Poor quality.

I'll blame the low quality because of Samsung but unfortunately you're an authorized dealer for them. I had a glass screen protector, a phone case I dropped that phone the second day of purchase from 1ft off the ground. It landed completely flat wothout bouncing. The screen went totally black and that phone is been sitting in my drawer ever since without a single scratch on it.
That is also the last time I've ever bought a new cell phone I spent $1,200 and cell phones in a month-and-a-half around that time paying 450-600$ per phone. HIGHER PRICES LOWER QUALITY!! I HAVE never had a problem with Samsung phones previous to that And I've only bought Samsung phones since 2006. I had a note 5 as well before this purchase I took that note 5 snowboarding and made calls at 12,000 ft and -10 degree weather. But yet this phone that I bought from this dealer through Amazon I dropped once in the freaking thing was done no scratches no cracks nothing. I believe right now refurbished cell phones are the most popular in the US due to lack of quality of the $600 phones that are pieces of s*** to be very blunt. You'll never ever catch me buying a new cell phone again the phone I have now was used at a pawn shop and it's been working since the Note 5 broke and I've had zero problems with it.

NOT WORTH WHAT I PAID FOR PHONE

This is a refurbished phone. The lights on the bottom of the screen for return (rt) or tabs page (lft) don't light up. Also, I have to often times tap hard on the screen to get the pages to respond. It also does not have the corrective/change apps for the phone as depicted in many manuals/videos for the Galaxy Note 5. I would like to return it but cannot be without a phone until another arrives as I'm recovering from surgery right now.

I want to see what the Seller is willing to do to help remedy this.

Not too long after we purchase this everything just stopped working a little at a time first the audio and the camera than it was dropping calls eventually we couldn’t even get Wi-Fi or our phone access it’s just sitting in the return box. But it’s too late to return it so it was a waste of $200

Good value for a renewed phone

I needed a replacement phone for my Samsung S8. Didn't want to spend a whole lot on a brand new phone so I tried this renewed phone. The only issue I have with it is the speaker sounds a bit distorted but I can live with it. It is a renewed phone after all. Everything else works perfectly!! I have no regrets so far and have been using it almost a month now. It was fully unlocked as described and is able to use it in the Caribbean with no problems.

I am very happy with everything about the note 5

When I decided to get a new phone, I was definitely feeling pressured to get the new note 8, but I decided that since I was upgrading from the note 3, I really didn't have to jump all the way to the newest one, and I'm thankful I made that decision. I am very happy with everything about the note 5. The note 5 has been around a few years, but I think it was ahead of the curve enough when it came out, that it still competes well with the newest models.

Got this phone after my partner got one from the same seller. Looks brand new except for a tiny little scratch at the top that does not impact the screen. I got the 9+ and was not expecting it to be as large as it is so I'll have to get used to it, but the extra screen space is great for watching videos. The color is vibrant and the camera quality is great. Love all the customizable features of Samsung products and it's great knowing you can get an almost-new quality phone for hundreds less than buying it new. So far 10/10 would purchase again. Will update if that changes.

Didn't show the some of the minor screen damage, still great.

A little more scratchex up than it appears in the pictures. I don't know if it was a clever camera angle or some kind of filler to hide the scratches or even if hiding them was purposefully done. But it still is easily four stars, almost five. if there had been a picture of the screen taken straight on so the scratches were visible.

Item was clearly used smudged phone box and apps that couldn't be removed.

The product was clearly used but it stated on the box that it was bran new. Inside the phone box was smudged up. Also some weird apps on the phone that couldn't be removed. Indonesia gift apps etc.

Perfect condition as advertised.

I bought this as a phone waiting in the wings since Samsung is not making Note 5 phones any longer. This phone came in a different color much to my delight. The color doesn't matter since I keep my phones in a case but I like the black much better than the gold it was supposed to be.
The phone booted fine. I have not set it up yet but the splash screen said verizon just like it should have and then went to the setup screen. I have every confidence it will work since it got that far.

Wrong color, battery was swollen and back was coming off

I would like to start by saying that the company i ordered from gave me a full refund. I ordered a rose gold version for my wife's birthday. It arrived on time but was the wrong color. I opened it just enough to see the wrong color. That night my wife wanted to see it, she was trying to decide if she wanted to keep the purple version theg provided or to send it back for the correct one. She took it completely out of the package and noticed the back cover was coming off. I'm a computer and tablet tech so I started checking it out and noticed the reason the back was coming off was because the battery was swelling.

НЕ ПОКУПАЙТЕ - КРАЙНЕ НЕДОВОЛЕН - Аккумулятор не работает / нуждается в замене / не держит заряд и отключается на 40%. + Ручка не работает на экране, но работает на других телефонах, обнаружил, что материнская плата и сенсорный экран нуждаются в замене. Связался с продавцом и не получил ответа.

HEADPHONES DON'T FIT IN THE HEADPHONE JACK

Great device. Only one flaw, the headphones that came with the phone didn't fit in the headphone jack at all. But headphones I've bought previously do fit. Please make sure the headphones fit in the jack for future customers, it was very inconvenient for me. Hopefully I cant return the headphones and recieve a new pair that I paid for along with the phone.

Would recommend... But one glaring issue!

Excellent price for an above fair condition of phone. Besides a very small scratch that is only visible when the screen is off or displaying something completely white, there was no burn-in nor dead pixels. Battery life has been substantially higher than the S7 I upgraded from. I have had this phone since July 13th of 2019, it is now January 12th almost exactly 6 months later and the only problem I have experienced was the fingerprint scanner.

(Before I go on about this anecdote, I still recommend buying this phone refurbished [though, I don't remember the exact seller])

When I first got the phone, I had zero issues with the scanner. After a month the phone had shut down twice unexpectedly, and I tried my best to ignore this but then noticed the phone began shutting down with much more frequency. The pattern I picked up on was that the phone would turn off and reset about 10 seconds after turning off the screen. It turned out that there was some sort of software/hardware complication that when the phone entered rest and turned on the fingerprint scanner to constantly scan so you could turn it on with your finger without pressing any buttons-- it'd instead turn off. Disabling the fingerprint scanner, as painful as it was since the position is perfect right under the camera's on the back-center, fixed this issue entirely.

Overall, I am really happy with this phone. Just wish the fingerprint scanner didn't cause problems like it did because when it worked, it was fast and convenient.

Nice phone. I like a lot of the improvements from the note 3 I had. This phone is more user friendly. Some of the down sides are: You cant remove the rear cover which means you cant add a memory card or change the battery. The rear cover of the phone is very slippery which makes it hard to hold with confidence.

Phone is in pristine condition!!

I am elated about my purchase of the renewed Galaxy S9+ with locked AT&T !
The phone was in pristine condition, I couldn't find a single nick or scratch on it, front or back. Every thing worked perfectly. I have only had the phone for 2 days but no issues yet, figure I can't lose with a 90 day warranty anyway.
I was extremely sceptical after reading some of the bad reviews in here, I did notice most of them were years old and others weren't actually purchased from this seller, also the majority were good reviews. I received my phone in 3 days after ordering it was in a debranded phone box. It came with a new USB-C cable a and a generic fast charging wall plug, which worked excellent. The phone came completely discharged of battery, but I think that's because if air mailing restrictions.
I had the phone charged to 50% in about 20 minutes and started setting up.
Because it was AT&T locked (just as advertised) which is my carrier, I just popped my sim in and off I went. The battery life is nearly as good as new, I'm not even sure this phone was used at all?
If you're debating on buying an Amazon renewed phone, don't wait, just do it!
My wife will need a new phone soon and this is exactly where we're going to buy it.
If I could give this purchase more than 5 stars, I would.

GLASS BROKEN FROM THE INSIDE!?

GET A WARRANTY IF POSSIBLE. BUYER BEWARE. Phone came with some damage to outer [metal] rim. However that is not the reason for the low review. Before I had gotten a case for it the phone slid off of my night stand and fell 2ft onto a rug, and the back glass panel shattered! 2 ft, rug, and it shattered. I later inspected it in preparation for temporary repairs and it appears that something INSIDE the phone was (and still is) putting focused stress on the back. As if something like a small rock or nail is puncturing the back of the phone. Again, from what I can see (with out actually removing the back panel) this isn't something that was lodged in the glass from outside but is pushing through from the inside. However even after this the phone has functioned well and I really enjoy the Samsung Note 5 in general, therefore two stars instead of one. BOUGHT FROM EDGE CELLULAR

Different product than what was advertised

I don't like to give bad reviews, so I'll just explain why I gave a one star. First, the ad said it was a black phone when it was actually a gold phone. I did get an email explaining that, but it had already shipped. Second, the ad said it was a Verizon ready phone -- NOT! After I got the Sim card and tried to activate it myself, it didn't work - I took it to Verizon the next day and they said it is an AT&T phone. I also noticed that it had a lot of apps that didn't look factory downloaded. The guy at Verizon said that the camera was cracked--I'm thinking this phone was used. So, with all of this said, I couldn't bring myself to give this review more than one star - why did I give it even a star? The people at Reliant did contact me personally by phone and offered to send me a new phone. I did not take them up on their offer since I needed a phone right away. I ended up buying a brand new Verizon Galaxy J7v. When it was all said and done I spent less. So, just go to your local Verizon dealer. Sometimes better to be safe than sorry.

WORTH IT!

This Galaxy S9+ is gorgeous. I was very hesitant to buy a refurb phone. I gave it a shot because I wanted an upgrade but paying retail prices seems insane these days. Also, there are so many negative reviews but I am here to write a great one! I'm not one of those people who needs a new phone whenever they release one; I got this because I was annoyed that my old phone was laggy for months (and I'd never get an iPhone so this seemed like the best choice out there). So far, I am very pleased! I am an ATT user and some reviews were saying the phone was incompatible with their SIM- no issues here. Startup and info transfer were simple with smartransfer app. Also read in some reviews that the phone was marked by a different carrier, but mine is not. In tiny writing on the back, it does say it was refurbished by Assurion.

All of the nuances I'm unsure of because this is a new phone seem to be explained when you tap on any icon the first time you open it. This phone is very customizable if you want it to be. Camera is awesome, screen display is so clear... not a pixel to be seen. I am still downloading apps but so far, everything is smooth and processor seems snappy.

I fully inspected this phone when I unwrapped it because of the bad reviews I read, and I will say there is one teeny, tiny scratch on the back which I could not care less about because you barely notice it and I'm putting a case on anyway. If a small scratch is the price I have to pay for an amazing, basically new, half price phone... I'll take two. Buy the phone!

It's a really nice phone, but battery life could be better. If I leave my house at 6 am with the battery charged at 100 percent, by 5 pm the phone will need to be recharged. If you buy this phone, just make sure you keep your charger with you at all times. Other than that, I'm very happy with it.

Exactly As Described

This phone is exactly as described in the description. Now like everyone else that I have read on and those who are looking it is a lil scetchy when u drop any amount on something you work hard for.. The only little scratch was the fingerprint scanner on the back other than that, the fingerprint and face recognition works fine. Can't say on the battery dude that this is a Christmas gift so I opened it up to make sure it works and re-boxed it but for the time I had it on the battery seems fine. The phone is truly unlocked as straight talk was the carrier used to test the phone out. Overall, the customer responded back on the question I asked and as promised the phone is in almost new condition and runs as new. I appreciate true business and customer service.👌🏾

Happy customer

This would be a first smartphone with a stylus for my mom. She likes my Note 4 and all that I do with it. The UI was simple and the tutorials and customization features were a big selling point since she just started her business. The Samsung and Android apps come in handy being able to sync things from phone to tablet or laptop. Nice size screen and the phone isn't too big to hold for either. She is very happy with the phone and how easy it is to use for personal and business matters.

Я не могу сказать, насколько Samsung улучшила свое программное обеспечение. На ощупь она такая чистая и гладкая. Изначально я рассматривал этот телефон, потому что последние модели pixel выглядят некрасиво при автофокусировке, и мне нужен был новый телефон.
