Got the product really fast and it was cheapest price around. The webcam is 1# on the market and works like a charm! Very high quality! Get one if you can!!!

We bought this camera after checking reviews, for my in-laws as a Christmas present. We did help them to set it up, and it was fairly easy. We've only used it once or twice to Skype with them, and so far so good. Picture quality has been superior to our built in camera on our Macbook, and the sound is right on. It has only been a month, so we'll have to see how it holds up over time. So far, we would buy this camera again.

After doing all the research I was worried about the strain on the CPU when using this as is does not have a built in trans-coder.I'm using this mainly for Skype and in a medium lit room and I don't have any complains. The picture quality is stunning.Also it didn't strain my computer as much as I worried. I have a desktop INTEL i3 processor and it uses about 3% of the processor.Will defiantly recommended this to friends.

This product was definitely worth the price. Very clear picture and easy to use. With my old webcam I had to yell but this one I just have to talk normal. Great product!

I purchased the Webcam to use with Skype. The webcam alone is fine on the computer. The built in auto-setting produce a good picture. Then I loaded the software. I had major conflicts with the Skype settings. The cam would not turn on, then would go out of focus on its own, and then turn itself off. So, I deleted the Logitech software and everything works fine. Good audio and video from the cam. Just forget the software.

Love it!!! Only downside is length of the cord -- can't move the camera very much when connected to a desktop.

Better than I expected. If your using it for skpe, you have to have a strong internet connection...but thats the deal for every webcam. It's HD quality is amazing, I actually found myself not wanting to be seen in such detail, but its impressive. I havent quite figured out how to use motion sensor feature.....maybe one day. All in all fantastic HD web camera with a great microphone!

Everything was amazing. The picture clairity was almost too good...my wife was on vacation in Russia and when I clicked over from 1.3 to the new Logitec she could not believe it. She had me move it around and she could actually see that I didn't vacumme the house yet:( You can see the lines in your face its so vivid and I can move around fairly quickly without leaving trails. I actually held up a book and was able to read to my 2 year old son online! I would recommend it to all my friends. Great Product!

This camera works very well. It was used by a class for a large video conference and you could see the whole class at one time. The lens is clear and the microphones work well.

After years of disappointment with prior webcams the technology is now there.Flicker is almost gone.NO sign of squelch. Sound is excellent.No longer any need for headsets.Finally HD.

la probamos hasta en las condiciones de menor iluminacion y funciona perfecto muy recomendada, lo que si que nunca pude hacer funcionar el soft de reconocimiento facial, y es complicado encontrar la manera de sostenerla en un monitor muy delgado, por lo demas todo bien.ENGLISH(the native languaje of america)jejewe tested even in lower lighting conditions and i highly recommended, it works perfect,I could never run the face recognition software, and is difficult to find a way to hold it in a thin monitor, otherwise all right.bye!

I am very pleased with this web cam. It works great and the software that came with it is very helpful. I have a separate mic that pics up better sound, but I didn't buy this camera for the sound. Not that the sound it bad... it just sounds like your on speaker phone... which is fine for most purposes.

I bought it to use for my new HTPC I have it on top of my LCD TV. Setup was super easy, picture and audio quality is great, I love the feature, that keeps a track of you face while you are moving. My only complain I wish that cord was a little longer, but that what cord extenders are for I guess :)

This was my first webcam purchase and I am very pleased with it. The webcam was easy to set up and the software that came with it allowed me to record videos, which was my main goal. The sound quality is good and I really like the picture quality

When I upgraded to widows 7 my last Locitech camera was not compatable. I checked out many replacment cameras and found the C900 filled my needs. This camera is great, easy to setup and comes with lots of features as a bonus. The quality is great, I wish more people had this so I could see them better than the standard 1.3 mp camera. I got this fast and cheap here and couldn't be more happy.The only con I find with this is that it automatically changes around a lot. Meaning the auto focus keeps changing, HD goes in and out and if you set it up manually, it seems to never keep the settings so sometimes it gets frustrating..Other than that though its like an HD camcorder.

When I decided I needed a web-cam, I wasn't sure where to look. The only time I've ever had one was years ago when they 1st came out. They were huge by comparison to today's web-cams and did not have on-board Mic's. I really wasn't expecting much in the way of picture quality or sound but I was very pleasantly surprised. The picture is very sharp and the sound is superb. You cannot go wrong with this web-cam if your looking for one. It's very easy to set up, install and use.

The only downside is the length of the cord, only being 5 ft. I wish it was longer. It's great for laptop but it was a bit of a stretch on my desktop. Very easy to install software & I started using it with Skype immediately. Works great!

Only had it for a few weeks but love it so far. The stand could use improvement as far as mounting, but not a big issue. My friend even noticed the difference in the picture.

This webcam has exceptional quality! It was easy to set up, has a clear, crisp view, and very clear sound. We use it in our office to talk face-to-face with other employees out of state. Very impressed with the quality. Just wish the cord was a tad bit longer.

It came with the software only for Windows, therefore, I am not able to use a lot of functions such as video effect, camera tilting, and lighting, etc for my Mac. There is no on/off control on the camera itself. I cannot take a picture of myself or my friend on the other end either when I am using Skpe. I used to be able to do that when I was using Windows. I am pretty disappointed.

The quality on this camera is absolutely amazing and the field of vision is surprisingly large. I cant say anything negative about this product everything is superb and worth the cost.

Could not be MORE pleased with this product!! Does everything advertised and more. Set-up was a breeze, for a "non-tech" type. Picture is crystal clear compared with others I have seen.

I have used several Logitech webcams in the past (including the orbit) and this one is by far the best (and costliest). The setup was extremely painless and quick, I was up and running in no time. I bought this to video chat with my gf while I'm away (using Google talk and Logitech Vid) and she says that the video quality is a lot better. However, I will mention that when I asked if it was 720p she said no and that maybe it was like 480ish? which is similar to a good HD broadcast on TV. I'm not sure if you can force 720p because I haven't found any option for video output quality. That being said it serves its purpose better than the average webcam.In the end I wouldn't necessarily say that this is a must have/must buy item, but that it was worth purchasing if you do webcam often. The only gripe I have is that it didn't come with a carrying case or a small pouch to put it in.
