I purchased this motherboard for a friends build. Upon receiving the motherboard, there is a giant sticker that indicates the company has opened the product to make sure "it's not damaged". I had some weird feeling in my gut as all these years of PC building, i've never encountered a company that needs to check if it's damaged or not. After opening the motherboard box and taking the motherboard out to check the build, I went over a visual inspection (to be sure the motherboard is good to go before installation). After confirming it was good, I opened the CPU socket to place the CPU in and there it was. My gut feeling was right. The pins in the CPU socket were bent and some were missing. This Motherboard was refurbished/used. I reached out to the company and they notified me that it's not their concern (they cant do anything about it) and that i'd have to contact the manufacturer to fix the motherboard. After contacting amazon, they are investigating the matter. I highly recommend you do not purchase this product from this seller. Read other reviews.. This seller sells refurbished items. You can get an MSI motherboard (300 series) for less than this price, BRAND NEW & BETTER.

I thought I would add that my board came without issues, I used 4 sticks of 8G 2666Mhz DDR4 from Patriot. No issue what so ever. I will note that 2 sticks felt like the snapped in place but needed a light second push to get them all the way in, other than that, the board has been flawless so far. *knock on wood*

I bought this based on the recommendation at silentpcreview.com. Coupled with the Noctua NH-D15 heatsink and the
Seasonic PRIME 600 Titanium Fanless SSR-600TL power supply driving an intel i7-9700K. I never knew so much power could be so quiet! I am very happy with this purchase. This MB replaces a Gigabyte MA785GMT-UD2H motherboard that I have been running for almost 10 years. I was very eager to stick with the Gigabyte brand, given the reliability of the MA785. I am very happy with this purchase!

This motherboard looks and performs really nice. It was easy to install and setup. The only issue i have is that the HDMI port doesn't work. I returned one and received another one with the same issue. I currently have it installed in my pc and was not willing to tear apart and rebuild my system a second time and/or find another compatible motherboard. I'm lucky i have 2 other HDMI ports on my rig and when the time comes when i need to use another one, i will just use a USB to HDMI adaptor until i build a new rig.

This appears to be a good solid board. It's well built and I came across no obvious defects or shoddy construction. It has lots of features for the price point - three m.2 slots with integrated heat sinks, nine USB ports, two USB connectors on the board, it even has an onboard connector for a serial port. It has six PCIe expansion slots, but use of a large CPU air cooler and a double-width video card will cover three of the slots, leaving only three available for expansion cards ( one x8, one x4 and one x1 slot). It has lots of fan connectors and comes with two thermistor probes for measuring temperatures wherever you want to place the probe. It has a good 12 phase VRM power system with what appears to be a very good cooling solution - the VRMs are running cool.
I found the BIOS easy to use and the Gigabyte @Bios BIOS flash utility is particularly handy - it is Windows based and finds, downloads, and flashes the BIOS updates without the need to load the update on a flash drive.
The board posted right up with no issues. All memory sockets work. The only problem I had was with the onboard Realtek audio. The board has back panel connectors for audio output and input and an onboard connector for front panel headphone and mic connectors. Initially there was no sound output from the rear or front ports. Fooling with the drivers got the front working. Eventually I got both working. Then the rear ports stopped working. Playing with the drivers again I managed to get all ports to stop working. It appears that Windows 10 updates are breaking the Realtek drivers. I finally managed to get sound from both ports again by completely wiping all drivers (several times) and loading the Realtek drivers from the Gigabyte site (which don't give you access to a Realtek HD console but installing the console seems to break the driver). Based on internet searches, there seems to be a common problem with Win 10 and Realtek drivers, so it may not be an issue specific to this board. It is a major PITA however.

La tarjeta madre es preciosa, buen material, acabados puertos necesarios/almacenamiento. Le doy 4 estrellas porque en mi caso no vinieron incluidos todos los tornillos para montar la tarjeta madre al gabinete. El software RGB fusion es muy limitado, lo tienes que dejar abierto todo el tiempo porque si lo cierras se apagan las luces, no hace sync con otros programas. Mi conclusion es que la tarjeta es 100% funcional ningun defecto de fabrica o golpe, pero esos pequeñitos detalles de tornillos y software de RGB fue lo que me molesto.

Excellent Motherboard that is plug and play pretty much, recognized my 9900Ks/RTX 2080 Xtreme WB with no issues. PWM contacts are incredibly sturdy. VRM temps low compared to competitors is a bonus. Can control 4 zones on the board for lighting effects with fusion 2.0. Tons of included cords and wifi is a bonus but no needed if your using an Ethernet connection(nice extra). I reviewed all the boards in this price range. This one clearly comes on top. Would highly recommend !

Used this for my first time build. Decided to go with the Master due to the built in wireless (one less extra to add on). The RGB looks great and is customizable. There are 3 M.2 slots, and everything is very fast so far with my i7. Looks good in my mid sized tower.
I did make a rookie mistake and only plugged in one the power connections to the motherboard. It kept turning on for a few seconds then shutting off and repeating. Thought I had shorted something (even though I was careful not to), but turns out I missed connecting the second smaller power cable. Oops!
Looks good, works great. I hope it lasts a long time!

La motherboard me encantó, es la primera vez que armó una pc, ya tenía una laptop gamer pero para no desgastar la con el largo y duro uso, decidí armar una.
Lo mejor de la mother, es su aspecto ya en físico, se aprecia muy limpia, con casi nada de circuiteria expuesta como se muestran en la imágenes.
Lo malo es la cantidad de puertos FAN que esta tiene, se me hicieron demasiado pocos, sólo trae 2 en la parte abajo y 3 en la parte de arriba los cuales 1 será para una refrigeración AIO, en mi caso y al necesitar más conectores a la mother para poder manipularlos desde BIOS, compre aparte un adaptador de FANS.
La siguiente semana subo actualización donde mostraré la BIOS.

Arrived with bent CPU pins, buyer beware!
The motherboard I received looked perfect, until I opened up the CPU socket, where I found numerous pins were bent and damaged. The motherboard was unusable, and to prevent any further damage, I opted to return it. Buyer beware, your taking a gamble ordering a used motherboard from Amazon Warehouse!! I thought saving some money on an “item is in original packaging. Packaging may be damaged” listing was a good idea. NOPE
Got the same motherboard from another retailer in perfect condition and it’s amazing, which is why i’ve left 5 stars

il manque une vis pour la porte qui ferme le processeur,vraiment pas fort,ne pas acheter de ce tier,il me decois beaucoup,ok le (9 Mai) installe le cpu neuf,rien ne march,la machine part et eteint sans cesse,enleve le cpu,constate que des pins sont tordus sur la carte mere ou on met le cpu,un amis technicien en informatique a regarder et a confirmer mes dires celui qui l'avais avant moi l'avais briser car cette carte a ete acheter usager,j ai transferer le cpu dans mon autre ordinateur compatible et surprise tout marche,d'ailleur je vous ecrit de celui-ci,tres decus tres decus,oubliger de l'acheter neuf...j'espere que ce tier vas prendre ces responsabilite et verifier ces cartes avant de les vendre usager a l'avenir.

Great for content creators
Pretty good board with lots of options on the I/O. Build was a breeze as well as bios update for CPU. Gigabyte App center software is trash. Gigabyte Monitoring software worked for about a month. And now fails to open. Luckily NZXT's cam software runs smooth. Gigabyte Tech support says wipe OS and do a fresh install for their software to work again. Not worth the trouble reinstalling all programs,Codecs and Reg Keys to change board RGB color. (stuck on blue). All in all.. Hardware is great/Software is shit.

Excellent board with great aesthetics. Has three M.2 slots is a plus. Overclocking is really easy and stable, my 9700k runs at 5ghz all cores at 1.32 volts completely stable. Only thing is I wish I had opted for the master for a just a little more. Overall happy with the product.

Works well, one minor annoyance
Its a beautiful looking MOBO, and it works well. I've had no issues with it and installation was simple. It is worth noting that the lights do not turn off when the PC is off (unless you hit the PSU switch, they're always on), so if the PC is in your bedroom that may be an annoyance.

I think the Z390 AORUS PRO WiFi looks better in person than the images online. Haven't gotten all the parts yet, but will update if I notice any issues. PCIe SSD covers have an adhesive backing to them and come with the required screws. Heard some plastic parts moving around when I first took it out, but I think it was the SSD covers being loose. I really like the fact that the I/O sheild is built into the motherboard. WiFi antenna feels a bit cheap, but I didn't plan on using it for my build anyways. Something I didnt notice in the pictures was that there are LED's under the RAM slots and theres an LED "XMP" light on the top right hand corner of the motherboard. Hope it works fine once my build is complete.

software is atrocious, compatibility overall is hit and miss, this is not and should not ever be considered a high-end product, whoever reviewed this as being on par with asus was straight up lying.

Llevo 6 meses con la placa y me ido bastante bien, aunque deben tener en cuenta que los leds que trae solo 1 puede ser cambiado de color el otro mantiene un rojo fijo. Ademas no cuenta con rgb fusion cosa que no me fije en su momento, tampoco trae muchos puertos para ventiladores. Lo que si es perfecto es el soporte de procesadores i9. La estetica es muy buena aunque no lo parezca en imagenes pero en fisico se mira muy elegante y discreta.

Great motherboard even at a higher price
This motherboard has everything I wanted for my new build --- support for a fast nvme ssd as a boot drive without giving up more than one SATA port; Thunderbolt 3 on the board that just works right out of the box; High end sound with an impedance-sensing headphone jack so I can use my 300 ohm headphones; support for both USB 3.0 and USB 3.1 (via separate motherboard cable sockets) on the front of my case; extra USB 2.0 ports on the motherboard to support additional lighting inside the case; and that Gigabyte durability.
Also, having the I/O shield pre-mounted to the motherboard is pretty nice.

At that price range, this board is a good bang for the buck. It has everything you need for a gaming PC.
My only issues are the following:
- Only 3 fan headers
- No Displayport on board
- No integrated Wifi (at that price, it should be expected though)
5 MONTHS REVIEW UPDATE:
A PCIE slot completely stopped working today after only 5 months of use. I had to switch my Wifi adapter to another PCIE slot to make it work again. Hopefully, this will be the first and last major issue I get with that motherboard. Still, I have to lower my rating because I feel that ANY PCIE slot should last at least 2 years on ANY motherboard.
I'm giving 2 stars, but I think a more appropriate rating would be 2.5 stars (which is not possible on Amazon).
My only issues are the following:

I had time to do some research on the motherboards while waiting for my CPU and for an Intel i9 CPU this seems to be the most recommend motherboard. Was very easy to install, m.2 slot are very easy to access and the heat shields on them look really heavy duty. The RGB is very bright. Comes with multiple case temperature probes. Has a little module to connect all of your case front panel wiring to so that it is just one connector to plug in to the motherboard, saved a lot of hassle and time. Runs great and has awesome software for management. Highly recommend.

It have two thunderbolt 3.0 port but don't supply any thunderbolt cable, after I received the package, when I open it, there is a black plastic block droped off, But it seems it doesn't belong to the motherboard. and also It has very obvious use traces, nothing like a very new used motherboard.

Looking at the great reviews (and discount) it had on Amazon, I decided to order this one (Z390 Elite) even though I had a perfectly working 9900k on a MSI Z370A-PRO. Installed the CPU, the PSU (Corsair RM850x), RAM and switched on the power supply. A brief flashed appeared which is desired. On switching on the PC, I heard 2 trip sounds with very quick start and instantly powering down. After that nothing. Checked my PSU, it was dead ! Connected back to the MSI, still PSU dead. Got it exchanged for a new one (thank god I had warranty). Now connected my MSI motherboard to test my new PSU. Everything started up, but now there was a lit up CPU light. Got it checked at a local computer store and confirmed that the CPU was dead. Went back and got the CPU exchanged for a new one, used with the MSI board everything started working. Since now I had new CPU and a new PSU, tried to give another chance to this God forsaken motherboard. Again the trip happened, connected back to MSI, again CPU error. This board is cancer and should be avoided at all costs. Not sure if Gigabyte is reading this, but I need them to cover my costs, which I know will not happen. Decided to return it asap. I did not want to get it exchanged..thanks but no thanks, Gigabyte. Should have gone with MSI.

Well built solid board for Windows, Linux or MacOS
I got this board for stability and performance. It is a sturdy, not flashy board.
For some reason, does not have a TPM chip or header.
Most of the Gigabyte boards at this level have at least a TPM header. The Desiginaire does NOT, it has solder pads on the mainboard for an Infineon TPM, but that spot is empty.
This is why 4, not 5 stars.
