This is the first camera ever purchased and after doing much research and deciding to spend the extra money for the Logitech -- so glad I did. Wonderful picture quality! I have a wireless connection to the internet and on windy days or stormy days, the speed and picture quality are diminished by the weather. Even so, I cannot believe the picture quality of this camera. Installation was a breeze, even though I know little of what I am doing. Highly Recommend!!

This webcam is easy to use and works well the the Apple laptops. Skype recognizes this webcam with no problems. It is small, lightweight and easy to mount along the top of the screen. I am very pleased with this purchase.

The webcam works great for videos, pictures, and video calls. The software suite it comes with is powerful and has lots of options. I'm using it on an older system with Windows Vista, which has made the software a bit unpredictable. Still, the camera works great.

I have Mac Pro and had to get an OS X compatible webcam. The HD quality is a bonus. Set up was very easy and I did not even need the software. I would recommend this one for Mac users.

I bought the webcam while it was $80 but for the past two days the price has been fluctuating right now while I write this it says $68.For the price of it now it's a great deal. The webcam has great video quality and I love the software and the features that come with it.Two things you should know about the webcam1. It's very easy to break. For example if you don't have it attached correctly to your screen and it falls 2 feet it will break trust me this is my second one.2. The audio recording can be easily distorted so try to be in a room that does't echo.All in all I give it about a 4 star out of 5.If you want to see my video review of the webcam and the video quality go to my youtube channel "Noobtechguy"and on the page search logitech webcam there should only be one. The webcam runs flawlessly on my Windows Vista system, 4 GBs ram, Phenom X4 cpu. Video is crisp and clear at 1080p and 720p. There are lower resolution video modes too. The sound is clear, although if you choose to optimize the video then the sound can be slightly distorted.Only issue I have is the webcam chord is just barely long enough, wish it was longer. I would buy this webcam again.

I've had other cameras in the past but this exceeded all my expectations, quality of video (watch the file size, quality has its costs) is very good and facial tracking software is a feature that distinguishes it from the rest I recommend it.

I had a fairly new Toshiba laptop and had attempted to Skype with my girlfriends in another state using the built in web camera and microphone. But the picture was a poor quality and my friends could not hear me. My girlfriend in Reno had purchased this Logitech camera with built in speaker and was very pleased with it. I purchased this for myself and was so happy with it, I bought one for my other friend. So we all have this webcam. Today, I am purchasing another one for my niece and nephew so that I can visit with them and they can show me their pictures that they draw.

I was willing to pay the $70.00 (actually got it for around $46.00 from Amazon new) for this camera because I was going to be out of the country for a while and wanted a strong audio/video camera. The video is not as clear as the demo when on full screen. The audio is not as good as they claim; found better audio when you use a headset. Probably could have had the same level of performance with a lesser priced Logitech webcam. I have purchased several Logitech products; have found their customer service to be very responsive so I would continue to buy Logitech. Logitech HD Pro Webcam C910 with 1080p Video

As an owner of the Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000 (Mac edition), I already had a very good idea as to what I was getting.The picture is just stunning. There are no drivers for Mac which is a mixed bag...no bells and whistles, but on the other hand true plug-n-play. Just plug it in and Skype, iChat, making movies with Quicktime Pro/Final Cut/iMovie returns absolutely stunning images. And not space hogs either! I made a minute test video just to show my business partners and it was emailable! Around 5MB!I would highly recommend this cam!

I am new to using webcam's but the Logitech is the 2nd Webcam that I purchased -- the first a Freetalk Everyman Webcam was return due to no microphone and poor video quality. The Logitech C910 is very good from my point of view as a new comer to webcams.Other than the video and audio quality I was also pleased that it fits/sits quite securely on top of my LCD monitor. It wasn't clear in any of the adverts that it would, but to my surprise it does and it is adjustible at least up and down.

I'm by no means a video guru, however the clarity and picture from the eariler version of this camera is a HUGE improvement. No dissapointments yet! A fantastic buy!

Review update-- 9/11/10During my original review, I rated the camera with regards to Skype use. I'm elated to learn from a Logitech forum post that this camera will be supporting Skype HQ with release of Skype 5.0! Because of this great news, I have revamped my review to better reflect the camera's use with 5.0, which I have been testing in beta.The positives:Camera & software install is easyCamera Size is smallDesign is attractiveLogitech HD video chat software is a nice option for those who aren't big into Skype or other big name branded chat programs.It does great in low light situations and with dual mics seems overall very capable of capturing small soundsEven in HD, this cam doesn't seem to drag on my system resources and make the PC slow like the Microsoft LifeCam CinemaNegatives:Not yet Skype HQ compliant, but will be soon with the release of Skype 5.0!The USB cable is about 1 foot shorter than the cable on the Logitech Webcam Pro 9000 / QuickCam Pro 9000The clip doesn't fit on my monitor as well as the Logitech Webcam Pro 9000 / QuickCam Pro 9000 or the Microsoft LifeCam CinemaNow that this cam is slated to be Skype HQ compliant, I can say this is my preferred & recommended camera. Once I get the full release of 5.0 (non-beta) I'll update the review with my thoughts.

I spent hours researching different cams and I'm glad I decided on the c910. Logitech is a top brand and trustworthy. The cam was so easy to setup and I LOVE the quality. The price is decent as well.

I bought this webcam one week ago, and it arrived at my house exactly when Amazon said it would.GREAT webcam for the price. Dual microphones, beautiful lens, awesome sound, extraordinary quality of picture.Records in 1080p!The two things I did not like about this webcam:The attached clip on the back did not have a rubberized bottom, so it slides if on a flat surface.And when you record on any setting but 1080p, your preview area is all weirdly colored. It looks like it registers your heat signature. I don't know how else to explain it. It looks very much like heat signatures. Blues, yellows, purples, and greens.The actual end product, however, does not show these colors. The picture looks perfectly fine. I have no idea why it does this, but I guess it just looks bad, to me, which is why it's one of the webcam's flaws.I hoped this review helped.I definitely recommend this webcam to anybody who wants a HIGH quality webcam and doesn't have much to spend on one.

I purchased the camera because my old one didn't work with Windows 7 x64. I decided on this one because it was on sale for a great price (even though it had a mail-in-rebate). The video quality is okay for a 1080p camera. It isn't particularly sharp, but it looked sharp on YouTube. Works great on Skype!The mount kind of sticks over the viewing surface of my monitor (Dell 20" UltraSharp). I can see a conflict with small bezel monitors with the obstruction of viewing area. Now to wait for my rebate...

Length:: 2:19 MinsWe tried out the Logitech HD Pro Webcam C910 and we love it. The picture quality is not quite as good as that of our Nikon video camera, and the photo editing software is not as good as the standalone program we bought -- but that's not a flaw in the camera or its software. That's comparing it with different kinds of products.For video chat, it's perfect, and as you can see from this video review, it does a very good job of creating videos. Check out an example of an edited video here: [...] We did this entirely with the webcam, edited it and uploaded it to YouTube, and embedded it into our web page. We never had to look at the documentation or help, either -- it was incredibly easy. It took just about an hour, counting opening the boxes, installing the cameras, deciding on a topic for our experimental video, shooting it, editing it, and getting it onto the web page.In later uses, we've found that some situations require an additional microphone, and we've gone back to iMovie for most of our editing, but we're using the camera regularly for video filming and for video chat.I can say with confidence that it is possible to use this camera right out of the box with no additional hardware, software, or training, and to get good results.

Purchased the 1080P webcam pro C910 and plugged it in to the computer. It practically installed itself.Turned on Skype and "Tada", I am video chatting in less than 10 minutes.The picture is great the audio is excellent, the price is reasionable.Other people complained that the camera USB cord is to short so I also ordered a 9 ft (3Meter) extension USB cord.I dont really need the special features (look like a moon talking or a lizard or a baby etc etc).I am pleased with my purchase.

The webcam pro was very easy to install. The video is clear and excellent quaility seen from the other person and the sound is clear as well. There are extra features you can play around with especially if you have kids or grandkids on the other end. I upgraded to the Logitech Pro and would recommend it to anyone else using a webcam.
