Charging port came broken

It's a nice phone I just wish the charging port hadn't come broken. It struggled to charge when I got it and eventually I couldn't get the charger in at all and the cost to fix it was more than the phone was worth. Besides the charging port when I can get it charged its a wonderful phone.

The divice heats up very quickly and the battery loses its charge faster than it charges and y that's my nightmare.
So I recommend to all people who, however needy they may be, do not buy any electronic or device used or repaired by Internet, because we will have a bad time and won't have anyone to demand personally or face to face, it will happen since that guarantee will expire in a couple of months and then we will be without whistle and flute, and at the end of everything we always end up buying a new divice, this is the truth or rather my reality, in a few words take it easy and watch out!

i have to keep rebooting it, on a daily basis, as my txts dont go, they sit in send mode for days, until i reboot, or a game i play doesnt work until i reboot. By rebooting i mean shut it off and then on again. Too expensive to just buy another phone so i continue to use this one.

Lovely little cell phone

Nice little cell phone, it does the work.
Battery: ☆☆☆☆ It lasts about 7 hours under non-stop internet surfing, or almost 2 days under regular use at day + power saving mode on at night. It fulfills my needs.
System: ☆☆☆☆☆ Smooth and easy to use.
Size: ☆☆☆☆ A bit too big for one hand, but it doesn't really matter.
Recharge time: ☆☆☆☆ Less than 2 hours with screen off.
Life: Unknown atm. I hope it can last for 2 years or perhaps more.

Love it!

The phone I received was perfect! Brand new retail packaging absolutely perfect.I unfortunately had to return it because I couldn't take it to the carrier I was planning on using it with but that was totally my fault for not researching enough. The return process was super simple and the rep that helped me was super nice over the phone! Definitely recommend this product just make sure it's compatible with the carrier u have or are planning to use this phone with.

Phone is NOT functioning properly

I am having terrible issues with this phone. People can not hear me clearly. Honestly, every phone call I make, the person I am speaking with indicates they can not hear me clearly or that I cut out completely. I really feel that a replacement phone is in order. I am hopeful that I will receive assistance from the seller regarding this issue. I believe replacement of product is in order.

UPDATED: Well it finally died and I took it to a repair shop. I bought a phone that was supposed to be new in package from an Amazon seller. It came in what appeared to be a new package The repair person who fixed it indicated it was definitely a refurbished phone he found another users thumbprint saved and remnants of other personal files. The battery had expanded and started pushing the back off the phone. I ended up paying over $100 to repair.

But this samsung S6 is not working anymore after one day the screen displayed a message saying "SIM Card not recognized" and I could no longer make calls. Nobody can fix it in my country, some specialist say it is a software problem but nobody is even near to fix it. I was working perfectly and then that message just appear on the screen.

Pero este samsung S6 no funcionó más después de que un día la pantalla mostró un mensaje diciendo "tarjeta SIM no reconocida" y ya no podía hacer llamadas. Nadie puede arreglarlo en mi país, algún especialista dice que es un problema de software, pero nadie está ni siquiera cerca de arreglarlo. If you want a review of the "phone" itself... Google or read the other reviews here :) There are an abundance of hardware reviews and comparisons. There seem to be 2 types of people here on Amazon... those who think reviews should be of the product and those who think they should be of the ordering experience from the specified vendor. The way I see it, you wouldn't be ordering from Amazon if you didn't already know what you wanted therefor my review will be of the experience.

As for this order from NGP (specifically) the experience has been awesome! Communicated with NGP multiple times with very quick responses and friendly service. I received the black SM-N910U (Hong Kong) Exynos Octacore model with everything I would expect from a quality Amazon order experience. The device itself was perfect, packaged very well, brand new (in case people were worried about being ripped off).

This is my first "international" model so there were a few things I didn't expect...
While packaged extremely well, the retail box was previously opened and the contents inspected at US customs (or perhaps by FedEx themselves, not really sure). The phone itself had even been turned on with the initial setup process already gone through so I had to perform a factory reset. FYI this is much easier to do from the recovery partition of the phone (Google if you don't know what that is) than from the UI because everything was in Chinese. I completely forgot about AC adapters being different so the stock adapter is an EU 220. However, NGP is kind enough to include a US 120 adapter that fits onto the stock 220. I'll definitely be ordering a standard US 120 adapter directly from Samsung when they become available. You can use any USB charging adapter you want but you won't be able to take advantage of "Adaptive Fast Charging" without a STOCK power adapter for the Note 4: called an Adaptive Charger.

So... 5 stars for an excellent device, excellent vendor, and an excellent experience!

UPDATE: It was not inspected (opened) by customs. It was, in fact, opened by NGP to perform an on/off test. Apparently they do this to reduce the number of returns. So... if that bothers you, you might want to look elsewhere for this device. Otherwise, they still get 5 stars from me.

REMEMBER: This is the SM-N910U Exynos model. You'll get octacore but you'll use AT&T 4G/LTE.

Great phone

First things first I want to mention that I bought my phone USED from the seller zeetron. It got here two days before the earliest they said it would be here and is practically in new condition. They said very good condition but I have yet to find a scratch or ding. I HAVE found that I believe the screen has some minor screen burn. When I open to a blank white page, I notice a small difference between the top of the page color and the bottom, and the burn imprint somewhat resembles the keyboard. Now while I wish this was mentioned when I bought it, it really isn't a big issue. I am happy with my purchase and with zeetron. I have AT&T prepaid as my service and this phone works perfectly fine. Min just happens to be an unlocked AT&T model so that might help. I've only had a few problems but with how poor my "go phones" wereally before these problems are very minor to me. It has locked up on about 3 occasions (2 of which were on facebook). The screen is bright and clear. The camera, both front and back are amazing (again, after using a go phone), volume and speakers are great. It's a bit hard to use with just one hand but you can expect as much. I love using the S pen to make grocery lists and doodle. All and all its a great phone that I would recommend to anyone looking for something modern and slick. Included is a picture of a pattern blanket and my hand to show what the camera is like since I was wanting to see how well the camera took pictures when I was buying.

CANT TRADE IN Im told its a knock off

This phone says United Arab Emirates under phone information. I did not know that being 'International version" meant I could not trade or that I had to have a phone full of Arab holidays that cant be removed. I have used for four years and it has worked just ok never really good and I had to stay with GSM providers (did not understand that when I bought it) and could not use CDMA providers. NOW I CANT TRADE IN AS it does not have a FCC ID# International sourced version should be explained...you can do anything with it in USA!!!

This is Great, But
First, this a QUANTUM leap for me in TECH having now given up on my Antique cellphone -also a Samsung. It does FAR more than I currently have command. It is an exceptional device, and it does take a bit of getting used to pecking with the S Pen. As you see it can be done! Really the Pen is a rather nice element, especially for selecting and copying.
The overall size and feel are very good,but size can be a two-edge "sword". It is a very large screen, great for viewing but not for placing in any pocket.
The Seller delivered this phone extremely quick, even sooner then expected -yeah.
Of course what''s a new phablet without fun & games. The preloaded Apps arequite useful. I did get an added 64Gb card, which at this time seems overkill but who knows.
PRO: All the above and more uses to come.
CON: The recharging adapter is some two-pieces bulky monstrosity from some hacked Radio Shack spare parts bin REALLY! The first part no doubt easily connects with some Flintstone style outlet, then the easily self-disassembling US "adapter" adapter is placed in front of it. WELL, It does charge the phone, but leaves behind through uninsulated prongs exposing live contacts - SHOCKINGLY Genius. The odd thing is that I had bought my wife the exact same model but from a different supplier. Her Note4 has the typical ONE-PIECE International capable charger that in fact does work overseas. THIS is why I can'tell give this a 5Star rating.
Perhaps Samsung or the reseller could forward me the more typical, less hazardous adapter. Just a thought.

why not 5 stars

i just got this phone for over 5 days and its been doing great..love the big texture on my hand, built quality is amazing with its allow frame and amazing screen glass, but im not really satisfied with the performance because its only 3g and not LTE, you dont get that much fast feed you get base on the other models, but it still gives you amazing performance..and dont worry about the unlocked part because it is legit unlocked, though, im wondering why people keep saying that they get the wrong phone..mine came in with the right box and right accessories if u want to have a nice and good note 4, nothing is wrong with this model but if your lookin for a faster and more better one i recommend the sm-n910f that one is LTE 4g capable, though its a lil bit expensive..But overall this phone is awesome hope i can make a review of this phone on my youtube channel soon.

For all of you that may have received the version that says Olleh O on the back case, do not worry. The phone was made in a total of 3 different locations; 2 being in different parts of China and one being in the US. The one that says Olleh O is a well known phone distribution company in Asia. The only thing that differs between the three phones are 2 things; 1 being that the main "purchase" store on the Olleh O versions have google Play store as well as Olleh O app where you can buy additional apps and things that aren't available on google play or Samsung store.
Now as far as the phone goes, the Quad HD processor for the camera is AMAZING! If you want pristine, crystal sharp quality pics that were originally taken by the more expensive cameras, BUY THIS PHONE. The screen resolution is by far 1 of 2 best screens available on the phone industry. The other phone is the newest HTC version.
