Thank goodness I got this - fire wouldn't charge and the hotline sent this and fire charged up with no issues

review lead me to believe that this was longer than the standard cable. The idea was great so I bought it. I just got my Kindle HD 8.9 inch screen and the cable that comes with it , is the same size as this. Waste of 10.00

I was given this because my kindle doesn't charge right anymore and it still doesn't. The computer takes all day to charge my kindle and then the charge only last a few hours before its completely dead again.

When it was plugged into the wall it provided a charge to the battery inside of the kinle fire. This made my daughter happy.

These fit virtually all kindles and are great to have multiples of it you travel. I use them often and keep them in differnet rooms

This cable provides the charging ability for my kindle as well as a few other devices. I am very pleased that Amazon's devices use a universal cable.

It works like it said it would. Did not need it after all since the problem was actually with my Kindle instead of the charge cord but it does charge the device really fast

The shipping was great, packaging and on time arrival. The cable looks and feels of good quality. Only time will tell the cables durability. I recommend it as of now.

I ordered this to go with the Amazon PowerFast charger. It fits both my Kindle Fire AND my older Kindle. I now use it in my travel bag as my "go-to" cable when traveling.

What can I say, it charges the kindle. It works does what it is supposed to do. This should be with the Kindle when purchased, you have to buy it separate.

This cable works as advertised. I use it with both Kindles and as a USB connector on my PC. Everybody should have an extra for travel and to use with car-chargers. Great!

This cable worked as intended with no issues. It allowed me to download a file from the kindle onto a computer and from there onto a flash drive. In this case, the file was an updated version of my wife's medications and her health history, emergency contacts, doctors etc. This was then used to update the medical emergency flash drive she has on a lanyard around her neck.
