I'm using this webcam in a DIY photobooth, and often times the parties are dimly lit.No problem!i've gone through quite a few webcams, and so far this one is the best with dim conditions. very good resolution - no graininess, and you still capture facial features, where other cameras have had nothing but shadows.sound quality, as others have said is ok at best... but if you were doing any serious video capture with this, you should have a separate mic anyway (in the same way a built in flash for a DSLR is okay... but for more serious stuff you should have a hot shoe flash.)

Using it in skype for international calls, used to have logitech c600. C910 is much better, at night it has it's own lights and while they're not bright picture is still ok.Sound is clear and better than anything I've tried before, including directed.Recommended it for 3 more friends and all of them are really pleased with this webcam.

Read the reviews earlier in the year, and based on the new low prices decided to take the plunge. I was not disappointed. Picture quality is excellent and the microphone is very good. I have used with Skype and the proprietary Logitech system. It has worked well with both.Face tracking software takes a while to get used to, but does an excellent job moving with me. I highly recommend the product

This web cam looks good on top of the monitor. It is easy to set up and has a great picture. Sound and video is very good. Included software is easy to use and quite functional.

This is an excellent camera for streaming video.I use it to stream a hummingbird nest and it isvery good up close. Distance focus isn't as good.I leave it outdoors, under the eaves all winter.The new software is a bit buggy but works.It certainly beats the Logitech 9000 in framerate.[...]

Can't tell you much about it myself, because I bought it as a gift for someone else. But he loves it. He said it was easy to set up and has a great picture quality. He uses it regularly and is very happy with it.

Logitech makes a good reliable sturdy product that holds up, quality is immaculate with the image and resolution, not grainy looking aspect when chatting, and is overall a really good product.

This cam doesn't sit or stand well on almost any surface-especially a laptop-and it's even clumsy on a flat table. The vid quality is great, and I love Logitech (just bought the 9000 to replace this) but this cam is unusable.Also,How has registration ever helped anything but Logitech? Bought it, registered at the first nag-asked for no emails - got bothered by emails anyway. Had to reload windows. Re-installed webcam - again forced to go through registration or live with the Nag.Camera's fine but I resent Logitech's aggression. It's Logitech's hostile reminder that I do not really own what I bought, otherwise I could control it.I'll never buy Logitech again for not giving me the choice to NEVER register their product. Jerks.

work's no better than a cheaper web cam costing $20.00.at $70.00 you would expect better software then what you get.some driver's are not compattable with windows system.

I've had several webcams over the years, this is the best. The stereo sound, features, and outstanding image (1080p HD) are worth the extra cost. If you want high quality images (as more & more TV and point-and-shoot cameras now give us, spend the extra bucks and get this one. The high quality glass Carl Zeiss lens works great! Auto focus also works very well near & far. I installed it over my old Logitech software, and it connected fine with Skype 5.0. Very happy with it.

I am posting this review for one reason: to discredit those that say this webcam doesn't work with Windows 7 64 bit. I'm using Windows 7 Professional 64 bit and I installed this webcam and have used it without difficulty. The others obviously didn't do something right. Granted, it took slightly long to install. It still works.

Can't review b/c got non-working item from seller. I had to return it. Now on I'll buy from local store even pay little more I think it's safe and save time.

Overall very high quality picture and sound! The people I talk to over skype say it's like watching tv because it is so sharp. It doesn't do as well in dark conditions but overall, a very great product!

The best feature of the webcam is the sound. It is very clear when I use Skype. I don't need any extra microphone.The setup is very straight forward. Just one USB connection and that's all. I was able to setup the webcam in a few minutes.I would give it a five stars if Logictech provides more mount options.

I bought this camera to chat with my daughter who lives on the other side of the country, so I really wanted a great HD picture so she could see her dad crisp and clear. After a little research I bought this one and I love it. If you want a nice picture for a good price, this cam is for you!PS. I never write reviews. I wrote this because it is a great product and very easy to install.

Great web cam, love it. I am able to see the difference because my daughter's webcam is the non HD version that I bought her years ago and it is so grainy compared to mine. World of difference.

This thing works great, sounds great, looks great. Plug and go on my mac (tip, if you use iGlasses manager, it can disrupt use of this camera with skype - go to iglasses manager prefs and uncheck use with skype - you won't need it with this cam). Microphone is excellent, too. No complaints really, quality product.

I would like to give this a 5 star rating but because the cord is a little short and the special effects in the general software are just ok I am giving it 4 stars. Nonetheless, if you want a straight a nice 720p quality (webcam with 1080p recording video) this webcam works great. Every product has its flaws but with a 4 star I still highly recommend it.

I was looking for a good webcam for my computer and when I saw that the Logitech HD Pro Webcam C910 was a 1080P webcam I decided to give it a try. I have several Logitech items so I knew that he brand was a reliable one. The camera was easy to set up and was up and running in about 10 minutes. It has a great picture and the sound is great also. It also takes fantastic videos. I would highly recommend this camera to everyone.

When something works as intended, everybody is happy. This webcam is awesome, got it in reasonable time, I am amazed how efficient the he Amazon is as far as shipping is concern. Anyway, I am a happy camper with this webcam. The resolution blows me away and the sound is great also. The built in microphone is a marvel too.A damm good buy if I might say so!

works good but when you try to use the software and change your face it has troubleand the face recognition software wants to make you pay more to upgrade to make it work right

I am very impressed with the clarity and sharpness of the pictures taken with the logitech c910 webcam.I use mine everyday.wish the attachment clamp was little tighter,but i may order another for the daughter. we are happy with this webcam.shipping was fast.thanks Amazon.

The quality of the video is excellent and the sound isn't bad either. This camera works with skype and google talk.
