I just want to complain about the price.Yesterday, I bought it in the price of $41.16 but today the price goes down to $32.35.Oh my god, what happens here?Why Amazon do like this to me?I'm your customer for a long time, buy many of your things.However, if you want to buy this thing or other, I recommend you just wait to make sure that Amazon does not play this trick to you all again.

I couldn't stand the bad quality of my new laptop speakers, so I forked over about $40.00 and hoped for the best. I did do some research before buying and these were the ones that stood out from the crowd at this price range. You can also pick out colors to match your laptop over at Dell. These speakers look and sound great. They are heavy and feel expensive. I didn't want a big subwoofer anyway, so the built in bass is really sweet. There are two knobs which control the sound and tone.These are not top of the line speakers, but they are stylish and give off plenty of clear sound. I'm really happy with them.

Don't waste your money on these speakers. They start out okay then develop a very bad hum which remains even when the you turn off the speakers. When the hum starts it continues for awhile then its gone only to return again later. I replaced them with my Bose speakers and all is fine. I will write this off as an experience well learned and Creative should stick to sound cards and keep away from speakers as they are not experts in this field, just trying to make more money. ) 0 stars

The Creative T10 speaker system has reasonably good sound out of a fairly simple, compact 2.0 speaker system. Volume is pretty good for the size. The only flaws I found with these speakers were a somewhat poor signal-to-noise ratio (sometimes had a noticeable hiss at moderate volume when no sound was playing or between songs), and that the speaker with the amplifier/transformer in it has a very low hum (not produced by the speaker itself but rather the transformer in it.) It's not nearly loud enough to bother most people, many probably wouldn't even notice, but if noises bother you, it's something to consider. Overall they're pretty good for the price.

I bought these somewhere else, as I had a gift card to use. But I wanted to add my review, since I saw an unfavorable review here. I LOVE these speakers! I am enjoying my computer so much more since adding the Creative Inspire T-10s. Maybe the other reviewer was listening to electronic-based music? I like acoustic music, and these are WONDERFUL. Strings and pianos are a good test of whether your speakers can deliver good audio, and the stings and pianos sound fabulous on these. Maybe he was listening too close? Stand back a few feet - they sound wonderful, and fill the room with a clean, open, rich, full sound - a pleasant, natural, firm bass.. without that overly-colored sub-woofer bass sound.P.S. - my career is in producing and adjusting audio. I've worked in L.A. radio for over 20 years. These are the best $50 I've spent on my computer. Looking for a great-looking, nice-sounding, affordable set of computer speakers? Like clean, clear, natural-sounding music - especially acoustic? I recommend these speakers wholeheartedly.

A handsome pair of speakers with excellent overall sound. Small "footprint" saves desk space. Easy setup. Bass response pales a bit in comparison with other Creative products that include a subwoofer, but this is an adequate tradeoff when one considers power consumption and space requirements.

I have not bought this speakers yetbut every time I stop by electric store, I always try out this pair speakers with my audio player (actually, it's PDA with mobile internet)sound is very interesting to me.....it has good but no "box sound" bass, mid is nice, high can be adjusted to tastemy ears are pretty sensitive to sound quality, it may be at the store, but I tested this pair with the one with 2-3x price, and I still prefer this pairand there's a plus...another input from right side of right speaker (but no select switch), a lady heard I played internet radio from PDA to this speakers and she bought it right away, she said the sound is pretty good

I have had multiple speakers in past and this one is the best bang for buck.Pro's:1. Good sound quality2. Nice bass3. Small size4. Light weight and portableCon's:1. Annoyingly bright blue light on speaker when turned on2. Lacks wireless remoteI added these to a thousand dollar LCD TV and the sound quality improved dramatically. Paired with a laptop its great. Overall a great set of speakers for music/movies.

The speakers are clear and have good volume control. They were a replacement for a set I had blown out (after 4 1/2 years). They get a lot of use and I can hear throughout my small apartment.

I bought this speaker a year ago as a starter for 2.1 speakers. I'm surprised to see that it is one of the top selling speakers, because the quality is not that good for me.Pros:-looks very nice on my desk-easy to use, adjust volume-can control bass with subwoofer nobsCons:-really lacks mid-range and sounds muddy.-sounds distorted when turned up loud.-total system power is 60 watts, that means this speaker has a big limit when you want louder or better sounds.If you want top-notch speakers, don't buy this speaker. With 30 dollars, I would rather buy JBL speaker without subwoofer than this one.

We ordered two sets of these. One set after we received the first and liked them so much. We upgraded from a 5-yr old set without bass. These can really put out some serious sound and the quality is superb(at least in my opinion!).If you're looking for speakers for music and general computer sound, these are the ones! If you want surround sound for ultimate gaming experience and don't have another sound system (IE: 2nd gamer) in the room competing, then these are not what you want.

So at first I thought the sound was ok. Nothing special. Infact I even thought it was kinda crappy and the levels were way off compared to the speaker i upgraded from. I dated someone in Post audio production, so I was used to hearing exactly what the sound is supposed to sound like. Well. I realized that while having the old speakers I had raised the maximum volume output on my sound card so i could get out more sound and then after i changed that and played some cd quality music instead of vids online I was very surprised. The speakers are actually very good and well balanced. I like the fact that you can control the base on the subwoofer and the high range isn't ear piercing.I do have one MAJOR GRIPE about these speakers. My speakers are close to eye level and they have a VERY BRIGHT BLUE LED to show when they are turned on. It is very annoying and distracting. My other speakers had them on the subwoofer so I never saw it really (where it should be). I ended up getting so annoyed with this fact that I colored a piece of tape black to completely hide that stupid annoying light.

While I am not an audiophile, I am quite happy with these speakers, I particularly like the fact that they use a standard plug rather than a power pack.

The speakers were purchased to compliment a new laptop for our son who is off to college. They are just what I was looking for. Not too expensive, not too large as they will fit on a small dorm desk. The sound they produce is full of nice, quality tone levels. Again, very adequate for a dorm room or a smaller area and I would recommend them.

I expected more from Creative. Even though I purchased on sale and with a rebate on top of that, I still don't think I got my money's worth.Most speakers these days has a volume and a bass boost. This set has a volume and a TONE control. My transistor radio from the 70's had a tone control. The sound reproduction from these is more reminiscent of $9.99 computer speakers, the ones that these replaced. Had I not already sent in for the rebate (UPC code) I would have returned them without hesitation. I admit the bass is a little better than my old ones, but without the tone turned completely up there is absolutely no highs so it's a totally useless knob.They are attractive and ok for cheap speakers. They are not worth regular price at all. You can do much better for $50.

for real, so goodlove the sub wooferif you are considering this or another more expensive one, this is just as good IF NOT BETTERand if ur deciding over a cheaper one, this is soooo worth the price

These are quality 2.1 channel PC speakers, with a medium-tech look yet simple appearance, and the subwoofer--new to my PC setup--is impressive, adding depth to any of the sound [news, sound bites, auditioning audio CDs BEFORE buying and the like, etc.] the I come across voluntarily or otherwise while on the Internet. They're also very good playing audio CDs through the PC. The product setup is intuitive, fast, plus they're well built and look good too! Highly recommended!!!!!

Wanted extra speaker to extend my HTPC into another room (ran 1/8" cord through heater duct and down in the basement); speakers are nice looking, crisp sound and were exactly what I wanted and paid for. I have a nice set of creative i-trique 2.1 hooked up to the HTPC in the living room and together they sound great.

This has been a great product for the cost. Sound is clear, I've had no problem with buzzing even when its cranked. As good as the system that these replaced, and at 25% of the cost. The only thing I dislike about these is that the subwoofer control is on the back of the subwoofer.

Owned for almost a month with no problems. For the price, they've got great output. At almost max volume there's barely any noticeable clipping or distortion.
