I've loved these headphones from the start. My first pair stopped charging all of a sudden, and the company sent me a brand new pair of the new version right away. No hassle. My new pair have given me no issues for almost a year now.

This is my 5th pair of Jaybirds. Two pairs stopped working on one side. But I'm really hard on them. From early AM to PM, working with horses dirty and sweating. Jaybirds hold up strong. I'm able to rotate after the battery dies.

Over the top packaging. Luckily they have a 2 1/2 minute video on how to unpack the product from the box on their web site. Looks really nice. I just started using them and must say that I'm not that impressed with the sound quality. I think its the way they fit in my ear so I'm still working on getting a good fit. Also, my first use I did not get 8 hours as it claims. I got around 5.

Very good quality sound, voice needs a little work and ear fit still needs a little work as well but on the whole a great buy. Great for workouts and runs, great battery life and and sweat resistance. Loving the new colors as well.

I have not found a better Bluetooth headphone solution on the market. Great for running, fishing, gym, or even just sitting at the desk. They are practically a part of my ears at this point! Get them, you won't be dissapointed!

I've had a bunch of headsets... NOTHING compares to Jaybird. I train 5 days a week and these are with me every time. When ever I work around the house they're on. Battery life is 8 hours easy! Sounds awesome! And super convenient!

I sent a Jaybird to my nephew in the army. I found the Jaybird customer service excellent and so helpful. They sent to apo address. Jaybird staff is helpful and informative. I am impressed with the company and the products.

I'm not one to always review. I am very particular about my headphones. I can't stand it when they make my ears ache. The silicon buds feel like I'm not even wearing them. Obviously the sound supreme. Thx X2. One happy guy.

I like them much. If I have 1 dislike its the lack of ear comfort. I tried every which way and with every access. But they still are awesome and I would most likely buy another when I need too but I will check the comp first.

Can't remember how long I had them before they stopped working..but ear piece would stuck in my ear and have to be removed with tweezers. Then one side stopped working altogether. Purchased beats and haven't had any issues...

Best headphones I have ever owned. Easy to use/pair/charge. Easy to use on the go. Long battery life. Sweat guarantee which I appreciate!! Stay in my ears. Which is huge. No other headphones stay in my ear when I'm running.

They have excellent sound quality and deliver it weather I'm running or cycling and they stay put. I did need to try all of the combinations more than once to get the right fit for my ears but once found they are great.

love my jaybird. Sounds especially Bass is fantastic, long battery life, had an issue and Jaybird resolved it wonderfully. A friend recommended it and so I would also recommend it!! Happy listening with your Jaybird!

I run and train, 4 to 5 times a week and never start withouth my Jaybirds. They fit secure, provide great music quality, and are extremly durable. I guarantee these are the best headphones you will ever wear.

I've had it for nearly a month now and it's a great wireless earphone. Only downside is that I always have to erase it from my iphone6 Bluetooth devices every time I want to use it and connect to it by searching on it. Other than that. It's a comforting and easy to use device

Very good product and Jaybird customer service is spot on. X2's while hard to imagine are better than the previous model. Sound is very good and the hands free feature works excellent. Over all a 5 star produce.

After some trial and error I think I have them fitted correctly. Considering the Comply Comfort tips to see if I prefer over the Comply Sport tips. Sound is great, much better then my Red Fox Edge headset.

Great for work outs! I run and lift and these are the perfect headphones. I did have an issue with one of the earopieces not working, but customer service took care of my issue quick and I was back up and running!

My original jaybird x battery went dead and doesn't seen to charge any more. Contact Jaybird customer service and the RMA process was extremely smooth and within 2 week I got a brand new X2 mail back.

I love my Jaybirds. Am amazed at how long they last. Had them for almost two years now and I use them almost every day.

I've been using the jay bird for 9 months. The have provided very good performance. No issues connecting to my cell phone and no issues with fit . Would have rated 5 stars if the it had mute capability.

Very comfortable, long battery life and they sound great. It took me a few minutes to pick the right size buds and get the perfect fit, but once I got them fitted they've been the best headphones I've owned to date!

Headphones have been a solid buy, have worked for over three years in tough conditions including ultramarathon training. Had a product fail last year that was quickly repaired. Battery life 4-5 hours.

It's disappointed.
Sound's clear but not clean you can notice some little Jamming , No base sound at all , poor quality sound, not comfortable, dosn't worth I think.

battery life not as advertised. Bought 1st pair got 3 hour battery life. Replaced the defective model. The next set had a 5 hour battery life. Can't even get a full day out of them. Terrible. Don't buy.

These earbuds are great. When I don't have them my runs are not the same. If you're considering wireless earbuds, you can't go wrong with these. The product comes with various size parts to fit any size ear canal and outer ear.

My friend who completes in triathlon recommended this strongly, so I bought this for running. I tried all the different ear size options it came with, none of it stayed in my ears like it advertised.

Much improved over last years model. Better sound and longer battery life also. The new foam tips fits much better and create a tighter fit in addition. Hope to have them for years to come
