I LOVE this phone

I bought this to replace my j5. Awesome camera, easy to use, easy to transfer my j5 content to, and easy to navigate. That being said, I am having to charge it every 5 hours. I am constantly on my phone and the battery dying in 5 hours is unacceptable to me especially for the price

Worth the buy

Great phone, had to switch to AT&T bc it wasnt compatible with verizon and it didnt say so in the description at the time. Speaking about the phone itself, its an amazing phone. It takes a little bit to get used to the size but once you do you wont go small again. The camera is wonderful and takes great pictures(i mean GREAT pictures). the adaptive charger is a game changer, I've never charged a phone so fast! Everything runs smooth and fast. I watch 4k videos from my gopro H4 on it and it doesnt skip like on my other divices. I travel a lot and it has been really good everywhere ive gone Panama, mexico, korea(duh), japan, singapore...you get the idea it was cool to just get a local sim card and use my phone as usual.

This phone is amazing! I didn't realize when I ordered it just how many junk apps are on phones purchased from the carrier until I got this unlocked phone. I have only the apps that I want and it has been wonderful! It is a beautiful piece of technology and I am so glad that I chose this phone.

I give a 5 star to a Note 4

Having had a Galaxy Note, a Note 2, and now this beautiful Note 4, I am in a position to say how fabulous this phone is. It is slimline, though well built. It is fast, with sharp images. The change to the writing recognition is great. The pressure sensitivity, and the interface for the S-pen writing is a great improvement. I like have used the S-voice ability on my last phone, and still use it on this one. You double tap the home button, and speak to the phone... ask it questions, get the weather, set alarms, timers, get conversions for things. Pretty nifty. Multi-tasking is a breeze with the Note 4. I use my Note more than I use my laptop. Who needs a bulky tablet with an incredible clear, sharp screened phone like this.

The phone is too advanced for some of the programs that are on it. It cannot scan credit cards because the program says it will not perform on the phone. The phone is an international version of the Galaxy 6. If I had realized its limitations, I might have not purchased the phone.

User friendly, great phone

My dad had a Note 2 that he loved but his butter fingers let it slip somewhere and he lost it.

So, we got him this newer note phone since once you go smartphone you don't come back, and he LOVES it.
I really like this phone for my dad because he is a journalist and a very "anti-tech" one, lol. You can make the font really big and he can take notes with the pen, it also takes great quality pictures and has many features that I know he loves. Even the health apps are good since he monitors his stats.
Overall, this is a very user friendly phone and if my dad can use it and even take advantage of it, then everyone can

I bought what was billed as a "fully unlocked" phone. I had some concerns when I turned the phone on and it displayed the Verizon name. After the boot finished another message popped up saying I could not make calls until I inserted a Verizon SIM card. I also noticed several Verizon apps that could not be deleted. At this time I had serious concerns about this phone really being unlocked. I contacted the seller and they insured me the phone was indeed unlocked and would display the name of whatever company SIM card I installed. I installed the SIM card I received from Tracfone and after almost two hours on the phone with Tracfone customer service we were unable to get the phone to recognize their network. Even though Tracfone uses the Verizon network the phone would not connect to the network. Bottom line is the phone is set up for Verizon and no other network. So after assurances the phone is unlocked it turned out not to be true and I wasted a lot of time trying to get it to work and now I have to make a trip to UPS to get this thing shipped back so I can get a refund.

Impressed with the delivery time but there was no phone charger.

Ok the phone is awesome beyond doubt.

But i found some issues with the complete package that came to me. The charger which came with the phone was not a phone charger, but some other 3 pin charger which is useless. So i will have buy a new charger for this phone. That's why I was kinda disappointed. The phone came right on time without even a single day delay which was impressive but the charger was disappointing. Overall I was impressed with the deal. If there was no charger issue, then i would have given full marks but since it was not, i will deduct some points.

My only gripe is that I got it for $760 on Black Friday but the phone is awesome. It looks gorgeous. Best looking Samsung phone hands down. It's fast and the battery life is great. By the way, this is the 64 Bit Exynos 5433 version. Great for multitasking and everyday phone use but the Snapdragon variant, because of it's Adreno GPU, is better for gaming. Also, this version does not have LTE but it is fully unlocked and ready to work on any GSM carrier across the globe. User experience is great but Touchwhiz is still annoying from time to time. All in all, very satisfied with my purchase and not disappointed by anything except that it's not IP67 certified (not dust nor water resistant.).

Samsung looks sleek, but that's it ! After received the phone, I've to download almost everything such as languages, apps... By myself. It's so frustraded and consider i am more technical user.

I've been using iPhone for years and this is 1st time I bought a Samsung and never do it again.
Returned the phone next day , after hours of trying to download the apps I need which already available on iPhone !

I will recommend everyone to buy an iphone

I personally think Samsung as a company should concentrate on home appliances and forget about phones. Everyone can make a phone but the customer service after purchase is the most important. I will recommend everyone to buy an iphone. International they have the best service centre and when it comes to hardware problems they will be eager to replace it. is not just about having a phone but its about having a gadget in which you get an easier customer service.
Internationally, Samsung sucks, their warranty for a year is just a joke. If you have a problem and you take it to a Samsung dealer internationally the level of customer service is terrible. I have no problem with their phones but they should pay a lot more attention to after sales service than be in an unnecessary competition with an iphone. Iphone has the best after sales service system compared to any phone.
I will rather look into that when using phones abroad.
Phones are made in a batch system...this means that they are assembled in a system and not by human hands. By this method one or two or many out of that batch can go bad after use for sometime. So you if you end with any of this you need a good after sales service that will retake it and get you another one or even especially in cases of hardware errors.
That is why it is expedient to buy a phone with a good after sales service system internationally. Apple has done a much better job at that than Samsung. Get an iPHONE instead.

Great phone so far

Great phone so far. Runs incredibly smooth, no issues with apps, massive selection of customization settings, and looks good. The stylus is amazing as well and feels natural when writing. Being an Interior Designer, I got this phoneto take photos and write on them for instant communication to contractors off site. I can easily photograph something mark it up and send it off to whoever needs to see it.

While the biometrics on this phone make me leery they are extensive and work very well. I recommend this phone to anyone who needs a lot of options for work and personal life as well as a work horse phone.

It was bought as a gift for an engineer and so far i get nothing but good price on it s functionality. Ease of use especially since it comes with a stylus pen. The person say they also get complemented on the phone all the time. They work out on the field a lot so I also got them a rugged case to help protect the phone and might I say they love it even more now

Awesome! Hits a home run on every count. I would not give it up for the 5, I love the battery and extra card. They are stupid, nuts and crazy to take those away. Something is wrong with Samsung...they don't really get it. But this 4 ... it must have been an accident, it is awesome. I bought the Gear S watch to go with it. That is a total crap product, after years with Apple I was amazed at the Note 4 and bought the watch on that brand view..the watch is total garbage. Reality hits hard!

Слот для sim-карты - это огромное улучшение по сравнению с моим предыдущим телефоном.

I like Samsungs, but not this one: got a lemon.

I begin by saying that I have usually been a Samsung cell phone fan. Not this time, however. I have now had this phone for not even a year and a half and it has had issues from the start. I have never been able to use the speaker phone function. I can hear fine, but my voice does not get picked up. It is the same even when I hold the phone close to my mouth when NOT in speaker mode. So there has always been something wrong with the mic, but not seriously enough for this to be covered under warranty. These days my phone will not even call out some times. I have to restart the phone in order for it to work again. The apps and the size and the note function are all great, but this particular phone has been a bit of a dud, almost like a lemon. I am sad to say that I might get an iPhone 6 next time since my girlfriend has one and has not had any problems at all with it.

Phone will not keep a charge.

I have tried to get a hold of the vendor, but there is no option to do that. I have had this phone for almost a year and it had never charged correctly and the battery is drained when I'm not using it. Now it will barely charge so I have about 15 minutes talk time before the phone dies when it says it is for charged! Maybe because it's an international version of the phone. I now have to finally purchase a new phone because it had gone downhill since purchasing this phone.

Buy this phone for gifting it to a family and is giving problem, the agency authorized Samsung I took and I just said that the phone is not original Samsung brand. Eventhough that I think the phone is good and don't think its an imitation but

It's not completely unlocked, there still has the logo of the supplier company of origin, I think it is one of Korea.
The keypad of the phone application have Korean characters and can not be removed and put it in standard.
some service codes messages are not supported in my country. Eventhough that I think the phone is good and don't think its an imitation but, could be a generic software, I'm not sure about that!!!

Great phone

So far this is the best phone I've ever had. Partly due to ever-improving technology and partly due to it just being a good phone. I love the huge bright screen. I remember considering the Note a couple of years ago and thinking it was too big. But now I'm more accustomed to big phones and love the huge screen size.

I bought the ZeroLemon extended battery to go with it. Sure, it's a big heavy brick now. But it still fits in my pocket and now I get 3 days of solid battery life out of it with heavy use. Worth it!

The best Note yet

Love it!

I've had the Note 3 for a year before I bought the Note 4, and all the small irritating things I experienced with the Note 3 has been fixed.

The S pen is just getting better and better, as well as the multi window function.

The downside is the battery. It's really going fast. Way faster than on the Note 3. But on the other side, the power saving feature works perfectly.

If you are an "Android using person" I would definitely recommend this product. A big step up from the previous Note models.
