When I first got it, the headset jack didn't work and the left thumb stick button didn't work well. I returned it and the replacement works fine. The triggers I'm not a fan of. Too long. Just takes a bit to getting use to. I still like it.I've had three controllers in the past six months. As stated above the mic jack didnt work out of the box. After a few weeks on the second one, the right analog stick wouldn't return to "0" meaning my aim (CoD) would droop. The mic jack on the second one finally crapped out too. The 3rd one had the same problem with the right analog stick. The rubber on the sticks wear through quickly. These things are just not durable.

Unboxing a controller should never be this exciting.. but it was. Having purchased a keyboard and mouse from Razer before I was determined to see what they had in stall for the 360 in terms of a controller. I will never go back to the old ones. The buttons are comfortable and easy to use. The extra programmable buttons are a Godsend. I used them immediately taking the common stick push buttons and placing them on the new shoulder buttons. Running and knifing in many action FPS games has never been easier. The 15 foot cord is plenty long and with the addition of the quick release there are no worries from me. This brings me to the sticks. Absolutely a marvel. Adjusting the sensitivity made the controls almost mouse like. This is the closest thing to having a mouse on the 360. The D-pad is very responsive and the overall feel of the controller is top notch. If you are a serious gamer go ahead and purchase this controller.. the loss of wireless will not be missed I assure you.

Pros: The overall feel of the controller is good. The face buttons are much more responsive, and the d-pad is fine for everything save maybe fighting games. The adjustable sticks are great, and easy to set to the way you like.Cons: The grips on the back are nothing more than a couple rubber dots on the backside and aren't noticeable in the least. The triggers aren't quite my cup of tea because they seemed to be a little too long. Aside from these two issues I loved it.Other thoughts: My controller arrived messed up. The A button would not respond if you moved the analog stick until you let go of the button, while all of the other buttons worked fine. Also, at no point would the A button ever recognize that it was being held down for an extended length. I really liked this controller aside from this issue, so it's too bad that I'll have to return it to Amazon and wait at least another month to get a replacement order. Good one Razer.

It did take a while for me get it, but it was worth the wait. The ergonomics are perfect for me. I can pick it up and start playing without having to worry in what position my hands are, like with the regular 360 controller. The joysticks are at a perfect height eliminating the need for freaks. All of the buttons and triggers are very resposive so you know when you've hit them. The location of the start and back buttons are a relief for those who accidentally push the start button when pushing x. However, when playing BFBC2 the back button is in an inconvenient location. That's where the two programable bumpers come in play. They are perhaps the best addition to the controller. I've found them easy to use and get used to. There's plenty of cable so you have room to maneuver in without being restricted. Over all the controller is light-weight, has good ergonomics, user friendly, and easily customizable. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I've had a chance to play with this controller for several hours now. And after playing around with several different options in the remappable buttons. I found one that works really well for me. You should know that, this controller takes a while to get use to it. So if you are very competetive, play the single player before multiplayer to allow yourself to get use to it. It took me so time to get use to the two new Multifunctions bumpers and I had to tweak the adjustable tension to my liking. But now I think I have a definite competetive advantage over other players (Playing Call of Duty: Black Ops).The way they could design it better would be to shorten how far you have to push the triggers down(they were designed more for Racing games to give you more control of the gas and brake pressure but for a FPS, you want quick and precise)Overall a great controller and definitely an upgrade from Original Xbox controller.

I really liked the look and feel of this controller when I first bought it. After about 6 weeks the controller started aiming down on its own randomly, which is extremely annoying. It is completely unacceptable and the controller's durability is awful.The Multi-function buttons and adjustable joysticks are great features. I also liked how the controller was a bit smaller which made it easier to transition from xbox to ps3 controller.At the end of the day the thing was useless after 6 weeks, which was disappointing because I really liked the controller while it was working, but this will definitely be the last 3rd party controller I ever buy. I would not recommend buying this unless mine was just a fluke (but i have seen many reviews with the same issue as me)

Excellent controller for FPS, programmable shoulder buttons worked for me. Can't speak to D-pad use, not important in Halo.But quality sucks. After 1 month first controller left thumbstick developed dead-zone. Worked in all directions but up. Return was no hassle with AmazonAfter 20 days, replacement controller developed dead zone in right thumbstick.(I think it has to do with the adjustable thumbstick tension: great feature but plagued with problems)Return again no hassle.No 3rd strike for me, I'll stick to less buttons but a controller that works.

Out of the box it's a great product but unfortunately after some usage things start to go haywire and literally fall apart.Direction sticks move your character. Around without you touching them.Button pushes do not register.I really wish this product worked but it does not.Top it off with the companies ridiculous return requirements and it's not a good mix

First things first, the controller gives you a bit more of precision when you adjust the sticks BUT you lose mobbility for example playing halo reach you can be a lot more precise with the DMR but if someone gets close enough you cant TURN fast so you will get killed, but the precision with the sniper is superb.now nearly a mont of using it like 2 hours a day and the left stick moves by itself, i said bah people are crazy this is the best controller out there i'm going to buy it and i was so wrong, i read about it and ignored it dont make the same mistake as me the left stick moves by itself or moves at its own will that is so wrong.Im so angry with this purchase since im outside the u.s at this moment and there is no way to send it back without paying the same price for a new controller.

After only one month, the mic port stopped working. Kind of important for online gaming. I can't recommend that anyone buy this.

I've had my turbo for about roughly 2 weeks using it only for svr2011 for reversing and getting out of pins. The problem I had was that the rt button decided to stop working during a match and now has to be returned. The controller although was very helpful and fit good in the hands I would recommend this turbo for someone who isnt always on xbox 24/7 but for a serious gamer I'd suggest the rapid fire 2, around same price and won't be defective. The horipad ex2 is not a long term controller!

What I found after several days of useProsLighter weightquicker button responseConsThe finish feels grossjoy stick click response unreliable at best (my left didn't work at all)MFB and the bumper are to close together and leveled, makes it near impossible to hit one without the other quicklyEdges on the upper side of the bumper and around the joystick are deceptively sharp. After just a few mins of use a ring of dust and a groove appeared around the joysticks.Overall I say the quality of the controller is questionable. Either the one I received was flawed or the quality is just terrible. Either way i am completely disappointed in this product.

Well, I tried it out loved the controller for about the first hour.....then I noticed the A button was not responding that well after I would press it. The game that I used it for was Gears of War 2 and if you know or play Gears the A button is one of the most important buttons. So if you press A you roll if you hold A you rodie run(sprint). Well games where there is a dependence on holding a button for extended periods this controller did not work well. I know it is more for FPS but what if you hit a button to hard or have to hold a button for some reason.....the button will go out very quickly. I really liked the concept and the controller worked perfectly for a whole hour but then showed very poor response and then no response. Sorry I really liked the controller and if it worked perfectly this controller would definitely get a 5. Returned

I preordered this controller and was very excited when it finally arrived but I must say it turned out to be a monumental disappointment. I gave this controller a solid week of use and my K/D ratio tanked horrendously. The programmable bumpers are cool but didn't really make a practical improvement. I found the thumb adjusters to be a huge pain. The start/back placement is very unnatural for me. I did like the responsiveness of the x/y/a/b mechanical buttons. The directional pad was also disappointing. I felt like the arrow buttons had way to much throw and probably should have been mechanical also. I couldn't use the chat pad with the controller. I was getting some really weird headset interference as well. Overall... hate it and it's on it's way back to Amazon ASAP.

The controller arrived a day earlier than I had expected, which was awesome as I had just picked up Dragon Age 2 and put it though its paces on it. The small gears for setting resistance are easy to use and I haven't had any trouble with them getting in my way or the like. The programmable buttons on the top of the controller I keep hitting on accident, but I set them to left and right bumper respectively so it doesn't make much of a difference, once I get used to having them there I'm sure it'll be easier to treat them like any other button. The controller fits well in my hands and is fun to use, the triggers work well, the mouse-click style buttons are superb, and I love the split d-pad. All in all it's a great product that lives up to the Razer name.

This controller makes sense as an idea. Programmable buttons for customizability, adjustable tension, nice finish, fast buttons. But from what I've heard Razer was not prepared for the demand and the product shows. It was defective in that the pushing of the left stick did not work unless you had it centered. In case you don't know, that makes you unable to sprint in Call of Duty, which is very important. Also, the tension knobs on the analog sticks were very difficult to turn. It seems like they were ok with selling defective models because of the high demand. It's too bad, because I would have really liked a good model of the product.

Keep your documentation and proof of purchase for the warranty, mine had the left trigger stop working out of the blue without any abuse. Since I can't find the receipt from Best Buy, they won't honor the warranty. Up until the point it stopped working, I did enjoy the controller, although the wire was somewhat annoying when used to a wireless controller.

I bought the standard controller while I was waiting for this one to become available. It worked okay, but felt kind of cheap. I finally got this one (on sale at Amazon for the same price as the standard) and the difference was night and day. The tournament model has a nice, solid feel, without the weight of the OE XBox controller. I really like the backlit buttons, the rubberized coating and the braided cord.The adjustable joysticks are the best feature, allowing for more precision gameplay. All this makes for a product worthy of Razer.

The one thing that needs to be changed on this controller is... well the multifunction buttons are in the front and rb lb are in between... so when your play say gears and have A as rb 1, going from rb1 and trigger the reload button gets in the way. if they made it a switch it would make the middle button and the trigger next to each other making it make more since.other then that its a interesting controller....

After playing on xbox live with the Razer Onza I found out a few pros and cons.Pros: Easy to handle, Very responsiveCons: Makes a faint popping noise on the mic that doesn't show up while using original Microsoft controllers. Bad voice quality, I was told that my voice wasdistorted. The triggers are a little too pointed as well.Overall, it's a good controller but the xbox live chat is really buggywhile using this controller. I use Turtle Beach X11's and I haven't had a problemwith them while using any other controller except for this one. I would buy thisproduct if you wanted to use it strictly for gameplay because there is a chanceit might give you bad audio quality through your Mic.

Prosit feels nice to holdthe rumble in this controller is superior to the stock controllerthe clicky face buttons are neatConsthe triggers are garbage. They're too far backtry pressing forward on the left stick and pressing the left custom button at the same time. That is just plain uncomfortable and a real deal breaker for memy controller stopper powering on after a week of moderate usethe adjustable tension is useless. I found myself just playing with the loosest tension, anything else was just too stiffthe price is too high for this poorly designed piece of plastic.Hopefully Razer learns from this and makes a better controller. There really is no way to go but up for them as far as this thing is concerned.this and

I needed a new controller and this looked like just what I wanted. Programable buttons - they work great, something easier on my hands - could be a bit larger but alot better than the 360. The buttons & triggers are also an improvement, nice & crisp. The only problem is the analog sticks don't adjust as advertised. Seems simple, turn ring on top of stick. Well I tried everything short of putting the controller in a vice and trying to turn the ring with pliers. No, I'm not an idiot, I understand simple instructions, this controller just doesn't work as advertised.
