I love my Kindle and I love this too! I initially bought it because I couldn't find my charger but now I am happy I have this one too since it charges very quickly!

everytime our battery gets low , we charge our kindle but the kindle has a hard time charging. this is the second kindle and 2nd chatger and its a pain, the kindle just doesnt charge right

Not much to it. It works. It's cheap. Done. If you need an extra cable to charge your kindle fire, this is the one to get.

Now I have two, one to leave permanently hooked to a usb port on my desktop and another that I can use with the Kindle PowerFast for Accelerated Charging that I purchased when I got my new Kindle Fire HD, 16GB Wi-Fi. No more plugging and unplugging from one spot to the next!

This is a must for KF owners. None of the chargers come wit a cord that is long enough to play while charging. Except for this one

I ordered this product because I thought my charger no longer worked. It had gotten a little bent somehow but I found out my Kindle was defective. I have received a new one & this new charger is great to have as a spare!!

We had trouble with the charger that came with our Kindle Fire, and sometimes when it seemed to be plugged in, we would come back to find the battery drained. This one plugs in securely, and works like a charm.

I couldnt find my original cord. I called got excellent customer service by a customer rep who was extremely professional and very plesant to speak with and to. Happy with the product.

This was a replacement cable so I'm giving it 4 stars because I received it the next day. I like my Kindle and hope this cable stands up in quality better than the previous one.

I am so glad I called Amazon Customer Service about my old cord for my 2nd Generation Kindle. I called them to report that the cord that came with my Kindle was crumbling and to find out what cord I should order. Low and behold, this is the cord that would replace the original. Not only that it replaced my original cord, but that the replacement would be free.I am never unhappy for calling Amazon.com for any reason, because the Customer Service Reps are so accommodating and friendly and know exactly what it is I need; even when I don't know. :-) I get so nervous when it comes to electronics and it is rare when I can figure out anything. So, it was a stroke of luck for me to call Amazon.com Customer Service.

I'm laughing at myself! I didn't know my Kindle came with the cable, but that's ok! I now have an extra one. It's the perfect size and exactly matches the one that came with my Kindle. I use an HP touchpad for my business and the charge chord that came with it kept having issues. I saw Youtube video that recommended this product and it worked! It has a little warning that claims the device may not charge as it is not the "proper" charge chord but it charges up the battery just fine anyway

My Kindle stopped charging after minimal use. I contacted Amazon and they sent this new, updated cable for free. It worked like a charm.

Ordered this because my charger for my Kindle Fire started to go and not hold a charge. Once this came in it worked and charged my Kindle perfectly. Bought another one for my Kyocera Rise so it would have a longer cord so I can charge it from my bed!

It does not work at alll for me. Tried plugging it into different outlets with no result. The little charge lighton my Kindle remains unlit. IJt is of zero use to me. Sorry.
