Phone looks great except battery drains very quickly for new battery

Phone looks great except battery drains very quickly for new battery. I liked that it comes with a adapter for the us outlets. Great phone so far. This is not a 4G LTE phone, if you're looking for a 4G this is not the phone. I've made a mistake of purchasing this for the 4G and have to pay 20% restocking fee.

Does not work with other network providers other than ATT

When I placed the order, it was S6 G920F but when I got the phone it was G920A. Even though it was mentioned Unlocked Cell Phone - International Sourced version, it never used to pick up T-Mobile network provider signal. When I gifted this phone to my parents in India, they also encountered the same problem and the call got dropped very often. Finally this phone has completely become useless and complete waste of money.

Best phone ever

Love, Love Love my new phone. The camera is wonderful too. My previous phone was the Samsung Galaxy 3 while my husband has had the Galaxy Note 3 for years. We love this new phone the most. We also recommend getting your own phone and not be locked into any cellular phone company contracts. Additionally, these phones are not custom programmed with a phone companies software. You own it, you are in charge of it, including updates. It is a win win deal!

Я заказал этот телефон, так как мой старый телефон неожиданно был поврежден. Доставка была немного отрывочной, так как этикетка была напечатана, но товар был отправлен примерно через 5 дней, но посылка все равно прибыла вовремя. Мое настоящее разочарование наступило, когда я получил телефон и понял, что он был отправлен в мягком конверте, а телефон был открыт и запечатан продавцом, я купил совершенно новое устройство с заводской печатью. Когда с ним связались, продавец указал, что они знали, что он был открыт, и ничего не могли поделать с ситуацией, но они убедили меня, что это совершенно новое устройство.

После использования устройства около двух недель кажется, что оно совершенно новое, но отказ от ответственности за то, что повторно запечатанный товар может быть отправлен до того, как я его куплю, был бы оценен с благодарностью. В тот момент у меня был бы выбор, продолжать покупку или нет.

С точки зрения самого телефона, батарея очень невпечатляющая. Я использую Huawei p20 pro, который был у меня с момента выпуска, и батарея s22 сравнима с разряженной батареей емкостью 4000 мАч, которую я оставил на Huawei. Я не уверен, что это проблема оптимизации с Samsung, но я ожидал гораздо большего от батареи. В остальном это отличный телефон.

The problem I have with this phone is that it gets extremely hot after being on the phone for 2 mins. My ears feel like it will get burned. As well as when it is being charged it gets even hotter. This started happening a month after I got it which was around July 5th

i would like to know if there is a way to make ...

I was expecting an SM-N910U as other reviewer said, but i received an SM-N910H which is incompatible with my 4G LTE network operator which is Band 4 (AWS) 1700MHz.
i would like to know if there is a way to make it work with Band 4. some kind of secret code?...since i cannot get past HSPA+
Overall im very happy with it since i use most of the time with WiFi.
it would be good if the seller update the title of the product description saying its a Galaxy note 4 SM-N910H

Super Impressed with Celltraders

First time buying a renewed phone. Since there was only 1 available from this seller, I ordered a second from another Amazon vendor.
Celltraders was far and away superior in delivery. I received the phone 2 days later, shipped thru FedEx. Still waiting on the second phone, shipped via USPS a week and counting.
Now the phone ... I dare you to tell the difference between a new phone and the Samsung 9+ that I received. It is pristine in condition, no scratches, dings or mars. Totally looks brand new. It's sleek, super thin and gorgeous. The face recognition feature is a security must and this works flawlessly. I do not use the fingerprint reader but did try it and wow, it works great. May use it in the future.
This phone gets 5 stars, but would give Celltraders more if I could for great customer service. The phone was well packed, came with charger and cord. No documentation (you can get that online) or headphones. No biggie to me. Very fast delivery!
Will definitely recommend Celltraders to family and friends.

Phone looked like new

Bought this as a gift for my daughter who needed a new phone but couldn't afford one. When it arrived it was in a plain box, in bubble wrap. Had just a generic charger, but that isn't an issue for her. Was just the phone and charger in the box, nothing else. No headphones, no instructions, nothing. The phone itself looked like new!!! Not a mark on it! It was all factory reset and it was an easy activation by having Verizon switch SIM cards for her. (We didn't have a SIM card tool and were afraid to try anything else) When she turned it on it walked her thru getting all her things transferred over. Only been 1 day but so far she loves it and reports NO PROBLEMS.
We'll have to wait and see about battery life as that was her problem with the Galaxy S8 she had.
Overall, happy with the purchase! Phone looked like brand new and price was awesome! Just know if you buy one it won't come all fancy in factory box with any of the "goodies".

Я всегда любил телефоны samsung. Мои последние 3 или 4 были samsung, и я всегда был счастлив. Сказав это, этот телефон - мусор. Распознавание лиц и сканер отпечатков пальцев - отстой. Плохой. Звук из встроенного динамика ужасный, громкость меняется случайным образом и часто звучит приглушенно (нет, он не заблокирован, не мокрый или что-то еще). Enen звук от Bluetooth кажется тихим ... за исключением случаев, когда он становится оглушительным.
Извините, Samsung, но этот телефон - горячая фигня.

Great phone but need more flexibility on the returns.

I have had this for a couple months. The headphone Jax does work very well and it won't let me use Samsung video calling feature. However everything else seems to work fine. The low score is on the return system. My other phone can't hold the same capacity so I am unable to return this phone and get a new one or I will lose the new info on this phone. They will only give you the option of buying another and then returning or sending the current one back and them sending out a new phone. Which would put you out of commission for a few days. That is something I haven't been able to do. They do communicate with you about the return which is great but no resolution for me. I did buy another phone but it had more issues than this one. So I accepted the lesser of the two.

Из коробки, без наушников или зарядного штекера, но я думаю, что сейчас это делают все высококлассные линейки. Вы получаете телефон (с ручкой), кабель (USB c к USB c) для удаления Sim-карты, руководство по эксплуатации. Я сразу же подключился к сети (перед включением питания) и быстро зарядился с 40% до полной (быстрое зарядное устройство приобретается отдельно). Включен и подключен к моему предыдущему устройству Samsung для передачи информации и настроек. Все прошло гладко и быстро. Телефон с двумя Sim-картами без расширения на диске (встроенный 512 Гб). Телефон отзывчивый, работает быстро. Изображение на экране яркое и четкое. Зум на камере потрясающий. Но эта ручка! Всем телефонам нужен один из них!! Лол. Она не заперта. Вставил свою Sim-карту с предыдущего устройства. Просто сработало сразу, никаких проблем вообще.

Продавец был очень предупредителен. Я связался с ними и спросил, не поторопятся ли они с доставкой из-за возникшей у меня ситуации. Они обязались, доставили его вовремя. Я несколько раз связывался с ними через Amazon. Каждый раз их реакция была почти мгновенной. Было хорошо вести бизнес с NGP Store. Я довольный клиент.

I received the phone in proper packaging, it is working fine, thank 5. Only concern I had, regards the charger. The charger needed an additional piece in order (I think international adapter ) to work. Other than that everything Iseems fine.

They sold me Chinese model

The cell phone I got has all chinese apps where I can't even change the language in it; internet redirects me to a Hong Kong page, has scratches on both brand names (samsung) it seems like there was another name on top. The phone and sim card features work fine (calls, sms,etc). But I cannot install any apps; play store opens and immediately closes. Galaxy apps won't let me install basic apps like whatsapp, facebook, instagram. I cannot even acces to my google account.

Please advice and help.

Pretty nice upgrade

I really love this phone. Nice and heavy solid feeling in the hand. This does not support 4g but I am always in an area that has Wi-Fi so I figured I could save money and just go with this model. No freezes or any hiccups with this phone yet, I've had it for about three weeks. The screen looks phenomenal and is pretty scratch resistant.

Because it had some dirty spots and small scratches in the sealed box.
It looked like they repacked it again with dirty hands and attached labels.

The only issue was adjusting to the size of the phone, but that did not take long. This phone is simply amazing when it comes to power and the beautiful display, to the clarity of the camera allowing me to take good pictures without the use of flash in low light where others will have to use flash. The S-Pen works fantastic, this phone was a good investment.

Samsung knows what they're doing.

This by far, is one of the best ease-of-use cells phones I've owned. It has way many more features than I need in a phone. The only issue is the battery not having that same mogo power as when new. I'm one year in use and planning for a second, till the insurance is up.
