Великолепно
I bought these as a Christmas present for my fifteen year old son. He loves them. The range is very good and the features are plentiful, battery life is not an issue and there are quite a few accessories that can purchased for them. Very good product.

Great little radios with big time features! While I haven't stretched the range on these, they work great for what I do(hiking, offroading and camping). For the price and options they can't be beat.

We use these in an industrial paint factory. They are effective from our office, through a couple of cinder block walls, all the way through our factory to the shipping department. Seem to hold up pretty well in this environment. And when it is time to replace one, it is cost effective. No complaints so far.

shipped within the stated delivery time, this was a much lower price than I could find anywhere ($49.99), worked a well as can be expected for this type of radio. In an area with rolling hills in the woods I was able to communicate to about 5 miles out. I have not yet tested the headsets but so far so good.

Used for staying in contact with several friends when on vacation and had excellent range despite being a few miles apart. When using these radios make sure of your elevation in comparison to the other members in your party, this will effect the range and quality of the radios.

Accidentally dropped our old one in a water fountain. (Didn't work after that!) Really like Midland the best (tried 3 other brands.) Haven't figured out the range yet but worked really well for a miles distance of thick woods. Surprised that they also work with my daughter's cheap-o Cobra walkie talkies! Very Happy with these so far!

Works well, holds charge for long, as advertised, easy to carry, fully-featured.
Car and home charging is an excellent feature.
Dislikes:
Other than trivial operation, where it is just fine, this unit has complicated unintuitive menu system and set of features.
Granted, most of the time I do not care for these, but otherwise I carry the manual with the unit all the time, because it is difficult to remember.

These were a Christmas gift for my girls ages 10-14 definitely a hit !!! The headset is awesome very clear and easy to use we bought 2 sets and thinking of buying another for my husband and I to use at Hershey park this summer .my 5 year old is also able to work these . Much better then toy models and I think worth the money

it goes a pretty good length but does not go any where close to 36 miles much less 1 its alright but i would think about it and search stuff up about it before you buy i dont think it is great for the price. maybe if it was cheaper but it is not that great

I really like the radios but the ear peices that come with it are uncomfortable and only transmit half the time, i went ahead and bought the Midland AVPH3 Transparent Security Headsets with PTT/VOX for under 20 bucks and they work great, so much clearer sound and more comfortable

Took this on a 4 day camping trip in Lake Tahoe (car camping). I was able to hear clearly through the radios. If you are going to a place with lots of mountains, trees, and other obstacles then it will affect the range. We were camped at D.L. Bliss National Park and was able to hear clearly from our other party at Baldwin Beach (2 miles). The voice quality declined when there were trees and mountains between us during the car ride from DL Bliss to Baldwin Beach. The power was set to "HI" as suggested to get maximum range. I enjoy all the features of this radio and will buy another set.
Some people had mentioned that they had problems with the battery. I thought I did too until I opened the battery pack and noticed that there is a piece of paper which noted "Please switch to 'Hi' power to get maximum range" stuck between the battery and battery terminal which limited the connection for charge.

These radios are only go for short range of under one mile. Over that it poor reception. Took them camping, and used only when people hikes around the camp sight

I play airsoft and wanted something that would have no problem with thick woods, hills and Valley's and would do at least a mile. These radios did that and more. I was going to replace the headsets but the sound quality and as comfortable as they are I'm not going to. The menu is easy to navigate and understand. Battery life is better than expected. Both these radios were on for six hours with continuous use and they never dropped from a full charge. I would recommend these for anyone into Airsoft or paint ball.

This is a complete kit and the battery life is excellent. I have had these radio's for some time now and the only issue I have found is the distance. I don't think you could get 20 miles on them unless you were on water. Besides that they are constructed well and are very good quality.

We used handsets like this for our son for years. As long as he would answer, and stay in contact, he had quit a bit of freedom to roam safely, as boys over the years have always been want to do. We have found them quite practical,at this time in our lives. They are handy at thrift stores the size of Walmarts, K-marts, grocery stores, the mall, etc. while in wheelchairs and wanting to shop independently with differantly interests, birthdays, and Christmas. Also, if one gets to tired and needs to go home or eat the make finding each other a breeze. Also, easy to hollar, if we needed each other, in this ruff day and age.

I never bought set sets and they are excellent. Temper your expectations regarding distance. We have not come close to the 36 mile range! Regardless, they are worth the money and I have recommended them to friends that also bought them and are glad that they did.

So so. Batteries only took two months. The radio stopped working after using a car charger for the diagnosis found that the voltage level of the battery charger does not match the voltage of the radio.

We use these on our 22 acre property. We have really bad cell service in our area, and these work just fine to keep in touch with each other.

I purchased these to use at Lake Powell on our wave runners, when we go camping and four wheeling. I wanted to test them out so gave one to my friend as we convoyed up to WY for a trip. He got about 2 miles behind me, it was flat and I could still see him. It was breaking up and going in and out of range. We were line of sight and signal was unintelligible. I thought it had a much longer LOS range. It might be due to battery strength but not impressed with the range. We even changed to multiple channels. I would check out others ratings to see if mine might be a lemon or was having battery issues.
