although it at that time was not "endorsed" by Nikon if I remember correctly. Then I got another 4GB card which also worked absolutely perfectly and so now I needed a slightly "bigger" card for a trip to Hawaii and I got the 8GB and it too has performed as I hoped. And the price was very attractive and the card arrived very quickly although I didn't choose "anything special" for delivery - so it's "all good"...I kinda like the look of the cards as well!And that's all I have to say about that.

Grabbed one of these cards for around $6. Wanted to see if they would work in my device. Worked like a champ and you just can't beat that price!

I bought this for my Rebel xt. It seems to work way better then the cheap memory card that came with the kit. Pictures load super fast and I can take many pictures in seconds with out it freezing. I have not found one thing I dont like about it.

In brief: Unless you find yourself filling up the buffer on your camera, this card will be fast enough for you. The price is great for the amount of storage it offers. I've had several Transcend brand cards, and none have failed on me yet. So far, this card has been reliable and problem-free.

Memory card works really well in my iPod mini. Now I have 16G instead of 4G. I am very happy with this product. Shipping was timely.

i purchased a compact flash from amazon last august,my order 32gb memory and i pay the amount,just a few days ago i recognized this memory is only 2gb but its ok my mistake,i cant return back to the seller shipping back is very expensive more than the price of this memory...I am loser

Amazon requires that reviews be 20 words long so almost all of this is padding to get the review posted. What do I think of the product? Well, let me tell you:2GB card good speed just works. If you need memory, Transcend is the brand I use and recommend (every size and format I have tried).

I want to commend Amazon they advertise, market and stand behind everything they sell.I have never been disappointed by anything I order from them. They are one of the few companies that you can trust. I'm so impressed with them they are the first company I go to when ordering on the Web. The card I ordered worked beautifully in my digital camera.

I loved this card the first month I had it. The price was great for a decent speed 32gb CF card. I've used Transcend cards in the past and never had any problems. I was impressed with the write speed in my Canon 7D and xsi. No more "busy" signals!But then I started losing images when I imported them to Lightroom. At first it was one or two...then almost half. Then I started getting error messages both on my Mac and the camera about card readability. After formatting on the camera, it would work again for a couple of days, then start with the bad imports into Lightroom and readability issues again.3 months later and the card is completely useless. I've never had so many problems with a memory card and I've definitely never had one fail completely on me. Obviously, by reading the other reviews, this is not an uncommon problem with this card. Definitely a waste of money. I'll spend a little more on my next card, which won't be Transcend.
