This is the best phone I have own
This is the best phone I have own. Great cammera and video. I love the IR remote control. The international version works in México with no problem. I would recommend to buy adittional batteries since it last short time if you are a heavy user.

Телефон очень легкий и простой в использовании. Клавиатура хорошая. Батарея работает хорошо. Звук чистый, но мелодии очень резкие.

2 months with the product and it doesn't work properly anymore
I bought this product on June 17th. Now, after not even 2 months the product keeps shutting down and it won't turn on again for a while. I was listening to music and suddenly it stopped working. No crashes, no falling on the floor, no damage whatsoever. It just stopped working. And because it's over a month, they won't take it back

Tampered seal. Used/Not brand new.
The seal has been tampered and a new seal has been pasted over it. The phone seems to be already switched ON for 15minutes (i checked in settings>battery>usage) and the weather app shows last updated date as two weeks before my purchase date. All these findings indicate the mobile is not brand new. I am returning it. Just a waste of time.
