Amazing product. In my opinion, the best bluetooth headphones out there.
The lifetime warranty is what sold me originally.
I ended up needing to make a warranty claim after owning them for a little over a year.
The battery was not holding the charge anymore. Jaybird said NO PROBLEM!
I had a brand new set in my hands within a week.

I own Jaybird X2's predecessor, JayBird BlueBuds X, and did some comparison. What I found was a bit of a surprise: X2 had exactly the same sound quality and battery life as BlueBuds X. So, functionally-speaking, you are paying more for nothing. You are paying extra for more colors and newer (and better-designed) carrying case. Don't get me wrong though. X2, just like BllueBuds X, is the best BT headset currently available on the market. But the fact that Jaybird hasn't really improved their product over the course of the past 2.5 years while putting a higher price tag, is just disappointing.

These earphones DO NOT WORK as they indicate. I've gone through 2 pair and after a week they stop working. I would carefully wipe them off after my workouts and they still stopped working. A cheap set set for your workouts will do. I've even had a cheap pair of headsets go through the wash and come out working like new. Don't bother spending thist much money on these headsets.

Sound not much different from the free earphone that come with the smartphone. The range of of the Bluetooth signal is also not as far as I was hoping. But for a Bluetooth earphone, these sound great. It connect with your Bluetooth device very quickly. If you just wish to have a good sound quality in-ear headphone, just buy one with wire which is a lot cheaper and doesn't require charging. But if you want to have wireless in-ear headphone, these are great.

By far the best headphones I've used. From small house hold chores to full contact sports these headphones are built to stay in your ear with a comfortable fit! The Bluetooth abilities for this device are one of the best out there I have never had a failed connection indoor or outdoor. A great product for any individual who simply enjoys to listen to music in there active life!

The sound quality is one of the best for wireless earphones. But I especially love the durability of these earphones. I feel like these will last me forever. And when I have trouble with my X2's I just call customer support. The customer support is the best I've experienced. It's not a company as big as Beats with Apple so they are quick to help and they are patient with you.

I would give these things no stars if I could, because they are a waste of money. I had them two months and they shorted out. Because they're so "sweat proof". And because that's not considered normal wear and tear, I was told by customer service that that didn't fall under the guarantee.
Don't wast your money. I will never buy another Jaybird product. Ever.

1. Cool box
2. Unprecedented uninterrupted Bluetooth signal.
3. 3 clips to trim wire
Cons:
1. Doesn't stay in ear while running. Slightest turn of your head and tip pops out of your ear.
2. Sound quality is very poor.
3. Given previous 2 factors price is overwhelmingly high. It seems like the vendor decided to milk the market using purely marketing innovations.
Everything above is IMHO

simples and easy to use.
resists water splashes and rain quite well.
had it over a year, and it has outlasted my other earphone by a mile (same period had at least 5 pairs of other brand).
not a high end sound product, but for the price and use of sports and everyday, it is more than good enough.

I previously owned Blue Buds X and thought I'd try the X2.
I am please with the increased battery life, better sound quality, and more color options.
I'm not gonna lie, I prefer the Blue Buds X wing tips as they are softer in my ears. The wing tips for X2 are harder and less comfortable, so I just use my Blue Buds X wing tips with the X2s as they're interchangeable.
Jaybird - how about adding a purple or pink to the color options? :)

I have been using Jay bird headphones for several years now and I haven't gone one training ground session without them. The Bluetooth connection and sound quality is great. I use them almost every day whether it is for hands free phone calls while driving or running trails in the mountains. I love what this company stands for and there products are by far my favorite.

I love my Jaybirds. I have owned them for over two years now and they are fabulous at noise reduction when I’m at the gym or jogging along the side walk of a busy street. Syncing with different devises is easy. Definitely sweat proof. with the different ear peice sizes you get the right fit. They are great at providing replacement ear pieces at a reasonable price.

Didn't like these b.c of the fit. The sound quality is good, hence the 1 star. The rubber ear 'wings' that it comes with are prone to stretch and eventually fall off. Not sure these headphones are for everyone. If you know someone that owns them, try before you buy.

Great sounding headphones all the way around. The fit is comfortable in their light weigh. With the additional clips you can size the length of the headphones cords and have no nonsense around you're neck. New ear buds on the X twos really block out a lot of external noise. Perfect for anyone who works out regularly, travels, or just want a nice Bluetooth headset.

Just got these jaybirds. From all the hype I did expect better sound from them. They took a while to get fitted to my ears, by once I got the right setup they do fit and feel nice. The sound however is definitely lacking. I've had plenty of on ear buds with better bass. These have tons of trebble and not a ton of bass..

Love them! Comfortable, sound great and don't fall our at the gym. Also owned the blubuds x which was also excellent. Definitely try out the different buds for comfort and seal. Love the comply tips. Great customer service. Customer for life. The honor their lifetime warranty!

Best Bluetooth headphones ever.
The pairing was very easy, system has great prompt instructions.
Battery life was good and the mini-USB port is great since you can charge with your phone cable and don't need to carry around another.
Sound quality while not excellent compared to a wired headphone, it is one of the best for a bluetooth headphone.

These are the best headphones, wireless or otherwise. Minimal size. Multiple size ear pieces come with it. the special flaps that hold them in your ears are great. the sound quality is great as is the microphone. The button functionality takes some practice, but is concise. comes with its own USB charging cable and carrying case.

BY FAR the best headset for anyone looking to enjoy music while being active. I am a professional triathlete and I spend countless hours bicycling, running and doing strength work in the gym. And I always have in my X2's. Not only is the sound quality perfect but the absence of wires allows me to have free range of motion no matter how demanding the activity. If you are looking to step up your audio game, there is really no other option.

I really LOVE these, although I do wish they had some sort of clip that would attach to your shirt...if you take them out to speak to someone, and leave them around your neck, they could easily fall off and be lost.
Customer service is wonderful and they are quick to deal with the problem. This is my third set of Jaybird's earbuds and these are my favorite!

I bought the Jay bird X2 a few months ago. I used them a few times and they kept cutting out and losing Bluetooth signal. I email Jay bird and all they said oh its probably the Bluetooth software or something and that is it. I thought they would say send them back or we will send you another pair but there was no father emails. I gave up on them.

Well I had to use ear tips from another pair of headphones because mine didn't come with the little box if ear tips! They sounded okay but will probably have to send them back to get new ones unless I can get the ear tips sent to me.

Excellent headphones - I previously owned the Beats Powerbeats 2 headphones and after going running twice, they malfunctioned due to sweat and never worked again, I got another pair and they had similar issues (and I'm really not that sweaty!).
I ordered these hoping for something better. I feel they have better noise isolation, hold longer battery life and have better sound quality.
I like the assortment of attachments to make them fit perfectly as well. So far so good!

All I know is these wireless headphones cut in and out on every song. The sound quality is poor and I ultimately gave up on them as a viable wireless solution. I bought them on a recommendation from a friend but I suspect he was more impressed with the lifetime replacement component. These are definitely not worth spending your time and cash buying.

These are amazing! I have had mine for over a year, and they still work great. Had a problem at one point when the left side wasn't working consistently. Called the company and they sent me a new one immediately. Very responsive. The sound is very good (I mostly listen to podcasts), and it is easy to make and take calls on my iPhone. Highly recommend!

Great sounding earphones, but terrible for the iphone. Burned my phone battery in under an hour. One of the few times I've felt my phone get hot, and I was outside in cold weather. How would these work reliably for a run?

Great sound, great connection, great portability. Absolutely love them! My only complaint is that they don't have the skip forward/backward control for iOS. When you press the middle button, it either pauses/plays the songs, or makes a phone call. To me it isn't a deal breaker since I can just skip using the Apple Watch, but for some it might be, so I figured I should point it out. Overall amazing product.

I have been a user of these headphones for over a year. Love the stereo sound, great fit, and easy to charge. Over time, battery life has gotten shorter however, great warranty service and main reason why I spent so much for these. Also, call sound/mic works really well and another reason why i still use these.

I've had numerous pairs of headphones, all of which I've lost or broke. These are the first wireless ones I've owned, and I'd have to say that they're perfect for my work when I'm on the job site or at the shop. They are a great pair of headphones for my blues music and will continue to be so long as I don't lose them. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Sound is terrific, fit perfect and it is the best pair of sport headphones that I have ever had.
Usually they say that that I am hardcore user, as electronics always break at some point of time.
It happened that I broke a pairs, after an year or so of hard everyday usage and they got immediately replaced.

I've been a fan since their first product and have bought every upgrade from their freedom line up to bluebuds and their product and customer support really is as other reviewers say which is top notch. Seriously guys these are awesome Bluetooth headphones with excellent sound and work exactly as advertised with no exaggerations. Trust in Jaybird!

The headphones themselves are great quality, comfortable, and easy to use, the best part of Jaybird is the customer service. After over a year of daily use, one of the ears stopped working correctly, and I contacted their customer support and they sent me a free replacement pair. They take pride in their products and will fix any issues you have.

I love my Jaybird headphones! I had the original version of the Headset and loved them. When I saw they had doubled the battery life I had to have the new ones. The Jaybird team was great they helped me with a trade-in that got me into the newest model. The fit, the flexibility and the functionality keep me into my workouts even longer now.

Bought as a gift, none of the silicone or sport fit comfort ear buds were present. The box holder for the ear buds was present but no ear buds. We can't really even try them out with out buds so I give them no stars.

I bought a pair of JayBird BlueBuds Xs and I let my wife use them. She loved them, so it gave me a chance to upgrade to the X2. That equally great. I had to find the best position of wear in my ears, but once I got the buds adjust, they are great. I would recommend these to anyone. More pricey that some competitors, but worth it in my opinion.

Great product and great customer service. My original pair ( well used ) stopped working just after warranty period. I figured I had nothing to loose by checking into their warranty . They stood behind their product and sent me a replacement pair without any hassle. These wireless headphones provide great sound without the hassle of a cord .

Like the original X model, the X2's are wonderful. I use them for workouts, and listening on public transportation, grilling doing kitchen work, and at times when driving. They're very comfortable, particularly with the Comply eartips (I already had the Comply Comfort eartips for the X). The sound quality is outstanding, for bluetooth.

I don't have this set, I have other Jaybird wireless bluetooth earbuds. They work flawlessly! I'd buy them all over again in a heartbeat. Get the extra foam ear pieces. You may lose one and you'll be crying while you're waiting for replacements. I walk or run with these everyday and I've had them for a couple of years. Never a problem.

Best headphones I have ever had for working out. I love that they are wireless and are the first pair to not fall out a hundred during my workouts. Plyos, sprints, weightlifting it doesn't matter what I do these are the only headphones that will stay in my ear the whole time. Plus it doesn't hurt that they are sweat proof and come with a warranty!

Bought these due to recommendations online. Met every expectation. Be prepared to spend some time figuring our which fins any buds are right for your ear. Not too good at discerning audio quality but they sound really good, in my opinion. Carrying case is also pretty good. The trick is to push in a corner first and then pull of the lid.

I love these headphones like seriously best bluetooth headphones out there. Although I was uninformed that they didn't work with the 6s+ so when I switched phones I'm basically left with 150 dollar headphones just lying around. Wish I could get my money back

I have tried many earphones but have never found anything that fits great for my workout, but these X3s are really impressive. Typically I am fussing with the headphones throughout a workout because of fit or comfort, but these stay put without any issue. My only complaint is that it took some time to find the right combination of earphones and ear tips to get the perfect fit. Though it is well worth the time.

The strap is a little difficult to adjust at first, just make sure you have enough room to move your head around, as it says in the instructions, and you should be good. The build, battery life, signal range and sound quality are all above average and make the price tag an easier to swallow.

I have enjoyed this headset from the day i used it (3ys) the sound is teriffic and outside sounds can still be heard (cars, bikes or runners) while i walk 8 miles 5X a week. This makes for an solid health performance in my routing walk routes. Recommend this product to anyone looking for quality and performance at reasonable price.

Based on the widely positive reviews, I bought these only to find that I completely disagree with the promoted sound quality. They sound terrible. There's not enough volume (yes I tried all the settings on my mobile device and the unit), barely any base, etc. I was initially very skeptical of the quality claims, simply because these are so small. It turns out, I was right.
I returned mine, unfortunately. I'm very disappointed.

I love my Jaybirdz. Every now and then I have to delete the pairing from my Samsung Galaxy S6 and hard reset the headphones, but other than that they are great. I got them last February just in time for my first half-marathon. Now I run 2 and will run my third in 3 weeks. Couldn't and wouldn't do it without my Jaybirdz.
