Ужасно

    I read many reviews and noticed many opinions of this printer. Many mentioned printhead problems, but overall I thought it would be a good printer. Good price at the time.I used it for two months with OK results printing documents, etc. Thn I tried to print pictures. BIG MISTAKE. Pictures were of very poor quality, with vertical lines. Completely unacceptable. Tried various remedies, cleaning printhead etc. with no results. I tried to e-mail Lexmark, which was unseccesful. Finally I tried once more to clean the printhead, and the printer LOCKED UP. I gave up, and returned the printer to OfficeMax. So glad I bought their service plan. They took it back, and gave me a refund, which I used on a HP printer. I have had the HP for 3 days now, and it is working great, pictures and all.I will never buy another Lexmark product after this experience. OK printer except for the PRINTHEAD problems. GRRRRR!!!

      Want to give it 5 stars but I have to give it a 4. It is a great printer and I would buy it again, but I have to be fair in my assessment.I have had this for a little over a year and it is great in every way except that the software is too out of sync with the signals coming in from a wireless source. I'll get a 'Printer Cannot Communicate' message when I hit print... then a few moments later, it prints. Also, I have had to reboot the control panel a few times. This just started happening and occurs when the printer sends a warning message like 'Cyan Ink Low' and I hit 'okay' but the message fails to clear. When the message doesn't clear, you can't hit the copy or scan button. This quirk started two months ago and may be related to Lexmark's latest software download and not the printer itself. Pulling the plug and then plugging it back in clears the problem.If you buy this, get the XL ink cartridges when you refill. They last 3x as long for 2x the price.On a scale of 1-10, my ratings are:- Document production: 10- Photo reproduction:___ 8- Ease of use:________ 10- Reliability:___________ 9- Functionality*:______ 10- Features: __________ 10- Ink burn rate:________ 8- Cost to replace ink:___ 8- Cost:_______________ 9*- Functionality refers to not jamming or having mechanical problems.BOTTOM LINE: I would buy this again and I can recommend it.

        Am so happy that someone still has cartridges that I can buy for my old Lexmark P6250. And at a resonable price. I've checked most all office supply stores in town and have not been able to find that any stock this anymore. Thank You.

          I was disappointed when I got the multifunction printer and it turned out not to be able to function on a network level. I bought it for my small office and it also printed a line on each page out of the box. The product cannot print nor scan on to or from a network. Had to return the item therefore!!!

            I've had this printer for a little over a year, and have just now realized that it's become almost invisible: I never have to think about it, it's always just there, working in the background. Occasionally I add paper or change an ink cartridge, but that's it. The machine is trouble-free, always ready (usually in Power Saver mode) for whatever I need it to do.All the features are great, but for my money, its reliability is best of all.

                Besides the ink being outrageously priced, it is constantly jamming. I cannot even print with it in closed position because it totally jams every time. Right now I am trying to print something and it keeps saying out of paper YET IT IS FULL!!! Sucky product.

                  My new printer arrived yesterday. Got it unpacked and setup. turned it on, went through some initial setup...country, time zone etc. then I got a red blinking light with the error message "31.06 error. Defective imaging kit". google turned up nothing good so I called their technical support, which turned out to be quite good. The walked me through opening, removing the ink and the imaging kit and replacing it all. Unfortunately could not get all the toners back in so they are sending me a new blue toner and a new imaging kit fedex overnight. will follow up on review after receiving their new parts. Unfortunately for me I bought it direct from Lexmark or it would be heading back to amazon.....

                    I like the printer, especially the ADF on the top since I scan a lot of documents. Only issue I really have is that I constantly have to reset the wireless print option.

                      I always had an HP but was upset about the expiration dates on their ink cartridges so I bought the Lexmark Pro205 instead. This printer has been trouble from the beginning...printhead issues; need to deepclean about once a month; the quality of copies is very poor; printing draft quality instead of "normal" produces almost illegible documents. I HATE this printer and am going to replace it with an HP.

                        This printer has been an intolerable piece of junk from the start. I should have known when the flip up screen broke in the "up" position, not 10 seconds out of the box. Never fed paper correctly, either. Had to help it along with a pencil eraser. Every time I turn it on it's got a new complaint, brand new error, etc. And the ink somehow runs out on its very own, without my even printing. It has cost us roughly $3 per page to use this thing.Because of this we only print when it is absolutely necessary to do so, which makes it all the more frustrating when it just will not work.This is the last straw. I will phone lexmark and see if they have any solutions. Then it's time for the buckshot.

                          I bought one of these for my office and liked it so much that we ended up buying a second. In the last three years we've never had a single issue with either. This printer is a workhorse! With that kind of price tag you'll expect a quality product - and that's exactly what you get. You won't be disappointed!

                            I have had this printer for 3 years and it has funcctioned only intermittently. The print head has been replaced twice, several times per month the wireless capability fails for no apparent reason, and now it shoots out blank pages instead of printing (even with a new print head and lots of ink still in the cartridges.) DO NOT BUY this product. It is a colossal waste of time and money. What a disappointment. I will stick with HP next time.

                              UPDATE #3 (Epilogue):I was going to scan the completely garbled print images that I was able to print using my last refuge for this piece of crap: the USB interface (the networking NEVER worked properly -- wired or wireless), but I had to reinstall the software for the tenth time or so and no scan function was available. While it SICKENS me to think of the time and money I've sunk into this horrible printer, I needed to relieve myself of the burden of having it in my home and set it out on the curb today. Lexmark is now permanently out of my life and I can move on.UPDATE #2:No piece of computer hardware is worth the hours of troubleshooting that I've sunk into this piece of garbage. It's cost me time. It's cost me money. I spent a LOT of time working with Lexmark customer support. The printer starts working temporarily and then fails a day or two later. I was a sucker for believing the beautiful point of sale display at Staples rather than doing better research before buying. It's not the $250 I spent on the printer as much as the hours and hours of my time that are lost forever working with this junk.The wireless networking DOES NOT WORK. Even when it's five feet from the router. The printer shipped with outdated firmware. I've had to reinstall the drivers multiple times.All of the other wireless devices on my network work perfectly, without incident.I'm done with this printer. Lexmark, you don't need to contact me anymore. I'm done with your products. I'm going to sell this piece of crap on craigslist and then go back to what worked -- Canon, Epson, HP -- and erase Lexmark from my life forever.There. I feel better now.

                                I am very computer savvy and this thing want the most difficult printer to install ever. Wireless does not work, Ethernet does not work, finally got usb to connect after 15 tries. Well it prints about half the page and then the rest is a blurred mess. The "print test page" is just perfect. It is only everything else that I would possibly want to print that does not work. Will never buy another Lexmark.

                                  I purchased one of these six months ago. So far I have printed thirty pages of test and ten pictures and it is out of ink in all of the cartridges. It is incompatible with my Mac, my phone, and my tablet. Al of which are new. The pictures were okay, but there is virtually nowhere that the new ink cartridges are available. This is the last time I buy a product from this company, this printer is little more than a glowing paperweight.Called customer service and they said that there was nothing that could be done and all it could do is print off of my ipod, and it would only print pictures. I had to order ink from the company and it was more expensive than the ink for my old HP or my old Canon, even though they gave me a discount. If you bought one already; good luck! if you haven't yet, don't. Consider yourself warned.

                                        This is the second time I have purchased a printer from Lexmark for home use and have not been disappointed either time. This latest printer was even easier to set up than the first one. Including updating the Lexmark software and printer firmware, it took less than 30 minutes from opening the box to having the printer up and running. This even included adding a few custom tools to the printer from the on-line library. The printers I have purchased for my personal use both provide top quality printing. The previous purchase was an X9350 and the latest is the Pinnacle Pro901. They are both ink jets but the output quality is close to that of a laser. The ink usage is not tto bad on the x9350 and I expect to be even better on the Pro901. The new Pro901 has the added feature of being internet capable. You can set it up to pull commonly printed documents right off your network and print them, without the need for a computer. You can also scan file(s) to predetermined location(s) with a single button on the printer that you can set up. You can also set it up to pull certain information from the internet for you and print it, like weather reports, if this is something you need. For a home business, I doubt there is a better ink jet out there.I had previous experience through my work installing commercial grade Lexmark printers as part of a new technical data system for the Navy and have never had a single problem. Over the course of the test program I installed a dozen printers at six different locations without a single problem. The printers were wll packaged to avoid shipping damage and the set-up instructions were a breeze. Lexmark has always stood behind their products and promptly takes care of any issues that pop up (not that there were many).Update 5/2 - Unfortunately, I got a printhead error about two weeks after I set up the printer. Lexmark expressed out a new printhead and everything seems to be back to normal. Because of the quality of the printing and the quick repsonse to the problem from Lexmark, I am not changing my rating. Let's hope this printhead lasts longer than the first. I'll update later and let you know.

                                          I've owned the Lexmark Pro901 printer since August, 2010. It's had a couple of print-head changes and innumerable lock-ups, freezes, operation refusals and, in general, contrariness. I'm pretty much "tech savvy" so I thought this machine would be a great successor to a series of HP printers going back years.Wrong.Well, this is not the first time I've been wrong--but buying this printer was one of my bigger electronic blunders. It's guaranteed "Five Years" but I'm not giving it the benefit of that warranty. I've had enough frustration...so it's back to HP this Saturday as the new printer arrives from Amazon.BTW, this printer is advertised as "saving" ink. Oh, sure. It uses ink at a rate far, far faster than any HP printer I've owned.In short, this printer is a miserable piece of engineering and product development. Humm. Maybe I can give it (I wouldn't sell it to ANYONE in good conscience!) to an engineering school so that it can serve as an example of an astonishingly poor product.Highly NOT recommended.

                                            Okay, so for those of us who want the ability to print wirelessly from any device, including our iPhones and iPads, we recently endured a bittersweet moment in technology. Apple recently updated their OS for iPhones and iPads, making wireless printing a reality. And they call it AirPrint. The bittersweet part of the equation comes into play in the form of HP. For some unknown reason, the only vendor who is able to offer AirPrint compatible printers is HP.Recently, I purchased the Lexmark Pinnacle Pro 901, not knowing that I had to buy HP printers in order to enjoy AirPrint. Here again, was another bittersweet moment. That's because the process of installing the Lexmark was just as easy as pie and the quality of the printer and low cost per page is just unmatched. So imagine my disappointment when I learned that I was out of luck with AirPrint. I called Lexmark customer service, and by the way, they were very nice and helpful. They have developed a work-around with a lexmark iPhone and iPad application, but it's a bit cumbersome and frankly, I don't like work-arounds.I was ready to return my Lexmark printer and I did a little searching on the internet to see if there were any solutions. And low and behold, I found one! There is an application, available for download on Mac computers. This application is called Printopia. Simply put, for $20, I can now use AirPrint with my Lexmark printer! So don't fret Mac Users. If you want to be able to use AirPrint with your favorite printer, you can. But if you want to upgrade your printer, I highly recommend the Lexmark Pinnacle Pro 901. I liked this printer so much that I worked hard to find a solution to AirPrint. And it was well worth my time.

                                                Purchased this printer a few months ago. Within the first week, I was on the phone with Lexmark customer support due to the cyan color not printing. After a long call, it was determined that I must have had a defective cyan cartridge. A new set of ink was sent to me very quickly and I replaced the cyan. This helped, but now the ink printed in streaks. Back on the phone with customer support only to determine that I needed a new printhead. On a brand new printer. Once this was replaced, the printer was at least capable of printing. However, it only worked if I restarted my computer and the printer before sending a job to the printer. To say the least, I've used the printer as minimal as possible as it never works as it should. The wireless doesn't work on it most of the time, so I've wired it with a USB print cable - takes away the wireless feature. Now, after a few months of owning the printer, I tried to print an email and I received an error: "There is a problem with your printhead. Please consult User's Guide." Really? The second printhead in less than 4 months? Not even worth the effort anymore! It seems that some get a decent version of this model, but I would not gamble or you may end up with a lemon.
