I got my first pair of Jaybird headphones over two years ago and I am still using them. I love the sound quality and they're fantastic for receiving phone calls. The only complaint I have is that once the buds fall off the earphones they have a tendency to keep falling off and I've been caught with no spare sometimes. Fortunately, it is super easy and inexpensive to order replacement buds and that no longer happens as I always carry a spare set of buds on me. I listen to audio books all the time so I have two pair of the headphones - a spare set on hand when the other needs to be recharged!!

Snagged these at Best Buy today (same price & didn't wanna wait for shipping). Just got back from my run and these are awesome!! They didn't slip once, didn't turn off randomly or drop audio randomly (unlike my Soundot Blackloud....happened with those once and again yesterday. Fed up with those headphones). I would consider myself a heavy sweater and had no issue with these. The earbuds fit comfortably in your ear after choosing the right earpieces for you. Sound quality exceeded expectations for a wireless earbud. Let's be honest, if you want great audio, go get overear headphones and not earbuds.
The packaging is pretty awesome too! I love u boxing new electronics and this one had a great presentation and was easy to open & extract the product.
Definitely recommend for runners/all athletes.

I've been a Jaybird customer for a couple of years. I run a lot in the heat and I sweat a lot. I've destroyed more than 20 pairs of bluetooth headphones with sweat damage in the last 4 years. The Jaybirds are not indestructible but they last the longest of any of the brands I have tried. And they most certainly have the best customer service. One phone call to get an RMA number and as soon as I email them a tracking number for my return they immediately cross ship brand new replacements.
Comfortable and sound good to me but I mostly care about the durability and customer service.

The X2 has a very nice aesthetic. The materials feel good and appear to be high quality; however, I returned them after using only a few times because they got waterlogged and one side became quieter than the other. I'm a serious cyclist and I sweat A LOT. Drops of sweat penetrated the foam tips and were sucked up like a sponge. When I adjusted them in my ear the sweat was squeezed out into my ear and to the speaker. Oh and don't expect to make any phone calls while on the bike, the sound quality was unbearable due to wind noise to a point where my friends and family were getting mad at me.

They handle sweat very well. Beyond that, I don't have much to say that's positive. I'm an avid jogger and have used Bluetooth headphones ever since Bluetooth came out. I always thought my sweat was made of acid or something because I was going through headphones like crazy. When these came out I was excited to find a pair that can keep up with my radioactive sweat. Again, it's fine handling the sweat, but the signal easily cuts in and out which is very annoying. It also allows wind noise to enter your ear since it doesn't cover your ear. For the price, I just don't think it's worth it.

bought this for my girl who works out and doesn't want to be restricted by cords. She loves them. Sure they aren't beats or bose headphones, but for the price, they are pretty close to quality. you wont go wrong with these. they came in a nice pouch, with different rubber ear buds to fit your ear. She hasn't complained about them hurting her ears. half the time I don't even know that she has them on. She wanted a set of headphones that weren't too loud but just enough to drown out the gym around her, and she says it did the job well. She recommends it, 2 thumbs up from her!

I was blown away by Jaybirds customer service today. I purchased a Jaybird headset earlier this year and loved them as I am an avid runner and love to listen my music during my workouts. Unfortunately they stopped working recently and I never got around to registering them for the lifetime warranty. AND I failed to keep my paperwork... it was a long shot but I contacted customer support. Low and behold, they made a one time exception and are replacing my headset! I work for Costco so when a company stands behind their product and customers, I certainly appreciate it.

Great sound, fairly tolerant of heavy sweating, and the wireless feature is such a huge advantage over the traditional direct connection to sound source. Unfortunately after many months of use and heavy swearting I started having trouble with the ear buds staying in my ear. I have had two of them "short out" but the company is outstanding, truly second to none in standing by their product. In both cases I called and was given instructions on how to return the headphone for new ones. Perhaps the new version has overcome both of these issues for now I am sticking with my 3rd pair.

But...they don't have an auto-off feature. So finish using them and you have to power them down or they'll be dead for next time. Or if your kids pick them up and hit the button, they turn on and don't turn back off...guess what, dead when you need em. Or if you carry them to your car and accidentally bump the button, they turn on and then the battery dies.
Please please make an auto off feature and they'll get 5 stars

I had my first pair for a few months then they stopped working. They would not charge. Customer service was great and replaced the product but I had to send the broken ones in via Fed Ex or UPS on my dime. Received the second pair and they lasted only a month and they too would not charge. Customer service was sorry to hear it and said I could send in for a replacement. No thanks! The technology is a good idea but until they figure out a way to charge them reliably I'll stick with the plug ins. I looked at reviews on line and it seems all brands of blue tooth headphones have issues.

Have had my Jaybirds for over a year and they are fantastic! Best wireless headphones EVER! At one point I had to contact customer service and they were wonderful as well. I love, love LOVE that I no longer am tethered to my iPhone when on the treadmill - cannot tell you the number of times I hit my headphone wire and my phone went crashing to the floor! Those days are over!! Recommend them to all. Definitely worth the money and then some! (Plus I feel super-cool being able to go through my weight routine and move around and not have to tote my iPhone with me to every spot!)

If I could give it a lower rating, I would. I have had the firs generation Jaybirds for almost 2 years, and they get better battery life than the 3 pairs I have had to return so far. The first, I would get 2, maybe 2.5 hours out of them, the second, I would get maybe an hour, and the third, I get a whopping 3.5 hours out of. I cannot fathom the thought process of whomever at this company that let these go out as they do. Completely unsatisfied!

I've owned these earbuds since 2013, they are really GOOD. They are a daily wear item for me. If I have my phone I have my Jaybird X around my neck. They are the major way I interact with my phone. I use them for conversations, Siri, and most importantly Podcasts.
In the summer (2015) I began to notice dropped connection to my phone and the inability to control my phone from the headset control. Sending one email expressing my frustration got me prompt customer support and after sending in some verification New Headphones. I couldn't ask for more. Jaybird is GREAT!

I have had the BlueBud X's for about a year now and feel I can write a decent review of them.
My wife got them for me last year because all my regular wired earbuds would break, mostly at the jack. The wireless feature immediately negates that. I work outside and put my headphones through a lot. They get wet. I roll them up and unroll them many times throughout the day.
The battery lasts my entire 8 hour day of listening to podcasts, Audible, and streaming music. A year later they still last as long and sound as good as day one. These things are terrific!

I am going to pre-load my review by stating I am an edge case. I have spent the last two days trying all of the available configuration but no matter what I do, even with the smallest stabilizers, they seem to be too big. They bulge or chafe no matter who they are inserted. If you think you have smaller ears, find a way to try these before you buy, I tried them without the stabilizers, but they are too heave and fall out so the stabilizers are required.
Outside of the fit, they sound great and perform well after the first hour our so. In the first hour I had them they skipped with every step then they seemed to warm up and have been awesome since. I would love to have more fitting options as I am really liking these.

I LOVE these headphones. For Bluetooth headphones, and my uses, they work wonderfully!
I do not wear these headphones when exercising, but when I'm watching movies on my tablet at night. One of the best features is the long battery life and durability. I have not been gentle on these headphones, and I've had the stability wings and the earplugs fall off.
My reason for a four star rating is no matter what I do I cannot get the wings to keep the buds stable in my ears. I also have issues with the buds easily sliding off and almost getting stuck in my ear!

I love these headphones. It took me about twenty minutes of adjusting and switching out pieces to get the right fit but once i got i haven't had adjust it again. They do a great job when I run and the bluetooth to my ipod has been rock solid. The battery has never been an issue for me but I do put it on the charger after every run so Im probably not the best judge of its length. The best compliment i can give these headphones is that they are same everytime i use them. Ive had them for almost a year and they are as good today as the day i bought them. I would recommend them.

I just picked up these headphones from BestBuy right now. I never write product reviews but on this one I had to, I am extremely upset and disappointed.
These are the worst headphone I have ever tried on. The sound is lacking power (weak), and as some of the previous reviews, it has no depth. I have owned some great headphones over the past few years, from Bose to Shure, and these Jaybird can't even be compare to any of them. $200 (including tax) its ridiculous. Please save your money. I have a pair of Bose SoundSport headphones (~$115) that I use to workout with and they sound way better than these. I'm going to try to get my money back.

I'm not a ear bud person I usually use full size headphones because they have better sound stage and bass but the truth with these is they've out performed many full sized cans I've heard and they're little earbuds they're also sweat proof water RESSISTANT and to top it all off Bluetooth so if you want good earbuds you won't find any better unless you're willing to spend waaaay more money that's just how I feel about these little guys

Hands down, the best "sport" bluetooth headphones on the market. Great sound, lightweight, great battery life. I loved the first generation of these so much, I bought the X2s as soon as they came out and they are just as good, with slightly different styling and packaging. In terms of earbuds, I definitely recommend the "Isolation" Comply foam buds. They create a seal which is essential to good bass response on these headphones and keep outside noise out. I couldn't recommend the Jaybird X2s more.

Folks, these are some great headphones. Now before I decided to drop some cash on headphones, I was purchasing the cheap $20 Skullcandy ear in headphones. They were cool, not that great, but not that bad. I went through at least 4 of those this year, because of the headphone jack. I have a Samsung Note 4, which barely fits in my pocket. Having the headphone jack constantly being bent around, due to where it sits against my leg, just ruins them as we all know. So I went for a bluetooth headphones and found these. Wonderful, great customer service as well.

While for some $179 may be excessive costs, the new Jaybird X2 are worth it and not just for the great sound, also by construction, durable materials and a battery that offers nearly eight hours between charges.
If for many Jaybird Bluebuds X were good, the Jaybird X2 are much, much better headphones, which have been enhanced to address the weaknesses that the first generation had. When something is good, it is not necessary to create a new product from scratch, reaches only to improve the features that need improvement and Jaybird did just that.

I have tried all of the Jaybird Bluetooth headsets and the only one that fit my ears was the very original model they came out with because it had an extra hook that went up and over the ear. If they still had that extra additional attachment then I would be a happy customer because these headsets really are great. The sound quality is amazing and they last; however, I do cross fit type exercises in my back yard and as soon as I start to sweat they pop out of my ears.
I have tried every combination of size ear pieces and no matter what they pop out. I hope one day they will come out with more sizes for the ear plugs as I guess mine are just not compatible with these sizes.

They sound ok, but the fit is absolutely horrible---so much so that I'm probably just going to sell them. I've tried every wing-ear piece combination, and nothing stays put regardless of whether I go over-the-ear or not. I have a pair of wired B&W and monster iSports, and both fit significantly better than these. The amenity effect of bluetooth does not offset the poor fit. I'd rather just wear a pair of wired earbuds.
I'd say these are worth $50. No more.

To the point, I have both Bluebuds X and X2's. Once you start using the foam tips, the sound. is spectacular and they do not move.. I also have had to call customer service and the experience is nothing less than awesome! They get it!! They will make sure that before you are off the phone, you have been fully satisfied.
I also have Reign and as well they have answered any questions and concerns about the science behind how it works.
Anyone I have recommended Jaybird to has also loved everything they have bought. Keep up the good work !

Great product overall, but doesn't pair too kindly with the iPhone 6s plus. Bought them at best buy and every time I want to listen to them I had to click forget device and redo the connection just to use them. I took them back and the second pair did the same exact thing. I tried it on my girlfriends Iphone as well and same thing with both devices. It might be possible that I got 2 defective products in a row but highly unlikely.

I honestly have not had one problem with these. They're my new favorite headphones! I love that they had multiple sizes for me to try on to get the right fit in my ear. They stay in my ear and don't fall out. The fact that they are wireless is wonderful. No more running with the cord headphone core flopping everywhere! The sound comes out very clear, much better than the Apple headphones I have previously been using.

I wish they sounded a little much better and had more base, I even had to download a app called bass booster on the google playsotre and they sounded so much better. Its like apple earpods are better then this over priced 180$ bluetooth earphone.

At first i was using the comply foam ear tip for a while, after a while/few weeks later i decided to change to the silicon ear tip and the sound was so much better gives you more noise isolation and bass was decent and you have hear the surronding noises so i really reccommand these if your going to the gym.

If you like your music volume between low and medium loudness, these work very well. Nice looking. Bluetooth paired easily.
However, if you like your music loud and need bass, these are not for you. I'm learning that wireless earbuds are naturally not as loud and fall short on bass quality. But for close to $200 I expected a lot more volume and at least a little bass. The wired headphones I got free with my 2 year old HTC ONE had significantly better sound. Luckily Amazon has a great return policy.

I bought these at Best Buy, but decided to return them for the powerbeats 2 wireless after 5 days of use. Admittedly these sound a bit better than the beats, but they are not worth the hassle of finding the right fit. I tried all different combinations of wings and ear plugs, but couldn't get a fit that was a) comfortable and b) would stay in without any adjustment for more than 10 minutes. If you work out, go with the beats. The hooks ensure a good fit, and after changing your phone's EQ settings they'll sound as good as the apple headphones

By far the best bluetooth headphones I've ever used. They're perfect at staying in place, waterproof, and I really enjoy the new redesigned wings. The new wings feel as though they were polished, more round at the tip than the first edition buds. I prefer the Charge color as they are literally so small that it's easy to lose them. Store them in the new case paired with the new Comply memory foam tips and you have buds that perfect for commuting on a train ride home, and the sweaty mountain bike trail alike. The bass thumps too. Thanks Jaybird.

I used the 'over-ear' fit so I could reduce the cord while working out. Takes a while and a fair amount of tweaking to get the 'over-ear' fit right, but when it's right, you know it from the fit and the sound.
Putting them on seems tricky at first but soon becomes second nature. I used a mirror at first, now I don't need to.
I love them and would buy them again in a heartbeat.

Had a pair of X's, they just died unexpectedly one day, took them back to Best Buy and they replaced with these. Always buy the warranty! Used these for about 4 months now. Outstanding performance, love the fact that they're sweat/waterproof because I sweat like a stuck hog no matter how cold or hot it is. Great sound quality, very clean and crisp, excellent bass without bottoming out or sounding muddled. Battery life is awesome, no problems with signal either. Wish I'd gotten the Charge color though.... But the white's nice, too.

Bought these for my son who is 6'2 and when he isn't wearing them..rare, I run with them and find the sound stable and smooth. No issues with interference from the cord. We like that the ear pieces are completely interchangeable to accommodate both our ear sizes...I am 4'11. The X2 synchs easily between the devices we use and after almost a year sound is still great. Sweat and heat doesn't seem to affect earphones..easily cleaned with soft damp cloth. Range is typical for wireless...about 30 feet but sound clear even at this distance.

I've used LG bluetooth headset for a couple years and they were fine, but for the past month I've been using the Jaybird X2 Sport Wireless set, and I'm SO happy with them. They come with several earbud sizes and types so you can customize them to fit your ears. I like that they don't have anything hanging around your neck, no matter how you move they stay in place. The sound quality is amazing on both ends of the phone call. I would recommend these headphones to anyone. You get what you pay for and they're worth every penny.

I really like these headphones. They are super convenient for me at work. Every other headphones, even other wireless ones, get in the way. I also love the foam ear tips. The range is pretty comparable to other wireless phones I've used, and the sound quality may not be the best I've heard, but it's up there as far as wireless ear buds go.
The real sale on these phones is the how great they are if you are doing something active. If you have an active job, or you want top notch phones for working out, these are great.

I owned these ear phones for a year now and I have to say they're amazing... The sound is outstanding... The build is great... The battery is very long... But the reason I took off one star is because they have this annoying feature to stop the music for a secondwhen I press the volume buttons. You get over it but they should fix this
Also, my first pair of these broke and guess what? J sent it back and I'm a week I got a brand new pair! The guys there were super nice and easy to contact... I REALLY recommend this product.

i personally dont have the x2 but i have the original jaybirds buds and let me tell you the quality in these headphones are absolutely great and life time warranty makes them even better. when ever i need help with my head phones jaybirds is always there to be an assistance and paying the amount for these headphones are totally worth it. its way better than the beats and jabra wireless headphone. the x2 are perfect after watching review videos on them, the company fixed the little things and now has made them perfect guaranteed!

Using these with a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and have seemingly random times where the audio playback is "muted" but continues to play. Holding the center button on the headphones until the voice command prompt chimes and then pressing the center button again restores the audio to the headphones, but the point in playback has advanced however long it takes me to go through that procedure, usually 5 seconds.
Good fit and good quality construction, but the playback bug can be maddening on long runs when it seems like I am having to restore audio every 5 minutes.

These headphones are simply the best sport headphone I've ever had. I purchased the wireless beats by dre headphones when they came out, but was disappointed with their performance. I started noticing Jaybird headphones at my local gym, and asked for the owners' opinions. They gave me positive feedback across the board, so I decided to make the switch. If you're looking for a headphone you won't have to worry about falling out, and that also delivers killer sound quality and customer service, I highly recommend these.

I've had the X2's just over a week now and so far they have been great. I'm still experimenting with the ear pieces and trying to get the right fit, but they have yet to come out when I'm running or biking. I had the Freedom Sprint and really enjoyed them, but after about 2 1/2 years, they finally gave up. I've tried other brands and less expensive ones, but they fall out or lose the signal periodically. My last run was over two hours, and the X2's stayed in place the entire run and didn't lose the Bluetooth connection.

Best Headphones I have ever used! With the new comply ear tips, they stay in so much better I dont need to use the ear cushions, they also make the sound way better because you can get a perfect seal with them! The Bluetooth range was also an improvement from the previous model. I was able to go 60 - 70 paces away from my device outside! They battery life is amazing as well! Getting a full 8 hours out of them! Can't wait to see what they will come out with next!

Fantastic device! I use it running, in the gym and on my motorcycle. It is absolutely freeing to be on the move and doing what I want and yet remain in touch by phone anytime and anywhere while I enjoy the rich sound. I can dampen the noise of the open road, enjoy music at a normal volume and get turn by turn GPS navigation from my phone...an incredible feeling while in a motorcycle. I love the control while staying focused on my tasks. It is comfortable with sunglasses, hats and helmet's. This device is indispensable!

I can't even begin to say how amazed I am by these! the sound is crystal clear and the bass just comes through amazingly!!! They do not slip out of my ears, which is a problem I always have. They come with a bunch of different bud sizes so it's a sure bet that you'll find the right one for you that fits your ears. Also, it brings a little carrying pouch, so convenient! I am in love with this headset!

I just had to write a review about these great wireless headphones. I have them now for almost 3 years, a Christmas gift from my wife and I need to tell you all these are the greatest wireless headphones in the market. A little bit pricey but you get great awesome quality, great sound, sweat proof, comfortable and almost weightless to wear and above all great great battery life. I can not believe small as they are they can last up to 10 hours. Do not hesitate to buy you will most likely not return them after you use them.

I got this as an upgrade from my previous bluebuds. The headphones are as amazing as always, better fit then the last ones. But the best of all is the service at the company. They took in my last headphones and give me a discount on the upgrade.
They are headphones that give you the possibility to answer calls, they are not a headset to speak. I say this because people on the other side wont hear you very well. But it gives you the chance to say you can call back, or see if you need to take it on the phone.
