First I like the big Lcd, the steady shot, the fast response and easy hookup to the Pc for transfer. For a small camera it is very easy to hold. The 8MP makes for some nice large printed pictures without being distorted.

So far I love this camera! It takes great pictures. It has many wonderful features that I haven't even learned how to use yet. It take black and white or sepia pictures. I feel I got a great bargain for my money.

This is my third digital camera, they just get better all the time. The Canon A720 takes great pictures, nice 6x zoom, good closeups, etc...As others have pointed out, flash refresh is slow. but I love it

I recently purchased a Canon A720 IS camera via the internet and returned it to the dealer because the viewfinder was extremely blurry and unusable. They replaced the camera but the viewfinder in the new one isn't much better but I can live with it. Other brands are crystal clear so don't know why Canon cant furnish a better quality one. As far as the camera itself is concerned, it is great. I love the features and functions.

I bought this camera 1 month ago and I love it. I really enjoy the 6x zoom, which is definitely an upgrade from the 3x zoom on my last camera. It takes really clear pictures and is easy to use! I am extremely satisifed with this purchase!

I don't take a lot of pictures but this camera is easy to use and although I have not used it much I am completely satisfied with the product.

Wanted a higher resolution camera to replace our last digital. So far this one is simple to use, takes great photos and is a great value for the price. Can't go wrong with this camera!

I bought the A720 to replace our A520 which we lost. I am very happy with the quality of photos and the speed of being able to take repeat shots compared to the A520. We just returned from Kauai and the trip is well-recorded with quality photos.

I am very happy with camera. Picture quality is great with lots of options and features. I totally recommend to anyone. Video quality is also good, not great but good.

Great for taking pictures in multiple lighting conditions, and also for troublesome shots like pets / kids (that setting is great). Only minor complaint is that the default flash card is so small that we could barely test it out of the box. Definitely recommend a 1GB+ card to go with this purchase.

It is easy to use and takes good pictures. The only complaint I would have is the delay in how long the camera takes to get ready to take another picture. That may be a function of all digital cameras though (as this is my first digital camera)

I am not a camera savvy kind of person. But I really like this one since it is very easy to use and take beautiful pictures. The only thing I don't like is that it is a bit bulky (Compare with other cameras of course) ... Other than that, I truly like it

Love the camera. The flash delay is the only thing that I don't like. I'm going to try some photo AA batteries to see if that helps.

The Canon Powershot has so far lived up to my hopes. The stabilization seems to work fairly well even when I zoom in far as the 6X optical allows. Delay between shots is less than with my previous. I'm looking forward to albums full of happy gran'baby snapshots.

Great camera. I was looking for a camera that is not too big, have good optical zoom and allows manual set up. Canon A720IS has it all. Love it.

This Canon is awsome. 8mp and 6x optical zoom make differences.
I have also Canon a570is, but this camera is better.
It has an optical stabilizer and works great.
Buy it.

A great price for an original Canon case (especially if purchased with supersaver delivery). It fits my A710 IS, a spare SD card but a bit of a squeeze to fit 2 AA batteries in the front pouch; hence 4 stars. Otherwise a well made compact case.

I bought this case for my Canon Powershot A620, following the link on Amazon from the A620 page. However, when it arrived, I found that the case is too small for A620. The case is described on the packaging as being compatible with A500 series and A700 series, but no mention of A600 series. Amazon has since removed the A620 form the list of compatible cameras on the DC-80 page.
The case itself is compact and seems well made, although it lacks the soft lining and padding of the more bulky Lowepro DRES 10 AW which I eventually purchased (which is a good fit for A620).
