Great screen, dropped a star because the panel isn't hermetically sealed....got Thunderbirds crawling around behind the screen after just a month of owning.

Got this to replace an LG UltraWide IPS 75hz monitor, and there is no going back to anything below 144hz for me. The unit I received is amazing. No backlight bleed, no ghosting, no smearing. I've been playing FPS games and the action is just so smooth, and fluid. Colors are great. Mine works fine with Gsync.

The stand is nice, and installs without any tools, it doesn't wobble, and you can raise lower and tilt it. Has a nice cable management hole in the center of it. I'm really glad I chose this monitor to go with, it's probably the best investment I've bought for my PC in a long time. The only fault that I can find with this monitor is the lack of joystick to navigate the settings, it is a little tedious the way the button layout is but I will not be using that part much anyway.

Like others, I received the flat model after placing my order on March 9th. Really disappointed.

I purchased this monitor for video editing and gaming. I want the wider screen mostly to extend my video editing timeline. I don't need to work with anything extremely color accurate so this monitor was good for the price.

The colors are decent but the monitor is rather dark. Areas that should be pure white were at times an off white or gray-ish even after boosting the brightness and gamma.

The motion blur was a lot more than I anticipated. With the monitor being a VA panel I figured there would be some motion blur, but this was way too bad for my liking. Scrolling through dark websites would lead to text blurring out. The black areas have a very difficult time refreshing.

It is 144hz but with the slow response time of the VA Panel, the higher you set the FPS the more blur there was. It ran best (but still had noticeable blur) at 100HZ but then that defeats the purpose of the monitor.

This was my first VA panel as I typically game on a TN and IPS. Maybe it is a typical VA blur but to me it was too much.

I returned this monitor and purchased the LG 34GK950F-B. Same specs but it is an IPS monitor and it is amazingly better. It is also about double in price though. For me it was worth the upgrade.

If the blur and a darker panel doesn't bother you, then go for it. Its not awful and the blacks are really black and colors look decent. The blur just ruined it for me personally.

Cercavo un monitor 27" 2k per il gaming e nonostante la scelta migliore fosse un prodotto di un'azienda concorrente (a 150 euro in più) e avendo già un monitor IPS per la postproduzione, alla fine ho preso questo pannello VA.
Avevo paura che fosse un pannello di scarsa qualità (abituato alla qualità di un IPS) ma mi sono dovuto ricrdere.
Dopo aver calibrato entrambi i monitor sono riuscito ad ottenere una buona uniformità cromatica, l'unico "problema" che ho riscontrato è che l'AOC copre il 125% dell'sRGB e rispetto al mio monitor IPS che ne copre "solo" il 99% risulta leggermente più saturo (dopo la calibrazione), difatti ho dovuto abbassare la saturazione digitale di un 6% sull'AOC per averli totalmente allineati.
Ma passiamo alla parte gaming: la velocità di refresh si nota tutta e passare da un 60hz 8ms a un 144hz 1ms fa una differenza abissale!
Per il prezzo pagato, 329 euro, a mio parere è un ottimo monitor, anche da utilizzare come unico.
Ho anche fatto qualche prova e sul mio modello non ci sono aloni o altri problemi (acquistato a luglio 2020).

 This monitor is a king. I play apex, ark, league of legends, overwatch, minecraft, little nightmares, and planet coaster and sea of theives.

Before this monitor I had a 22’ dell screen. When you first go to ultra wide it feel huge and your brain gets a little bit dizzy but after using it for a couple of days it feels much more natural and you enjoy games more.

I bought my monitor for $495 and it was definitely a steal

no dead pixels! However sometimes during gaming I do see the flickering that people associate the monitor with. However the viewing angles and colors on this is great, way above my old 144hz Dell 27" TN monitor. Great replacement for dual monitors, the ultrawide life is just amazing especially if you use this daily. The bezels are slim and only a bit of red can be seen which isn't too gaudy like other monitors. AOC wasn't at the top of my list but for the price and specs this one seems to be a winner for sure.

Ich bin von 3 x 24" auf diesen Bildschirm umgestiegen, da mir der Anblick zu unaufgeräumt war und die Rahmen störten.

Nach kurzer Recherche war klar, dass es dieser Bildschirm werden muss.
WQHD, 34", Curved, Höhenverstellung und USB Hub zu diesem Preis ist einfach unschlagbar.

Das Bild muss jedoch vorerst für das Einsatzgebiet (bei mir Gaming) eingestellt werden, sonst sieht es es dunkel und unscharf aus. Sobald jedoch HDR eingeschaltet und die Kontraste und Helligkeit eingestellt ist, ist das Bild einfach überragend.
Ich sehe hier keine nennenswerten Unterschiede zu dem 49" Samsung Curved für 950 EUR.

Die 100 Hz reichen für die meisten Spiele völlig aus, solange man kein professioneller E-Sportler ist.
Die Kabelführung und der Hub sorgen für einen schönen aufgeräumten Tisch.

Das Curved-Panel sorgt für eine schöne Spiel-Immersion. Auch wenn man schräg vor dem Bildschirm sitzt, kann man das Bild noch gut erkennen.

Jedem, der einen neuen Gaming Bildschirm sucht und keine 1000 EUR ausgeben möchte, kann ich diesen Bildschirm nur empfehlen. Kritikpunkte habe ich keine!

It's 4k, 144hz all at a reasonable price. With Quarantine beginning in March 2020, I was looking to upgrade my home office in order to increase productivity... Okay okay, also for gaming and watching movies, but I swear it, for work productivity mostly.

The AOC 21:9 ultrawide monitor now serves as my primary and it provides enough screen to substitute for a second monitor, though I still keep a second monitor on the side and am thinking about putting another one on top. the colors are great and I don't see any ghosting or light bleed on this monitor.

I will say that this Monitor is far from frameless as I understand it, the bottom of the bezel is wider at the bottom than my other "bezeled" monitor.

Another gripe I have is the display buttons to setup and control the display, they're a little unintuitive but more cumbersome to use... thank goodness I really only have to set up the monitor once in a blue moon.

I purchased this on a really hot deal for $450 and it is one of the better deals for a premium quality ultrawide monitor at the time of writing this. It is rare that this monitor comes to that price, but if you do see it get that low again, I would say that it's a must buy for anyone looking for an ultrawide monitor.

Für den Preis (Vorbesteller/knapp 314 Euro) der Hammer und nein FHD in 27 Zoll ist kein Vergleich, nur weil es günstiger ist...

Zum Kritikpunkt, der Monitor hat eine Schwäche und zwar wenn man etwas Licht ins Zimmer lässt spiegelt der Bildschirm matt an den oberen Ecken. Daher bestes Gaming Erlebnis abends.

Ansonsten kann man da nichts falsch machen, also klare Empfehlung meinerseits!

Have been using this monitor for about three days now and have to say I’m in love. The brightness, saturation, color reproduction, and smoothness of motion are all fantastic on this display (at least to my eyes anyway). Using it with freesync/adaptive sync turned on in monitor settings, and Gsync compatibility mode enabled in my GPU settings.

RDR2 has never been so immersive as it is on this big beautiful display. I upgraded from dual 24” monitors-and while some screen real estate is gone, it is not missed. I will forever be spoiled by the curved 144hz display-and there’s no going back now.

I highly recommend this monitor. Especially if you can snag it at the $437 price point that I did-you will NOT regret it.

Beautiful monitor. My first ultrawide so take that into account. But it's picture is better than my 4k LG monitor. Good colors and haven't had any issues with anything. Great value for 450.

Contra:
- Bild nicht homogen, auf weißen Flächen keine gleichmäßige Ausleuchtung und deutliche "Schatten" erkennbar
- Zu dunkel sogar auf 100%
- Bild wirkt an einigen Stellen unschärfer als an anderen (?)
- Backlight bleeding
- Die Farbeinstellungen sind sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und nur in zu extremen Schritten kalibrierbar
- Namen der Einstellungen teils komisch gewählt

Have had this monitor (CU34G2X) for a dew days now. I purchased it as a replacement for an older gaming ultrawide which had a 100hz VA AUO panel which cost twice as much. This monitor has exceeded all of my expectations! The color is fantastic (10 bit color reported in nVidia’s control panel)- no banding at all. There is extremely little backlight bleed which is only noticeable in a completely black screen, and the dark smearing is minimal to my eyes. Even fast paced games seem to respond well. Build quality is great, and the stand feels robust. Color accuracy took a bit of tweaking to get right but even out of the box looked pretty good. Can’t recommend this monitor enough; especially at this price!

Nachdem Amazon mich mehr als 2 Monate hingehalten hat kam vor Kurzem ENDLICH der Monitor an (das war EINZIG UND ALLEIN die Schuld von Amazon, NICHT des Herstellers und ebenfalls VÖLLIG unabhängig von der Covid-19 Katastrophe)!

Installation des Monitors war so einfach wie nie zuvor - Monitorstand zusammenschrauben (geht ohne Schraubendreher), in die Rückseite des Monitor einschnappen lassen und Kabel anschliessen.

G-Sync Kompabilität wurde automatisch erkannt (ich benutze eine RTX 2070 Super), 144Hz muss man natürlich dann selber in den Windows-Displayoptionen einschalten.
WICHTIG FÜR GAMER: Über das Monitormenü unbedingt den Overdrive auf Maximum stellen!

Das Monitormenü ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß mit der reinen Steuerung über Tasten, da ist die Steuerung über einen Stick eigentlich Standard und sollte bei einem Refresh bzw. SPÄTESTENS einem neuen Lineup dann SELBSTVERSTÄNDLICH sein. Das ist zwar nur ein "Quality of Life" Aspekt und es funktioniert ja auch so, aber für die Zukunft sollte das eben anders sein.

Alle Spiele die ich bisher getestet habe (u.A. World of Warcraft und GTA 5) sehen super aus, sowohl was die Farben als auch die Bildwiedergabe an sich angeht.
Die Krümmung fühlt sich sehr natürlich an für das Sichtfeld.

ACHTUNG: Der Preis sollte niemals über 320-340€ liegen. Alles darüber ist reine Gier des Verkäufers - der Releasepreis von Amazon war 313€, also lasst euch nicht abzocken!

When I first got the monitor hooked up, I did run into some issues. Not the monitors fault, but I'd like to share my experience in case anybody else is having the same issues. I have a GTX 1080ti, and when I rebooted my computer for the first time, I got a VGA error QLED light on my motherboard. After about 2 days of on and off tinkering, I learned i needed to update my GPU Firmware. Not the driver, but the firmware. So just a heads up if you're having that issue. Again, not the fault of the monitor whatsoever but just an incompatibility somebody else might experience. If you're using a newer card though you shouldn't have any problems.

This is my first 1440p or Ultrawide, so my enamor at this monitor could definitely be that I didn't know what I was missing, but after tinkering with some picture settings (there is software to access the menu from windows if you hook up to USB) I found the picture and color to be good enough. I do mild amounts of video and photo editing, and color accuracy didn't seem like it was off in any noticable-to-me way.The slim bezel is good enough for my standards as well, and I like that it uses both a standard power cord straight to the monitor, and plain old HDMI and DisplayPort.

I've also been working from home, and the extra screen width is so nice to have. I'm able to have 2 email accounts up and a text based web page, up on the left side of the screen, and on the right, a youtube video playing using a popout player extension, and a word or excel document. I highly recommend installing PowerToys from microsoft and setting up the fancy snap sections. If you're a gamer who is considering getting an ultrawide, this monitor is well worth it, at the $450 price point IF you can find it for that price. Plus a USB hub built in is always nice.

Kurzgefasst: Unerträgliches Spulenfiepen bei 144Hz, auch bei Ersatzgerät!

Lange Fassung: Beim Auspacken machte das Gerät noch einen guten Eindruck, auch wenn mich das externe Netzteil mit 3-poligem Anschluss (kein Kaltgerätestecker!) und der sehr breitbeinige Standfuß schon etwas irritiert haben. Auch nach dem Anschließen schien noch alles okay. Keine Pixelfehler und das Bild machte einen guten Eindruck. Doch dann merkte ich, dass der Montior in Windows standardmäßig auf 60Hz eingestellt ist. Also umgestellt auf 144Hz... und sofort festgestellt dass dieser Bildschirm vollkommen unbrauchbar ist. Bei 144Hz erzeugt er ein unerträgliches Spulenfiepen, das meinen kompletten PC auch an Lautstärke um ein Vielfaches übertönt. Helligkeit und andere Einstellungen haben keinen Einfluss auf das Geräusch. Unter der Annahme, dass kein namhafter Hersteller einen derart unbenutzbaren Schrott verkaufen würde habe ich einen Ersatz angefordert, doch auch das Ersatzgerät erzeugt die gleichen Geräusche. Ich habe keine Ahnung wo die guten Bewertungen hier herkommen, ob die Leute alle halb taub sind oder nie gemerkt haben, dass sie den Monitor manuell in Windows auf 144Hz umstellen müssen. Jedenfalls kann ich nur dringend davon abraten dieses Gerät zu erwerben!

Excellent monitor for the price, you don’t know how great an ultrawide is until you try it. The picture quality is roughly equivalent to the MSI 1440p model, which usually sells for slightly more (I have both). The brightness leaves something to be desired if you are in a bright room, but otherwise it is acceptable for the price. Gaming support is really good with the high refresh rate, however, I have been unable to get the freesync support working.

Egal was man einstellt, das Bild ist immer zu hell oder verwaschen. Es speichert nicht die Farbprofile und macht jedesmal ein reset, wenn der Bildschirm ausgemacht wird. Die Konfigurationsbuttons sind absolut unzeitgemäß unterhalb der rechten Seite und wurden komplett mit nichtssagende Symbole gekennzeichnet. Selbst Bildschirme mit niedrigeren Preise haben ein Joystick unten mitte zum Navigieren der Menu. Das Treiber aka Tool zum Einstellen per Maus ist zu nichts zu gebrauchen. Es übernimmt nicht die Profile die am Bildschirmselber eingestellt wurden und man kann auch nicht so viel ändern wie bei den Knöpfen selber. Außerdem ist das Menu einfach ein Graus. Viele Einstellungen muss man erst unter ein anderer Menupunkt aktivieren, damit man diese im aktuellen einstellen kann. Habe das Ding nach dem WE wieder gepackt und zurückgeschickt. Nie Wieder AOC.

I was very lucky and was able to snag a AOC CU34G2X for $450.00 here on Amazon brand new (using a Radeon VII). I mostly play MMO's now so I am not a FPS/Shooter type player (been there, done that back in the 90's for FPS/Shooters) .

I am not using the stand it came with since I already have a VESA triple mount stand (Ergotech triple stand). The VESA mounts I have that came with the Ergotech stand fits in perfectly on the back of the Ultrawide monitor for I just had to undo the 4 screws that are in the back of the monitor, put the VESA plate on and put the screws back in then just hang the monitor on my stand.

I really did not have to fiddle with the colors/contrast for it is really great as is when you turn the power on and boot up the system (plugged into a Radeon VII) but I will say the controls for the monitor are a little odd yet the odds are one will not be fiddling with them for long so once you have your settings you will not be using the controls for quite a while.

As for light bleed I might have been lucky since it is very nil and for the flickering I have read it was doing that slightly the first day but I have done a few things and updated the Radeon software to 20.4.2 and no flickering at all. I must say it is a little bright so if one wants too you can turn the brightness down but for me I have adjusted quickly to it as is.

I have read some people harp on the bezel but for me I really do not mind the bezel around this monitor. It is not thick in my book (I mean it is not even a $500.00) so I really have nothing bad to say about the bezel.

It does not have any built in speakers which I can go either way for I usually use my headphones BUT I do plan on buying some external speakers in the near future anyway.

It did not come with a manual, but then again a quick look online one can find it yet it should not be a big thing to include one with the monitor since it is only 28 pages.

All in all I really got my bang for the buck with this monitor and I think if you are just venturing into the ultrawide world then this is a great monitor to start with.

Die Bildqualität ist wirklich super schön. Auch die Farben schlagen meinen vorherigen BenQ. Leider merkt man von den 144Hz nicht viel. Das Bild wirkt trotz dessen nicht flüssig und ist im vergleich zum alten Benq um längen anstrengender für die Augen. Einen Durchschnitts wird dies nicht stören, aber wer wie ich in FPS spielen auch highlevel mithalten will,wird hier nicht glücklich. Das äußere Erscheinungsbild ist ansonsten wirklich cool und sieht nicht billig aus.
Fazit:
Für das Geld mir zu teuer. Eine Flüssige Bildwiederholung ist für meine Bedürfnisse das wichtigste an einem Monitor. Ich will nicht ausschließen, dass mit einer extrem guten Grafikkarte und doppeltee angezeigter FPS Zahl der Monitor wirklich gut funktioniert, mit meiner 1060 (6GB) ist er nicht angenehm zu benutzen. Habe ihn zurück gesendet.

(just 2 days of use, and I'm writing this review only for colors and the color and performance of this monitor so far.)

The colors of the monitor are great after some adjusting, download the software of the AOC website, don't bother with the buttons on the display, they are like tires on a chopper lol. The customization diversity of this panel just makes me emotional, only if u knew how much time I spent on my previous monitors for color adjustments.

It comes factory calibrated, with a bit brightness and contrasts adjustments, it definitely looks much better than my 27inch IPS HD(400) monitor ever did.

After trying IPS, TN, and VA panels, I can say that I definitely prefer a Va panel for gaming and movies.

This monitor also gives color profile options for reading and other types of tasks.

I've read and researched a ton about panel types, functions, and anything that distinguishes one monitor from another. Almost everyone has said that if you care about colors pick IPS, and TN if you care about performance, and VA is just something in between.

I can say that because of their internal structure, It seems to me VA panels look much more vivid, easy to see and distinguish what is happening in a video or game much better than other types.

I think if you are like me, who wants colors to pop up, the details in a small picture to be as colorful and vivid as when they are in full picture mode, you should try a good VA panel. And This panel so far didn't disappoint, I tried a week, and couldn't get a picture on a 1440 IPS panel to pop as in this 1440p VA panel. I played with settings of this monitor for about 20 minutes and it looks better than the 1440p IPS panel ever did.
There are lots of settings to adjust colors, brightness, picture mode, and contrast.
Not even some very expensive panels don't allow you to adjust as much as this monitor lets you.

The game performance is pretty good, the colors are good, I've no complaints so far. I definitely recommend this monitor to everyone.

Update: I was really happy with this monitor until I started to play some fast first-person shooter games. Unfortunately like most VA panels, this panel also has smearing during fast movements. I'm not sure how that is possible on a 1ms monitor, but it is quite bad if you would like to have responsive gameplay.

De monitor kwam vanochtend aan en ik was heel blij, nou voor even dan. Niet eens een dag erna heb ik een dode pixel, ik weet niet hoezo maar blijkbaar staat die er. Ik weet niet wat ik moet doen, dus zal morgen Amazon bellen om raad te vragen.

Go to Aocwebsite and download drivers. I bought mine a week ago and it came with pre installed drivers from 2006. So no matter what settings I had or changed in the pc itself, my contrast was through the roof. Once fixed put on HDRgame and boom. Beautiful. Also note, you have to go into PC settings to change to 144hz. Won’t work unless you use DISPLAY PORT. HDMI only supports 100hz. Other than that, there’s a little back light bleed, but not distracting at all. I would recommend to anyone who games. TN to this VA isn’t really a difference.

Tra i monitor con pari caratteristiche, questo AOC costa sui 100-150€ di meno e infatti la qualità costruttiva non è decisamente "premium": i bordi di plastica sono leggermente ondulati e le finiture sono imprecise. Piccoli dettagli che si notano a farci caso. Il difetto peggiore forse è che lo stand non è molto robusto e ogni movimento della scrivania fa traballare lo schermo. Tra i pregi, devo dire che il pannello non ha il minimo difetto.
4 stelle solo perché alla fine rende per quello che costa, ma onestamente, a chi se lo può permettere, consiglierei di investire in qualcosa di meglio.

This things price fluctuates like crazy. I compared this to the nexius, and coolermaster, and MSI Optix rgb one. Surprisingly if you see a 1500R 1440p,144hz 34 inch in one title its probably the same samsung VA monitor. Hardware Unbox compared this to the Nexius and i do believe that the nexius probably has a larger contrast ratio however the AOC comes pre color cohabitated with a paper of the results, and a stand that can have hight and swivel. Of the the 3 monitors I choose this one for the USB hub, cheaper price, and I menu which is AOCs downloadable onscreen display menu. the menu is the only thing that the MSI monitor had going for it and I only wish the AOC had a darker black in comparison to the Nixius. Cooler master is essentially the same thing as nixius exept its qwirk is a auto dimmable light sensor.

Sehr gutes Gerät, bis auf Audio Out wird nicht aktiviert wenn die aktiv Boxen ausgeschalten sind. Lösung Monitor Aus/Ein schalten oder Aktivboxen immer eingeschaltet lassen. Maus/Tastatur auf USB 3.0 Ports funktionieren nur wenn der Monitor vor dem PC eingeschalten wurde. Lösung USB Austecken und wieder anstecken.
Ich habe mich an AOC Support gewandt, jedoch nur die automatische Antwort bekommen, Rückmeldung erst nach fast 3 Monaten und die Antwort: Bitte wenden sie an den Händler für einen eventuellen Austausch. (nach 3 Monaten nimmt kein Händler das Gerät zurück!) Ich würde abraten einen Monitor von AOC zu kaufen, jedoch das verbaute Display(Samsung) in diesen Monitor ist Super!

Bought this on sale as a replacement for a Monoprice 100hz ultrawide I picked up on Black Friday. Picture is much sharper with less motion blur. Colors are much more defined as well — unit even comes with a calibration sheet from the factory. Menu navigation can be...fun, but I’ve had the same experience with literally every monitor I’ve owned so far. Bezels are thin, VESA mounting left no concerns (I went right to a wall mount so I never tested the desk stand) and it comes with all the cables you need (though I already had a beefed up DP cable so those are also still in the plastic.)
As a budget 1440p UW, this unit takes the cake.

Provengo da un monitor 24" ips full hd a 60 Hz, dopo aver fatto un pc abbastanza potente ho deciso di sostituire il monitor in modo da sfruttare a pieno il pc. Ero titubante riguardo il passaggio da un monitor ips ad uno va avendo letto di luminosità non proprio alta e colori non proprio brillanti. Spinto dal prezzo basso rispetto ad altri marchi con le stesse specifiche, dopo poco tempo posso già ritenermi soddisfatto: salta subito all'occhio l'ottimo contrasto rispetto all'ips precedente, con neri che possono definirsi tali. I colori sono molto più brillanti di quanto pensassi. La risoluzione QHD e i 144 Hz ora sono sfruttati a pieno e regalano un'ottima esperienza visiva. Unico neo un po' di backlight bleeding sulla parte superiore dello schermo, ma che si nota appena solo in ambiente buio con schermate scure/nere, durante il normale utilizzo non si nota. Ok le casse integrate anche se molto scarse, ma meglio di niente. Con le schede video Nvidia funziona il G-Sync in modalità compatibile. Si può regolarlo in altezza e rotazione, dovrebbe anche ruotare di 90° gradi ma per paura di fare danni non ci sono riuscito, ma poco male. In confezione sono presenti cavo hdmi e display port. This thing is awesome. It is a great looking monitor and a great value compared to other 34in models. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a big monitor with 144hz and 1ms, with out spending 800 bucks or more. It takes a min to get set up and to get the colors right, but its not supper hard to figure out.

C'è poco da fare. Possiamo girarci intorno ma il MONITOR è il fulcro dell'esperienza su pc e questo è un vero MOSTRO. Comprata la versione curva da 27" QHD 144hz. Pannello VA con ottimi angoli di visione e contrasti pazzeschi che noterete soprattutto in ambito gaming. La curvatura rende l'esperienza di gioco o la fruizione di qualunque tipo di contenuto un vero godimento. In accoppiata ad una scheda video adeguata vi darà grandi soddisfazioni, complice anche la compatibilità con G-sync e Freesync. Il pannello in mio possesso, nonostante lo abbia preso su warehouse deals, è perfetto. 0 backlight bleeding (le chiazze luminose che si possono notare su alcuni monitor negli sfondi neri) e 0 difetti estetici. Possibilità di regolare il monitor in inclinazione, orientamento e altezza. Finiture ottime. Due piccoli altoparlanti integrati (si sentono una ciofeca ma meglio di nulla). Tantissimi ingressi/uscite.
UNICO DIFETTO. Ha un alimentatore. Avete capito bene. Una specie di mattoncino che sinceramente trovo un pò anacronistico nel 2020.

IN SOSTANZA. Preso a 315 euro è un VERO AFFARE. Leggete in rete tutte le recensioni che volete. E' lui il best buy!

First of all I couldn't be happier with this monitor. If you have an Nvidia card all you have to do for Gsync compatibility is go into the Nvidia control panel and select adaptive sync and this eliminates random black screens. The picture quality is amazing, I have low input lag selected, medium overdrive, and HDR game mode selected. My games run smooth and this monitor is only limited by my current graphics card. At first I was afraid of it not being tall enough but I would compare the screen height to a 27 inch non ultrawide. Overall if you can find this monitor on sale I would highly recommend buying it.

Was war das für ein Theater mit mir und den Bildschirmen. Ich spiele fast ausschließlich Space Games, sprich: ein durchgehendes schwarz und ein uniformes Panel ohne Backlight Bleeding war für mich eines der wichtigsten Kriterien neben 144hz und und WQHD.

Ich habe hoch- und mittelpreisige Produkte durchprobiert. Den hoch angepriesenen Asus PG279QE, den von Amazon empfohlenen LG 27GL850-B und den ASUS TUF Gaming VG27WQ wegen des VA Panels, welches angeblich BLB-frei sein soll.

ASUS PG279QE: Die Ausleuchtung war eine Katastrophe, das IPS glow (welches normal ist) war so stark ausgeprägt, dass es mir sämtlichen Spaß verdorben hat. Zur Krönung hatte er auch noch einen Pixelfehler.

LG 27GL850-B: Ein fürchterlich wackliger Standfuß, insgesamt billig verarbeitet und durch und durch instabil, sodass jedes Tippen auf der Tastatur den Bildschirm zum Schwingen gebracht hat. Das Panel war in Ordnung, aber die Farben waren irgendwie künstlich, nicht besonders gut für ein IPS Panel. Er hatte auch BLB und IPS glow, aber nicht so schlimm wie der PG279QE. Wegen der Instabilität leider unbrauchbar, eine Wandhalterung kommt für mich nicht in Frage.

Also gut, ich habe mich nochmal eingelesen und einigen Foren kann man entnehmen, dass VA Panels wohl weniger anfällig für BLB sind und das bessere schwarz abliefern. Gesagt getan bestellte ich den

ASUS TUF Gaming VG27WQ: Schon nach dem ersten Einschalten rutschte mir das Herz in die Hose. So ein schlimmes Backlight Bleeding hatte ich noch nicht erlebt. Wolken über das obere und untere Drittel des Panels verteilt. Dunkle Inhalte waren vollkommen unmöglich damit, abgesehen von den schlechten Farbverläufen und dem Rotstich auf der linken Hälfte des Panels. Eine Frechheit, was ASUS da durch die Qualitätssicherung lässt! Das hängt wohl auch mit der Krümmung zusammen.

Schlussendlich machte ich mich nach alle den Rücksendungen und Enttäuschungen auf die Suche nach einem flachen VA Panel. Ich dachte mir, dass diese vielleicht weniger Probleme in der Produktion machen. Und so kam ich auf den AOC Q27G2U.

Nach dem ersten Einschalten stiegen Glücksgefühle in mir auf. War das die Möglichkeit? Ist es wirklich wahr? Ein perfekt ausgeleuchtetes Panel, ohne Glow, ohne BLB, ohne Clouding? Ja es ist wahr! Dieser Monitor reiht sich da ganz unscheinbar ein, auch preislich gesehen. Er war der günstigste von allen und bietet ein absolut natürliches Bild mit perfekten Kontrasten und das ab Werk! Man muss gar nichts einstellen und kann sofort loslegen und genießen.

Dieser Bildschirm ist meiner Meinung nach, was die Bildqualität angeht den teureren Konkurrenten gnadenlos überlegen und entpuppt sich somit als echter Geheimtipp. Täglich staune ich über das fehlerfreie Panel und genieße die unendlichen Weiten in SpaceEngine, No Man's Sky und Elite Dangerous mit der durchgehenden Schwärze, die diese Games verdienen.

Die Farbwiedergabe ist unaufdringlich, dezent und ausgewogen ohne blass zu wirken. Eben wie es sein muss, durch und durch angenehm. Dabei bietet der Bildschirm auch stechende Helligkeit und Kontraste, wenn man es so wünscht. Ich persönlich drehe die Beleuchtung immer extrem runter, von 90 auf 25. Vollkommen ausreichend und angenehmer für die Augen.

Aber ACHTUNG! Dieser Monitor ist wohl eher für Single Player und Genießer gedacht, weniger für kompetitive Multiplayer-Profis, denn einen Nachteil hat ein VA Panel grundsätzlich: die langsamere Reaktionszeit und diese kann auch nicht durch die technischen Spielereien weggetrickst werden. Ghosting ist mir nicht direkt aufgefallen, aber ich kann mir vorstellen, dass man im Multiplayer einen Nachteil hat ab einem gewissen Skill Level, wo es auf jede Millisekunde ankommt.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist vielleicht die umständliche Menüführung. Die Haptik ist wirklich schlecht, man navigiert mit zu kleinen Knöpfen und muss umständlich mit Pfeiltasten dahin gelangen wo man hin will. Immer wieder muss ich schauen, wo ich überhaupt drücken muss. Bis ich meine Finger richtig angeordnet habe, ist das Menü auch schon wieder zu. Aber naja, das ist für mich kein echter Minuspunkt, da ich auf sowas ohnehin überhaupt keinen Wert lege. Muss aber erwähnt werden.

Das Bild ist ansonsten beim Spielen butterweich, eben 144hz-like, wie man es bereits kennt und schätzt. Was bleibt da noch zu sagen? Ich habe für mich den perfekten Monitor gefunden, aber es war ein steiniger Weg dorthin. Die Qualitätsmängel teurer Gaming-Bildschirme sind für mich inakzeptabel und das müsste auch nicht sein, wenn es sich der Kunde grundsätzlich nicht gefallen ließe.

Fazit: Wer ein wirklich gutes bezahlbares Panel will, sich an Backlight Bleeding stört und Wert auf Immersion legt, sollte hier ohne wenn und aber zuschlagen. Ich war noch nie so zufrieden und glücklich mit einem Monitor. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier. Kein überteuerter durch geschicktes Marketing gepushter Wackel-Dackel. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Ein toller Bildschirm!
Wunderbare Balance der Farben, schön scharf, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Auch das Schwarz ist super, hier möchte ich jedoch wegen Backlight-bleeding einen Stern abziehen. Das ist für mich aber kein Grund, um den Bildschirm weniger zu mögen!

Ein absoluter Kaufgrund ist der Standfuß! Der Wahnsinn zu diesem Preis. Er wirkt ziemlich robust und lässt sich drehen, neigen und in der Höhe verstellen. Dies war für mich der Hauptgrund für den Kauf, ein unflexibler Monitor reizt mich wenig.

Der Monitor ist aus Hartplastik, jedoch hat mich die Wertigkeit sehr sehr überrascht! Es wirkt massiv wie Stahl und ist sehr dezent!

Displayport war im Lieferumfang dabei, das ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich.

Das Spielerlebnis bei 144hz und adaptive sinc ist der Wahnsinn. Vorher hatte ich einen 60hz Monitor mit 4Ms Response time und der Unterschied ist wie Tag und Nacht.

Insgesamt würde ich sagen: Ein toller Monitor zu einem sehr fairen Preis im Segment. Danke an AOC.

Man spart sich das geld, um einen neuen Standfuß sowie ein Displayport Kabel nachzukaufen. Dies sollte man im Preis definitiv berücksichtigen.

This monitor no matter what you do has motion blur, if you do not enable hdr ALL the colors are washed out. If you do enable hdr then there is a TON more of motion blur. Definitely dont recommend for gaming... went from 1ms GTG monitor to this trash 1m mprt, which if you do your homework you will see is impossible to not have motion blur however i didnt think it was going to be so bad but with 144 fps and motion blue its so annoying to play a fps. STAY AWAY. ONE LAST NOTE, I did not receive a power cable in the box so I had to use the one that went to my previous monitor. I dont know why but the power cable was the only cable missing so this box from the third party it was purchased from was already open but sold as new.

Ottimo monitor frequenza top ottimo rapporto del bianco non troppo accecante e neri da top di gamma.secondo me il miglior panello va per un mix tra gaming e uso quotidiano poi il rapporto qualità prezzo e imbattibile marca italiana meglio di altri competitors tipo samsung o lg che 9 volte su 10 hanno sempre dei piccoli difetti e bisogna fare il reso.per esperienza personale ho cambiato tra samsung e lg 3 pannelli ips optando alla fine su questo va.tutta la vita aoc

You get what you pay for. The monitor is cheaply made. The OSD (on screen display) is a nightmare to use. The buttons for the OSD are hard to push and I had to use two hands to get it set up. The color out of the box was bad and I needed to go through all the settings to make it look ok. This monitor has lots of good reviews and I know my experience with the black screen is not typical. I would advise anyone to save more and go for the LG 34" ultrawide that is a few hundred more. (I wish I did)

Hi, ich hab mir den Monitor aufgrund meiner aktuellen coronabedingten 100% Home Office Tätigkeit gekauft.
Neben dem Arbeiten, was mit dem Monitor sich sehr angenehm darstellt, da ich 3 Seiten in Word ohne Probleme darstellen und lesen kann, ist er aber auch beim Gamen ein echter Gewinn.
Der Arbeitslaptop ist per HDMI angeschlossen und ließ sich ohne Probleme installieren und ist lediglich für meine Kollegen beim Bildschirmteilen schwierig zu erkennen, da diese ihn sehr minimiert dargestellt bekommen. Ist aber auch kein Problem. Muss ich halt höher zoomen.
Beim Gamen bin ich per DP verbunden und stellt sich, wie bereits erwähnt, aufgrund der Auflösung als Bereicherung beim zocken dar.
Ich kann den Monitor nur empfehlen!

Works great, it has built in crosshairs. No screen tearing with or without FreeSync, MBR is motion blur reduction and it is a little gimmicky but does work. There is some dark level smearing but its acceptable. Ghosting is present but also acceptable. I think it strikes a good balance between cost and performance. I wish the HDMI was 2.1 it is only 2.0 so max refresh rate is 100 using hdmi but 144 on DisplayPort. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a step up from 100hz Ultrawides but doesn't want to spend $700 or more on a monitor.

Monitor kam dank Amazon flott an und war sofort einsatzbereit. Soweit so gut, nach gerade einmal etwas über einem Monat, zwei durchgehende Balken (tote Pixelreihe) horizontal sichtbar. AOC support kontaktiert, Umtausch wurde angeboten, man müsse nur schauen ob Lagerbestände da wären. Es wurde einem eine flotte Rückmeldung versprochen. Eine Woche verging ohne Rückmeldung, danach gab der Monitor komplett den Geist auf, schwarzer Bildschirm bei allen Inputs (HDMI, Display Port, egal ob mit Computer Laptop oder PS4). AOC wieder kontaktiert, Es wurde mir gesagt, dass die Priorität auf dringlich weitergegeben wurde. Man würde sich am nächsten Tag melden, ob der Monitor Anfang oder Ende der nächsten Woche geliefert wird. Meldung kam nicht, AOC wieder kontaktiert. Auf einmal wisse man nichts mehr davon, man würde das ans Lager weiter leiten, auf meine Frage hin ob ich selbst mal dort anrufen dürfte, kam nur ein "es würde nur ein internes Telefonat gehen". Somit ist jetzt ein Monat vergangen seit meiner Meldung und AOC war noch nichtmal in der Lage zu klären ob es derzeit einen Lagerbestand von dem Monitor gebe oder nicht.

Fazit
Ein Monitor kann defekt werden, das kann jedem Hersteller passieren, jedoch muss man es dann gerade biegen. Der Monitor ist bisschen was über einen Monat alt gewesen. Deswegen meinerseits ein klares NEIN. Konsumentenschutz wird meinerseits eingeschaltet.

I must say I had my doubts about purchasing this monitor because of its low price. But I must say after a little bit of picture adjusting the quality is top-notch for what you get. Not only are you getting 144hz and 4k res, gsync and freesync capabilities. This thing also has HDR and it's not even listed. I don't know how you're getting all of this technology for under $500. I am so happy with this purchase I definitely recommended.

Hatte Davor 24 Zoll Monitor und Wollte umsteigen auf größeren Monitor Hab mich für AOC 27 Zoll 144h und was soll ich sagen ? unterschied ist echt super mit paar einstellungen bekommt man gutes bild. G-Sync war bei mir Aktiviert aber hab Deaktiviert da wenn ich Spiel starte das Bild wird schwarz und wieder normal und das stört und hab noch keine lösung finden..... aber das ist nur kleines problem aber sonst alles top!

I was looking for a ultra wide with g-sync and everything seemed out of my price range. Took a gamble or 2 on this monitor and I was not disappointed, comparing it to my current g-sync monitor the picture quality is not as great as it, it serves it purpose and I would buy another if I didn't have 2.

Ho acquistato il monitor appena uscito, ad un ottimo prezzo. Venivo da un 24 pollici FHD 60Hz e mi sto ancora abituando alle dimensioni. Rispetto a quello che avevo è solo leggermente più alto, pochi cm, ma largo più del doppio. Comodissimo per la produttività e molto immersivo per i giochi. Lo abbino ad una 5700XT e il risultato mi ha lasciato a bocca aperta. Non ho metro di paragone non avendo mai provato altri monitor di questo tipo... posso dire che rispetto ad altri prodotti analoghi visti in centri commerciali in esposizione (quindi non settati e non proprio indicativi della qualità reale del prodotto) mi piace di più: più luminoso e colori più accesi. E ad un prezzo oltre il 30% inferiore. Nessun difetto che io riesca a vedere su pixel e bleeding. Molto soddisfatto, non posso che consigliarlo.

If you are looking for a monitor this is the one. I was skeptical as I do a bit of content creation and did not want 21:9 ratio to be a problem like I heard about. Let me tell you it’s not a problem you may have black bars at times but this will give you so much immersions I will never go back to 16:9 gaming. Coming from a 24 inch AOC monitor it’s a massive upgrade even with if I have black bars the content still takes up more space than I had before.
