Écran de bonne résolution met les couleurs fade ! Le blanc inexistant et la luminosité juste totalement faible ! Bref je l’es renvoyer pour me faire rembourser ....

Defective Model got delivered without installation
I ordered the product on 16th March, 2020 and I found a dot in my screen. On raising a service request at AOC on 19th March, they said after lockdown they will attend. Today I called the customer care and found the request was closed on 5th Aug without even telling me.
Even the screen has different brightness level
The issue is in panel. Brand new Monitor had panel issues.
Also on talking to customer care, they informed installation should have happened for the same. But nothing was provided for me
I wonder how Amazon is authorizing such sales of the defective monitor

I purchased this curved monitor on 30\09\2020 i have say that i am not gone on reviews i picked up this monitor becoz its style and uniqueness is very much i like before Samsung Curve monitor working fine and very well. I recomment everybody go for it and last but not the least special thanks to seller and amazon
