Great looking controller
I ordered this controller after a few other places were unable to come through on their orders due to everyone else wanting a controller for the long weekend it seemed. Came upon this beauty, and with an expected delivery date that meant getting the controller in time for the long weekend. What do you know, it came on top and it looks great and in a colour you don't often see on PS4 controllers.

Simply will not pair with PS4, nor will it charge.
Not happy. Not happy at all. The grandsons were excited when the new controller arrived this morning. It was unboxed and handed to me for pairing within about a minute of arrival. Plugged the usb cable into the PS4 and the other end into the new controller, pressed the PS button and... nothing. The light flashed a few times and went out. The controller refuses to pair or power up. Will not even power up or charge when connected to the PC or to a USB adaptor. So, I am about to return it. I bought the Sony controller expecting there to be no issues. How wrong. What a pain!

Not impressed
Nice colour and feel to it but controls are nowhere as smooth and accurate as original pad that was supplied with PS4.
For that reason only good for kids arcade games, totally useless when trying to aim accurately on World Of Tanks...feels like a cheap copy of the real controller.
I would avoid in the future.

FAKE
This is a very convincing fake controller (not official Sony product). What threw me off first was the packaging. After inspecting the controller I found the PS button was off colour and the back sticker was off centre. The controller is also slightly lighter than a real one. I plugged in my headset and my friends couldn't hear me. As well as this, a continuous white noise can be heard if you plug in a headset. Will be returning this ASAP.

Would not power up
Yet another faulty product from Amazon. I don't know what is going on in amazon but i am sure the employees are throwing there parcels around as this controller would not even power up. It is happening way to often and customers like myself are being let down.

Awesome product. However if you run heavy games for couple of hours then box starts making air sounds. So keep in mind to place the console not covered

Item doesn't work after 1 month
Terrible item. I bought this and just after a month the controller wouldn't turn on. I tried resetting it tried all the trouble shooting a d nothing works. I tried to contact the seller and I get sent to a website that is automatically answering and I'm getting nowhere. If the seller can please get in touch with me that would be great

Fake Controller.
I received a fake controller. After seeing all the negative reviews on the main PS4 controller pages I went and looked for other, more expensive variants and saw that this controller had the original packaging in the product pictures section. However it arrived with fake packaging and a mix of PS4 V1 and V2 features combined! Requesting a refund.

Fine apart from battery performance as usual.
Nice colour, good controller with just the usual problem... Poor battery life after just a few weeks of use. The dual shocks are just sadly not a patch on Xbox or Nintendo Switch Pro Controllers but that's just how it is, there is nothing wrong with it and it does the job required, no problems at all if it's used cabled up. Loses the star on battery performance.

100% Real
It's real how I know this as that a strike pack dominator only works on a official Sony dualshock controllers hence it worked fine. all though I understand why people think it could be fake as the newer models are a lot more delicate compared to older dualshock pads but this is the real deal and on pros side of things this newer pad has better better functionality than the older dualshock models so do buy it just be more careful with this one as it is less durable than previous dualshocks

Great product but with a potential serious flaw.
I bought this as a replacement for the one I bought years ago (replaced due to broken button). The red looks great and worked very well for a month or so. Then it started glitching. The analogue stick would appear to constantly drift. I tried resetting it and also forgetting it from the console. Nothing seemed to work.
The problem was actually with the Bluetooth connectivity. My girlfriend was watching things on her PS3 in the next room using 2.4GHz broadband (same frequency Bluetooth uses). Once I connected her device with wired internet, the controller drift issue was instantly fixed. I saw a few others report controller drift in the review section also. I imagine they might have had similar issues without knowing the real problem.

DO NOT BUY I WANT A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
I would recommend buying from another websit because this is a big scam I have only had the controller for a year and it has been terrible first when it arrived the thumb sticks had a weird dotty texture compared to the usual flat one and then around 6 months later the left stick of the controller would keep moving up in the ps4 e.g I would not even hold it or touch it and it would keep going up

Brilliant
Fantastic controller that works as intended. I have used it for a decent amount of time now and have had no issues as you would with most controllers such as thumb sticks wearing out or buttons not working as designed.
No complaints at all and a fairly reasonable price.

Faulty straight out of the box!
The right joystick is faulty and keeps giving random forward pushes without user input. Very suspicious for a Sony brand controller to not be working properly from new. I suspect this controller may be a counterfeit or a re-boxed second hand controller - or Sony have fallen down in their manufacturing quality / quality control.

Beautiful and works perfectly!!!
Arrived in percect condition and while I had my doubts about whether it is a genuine Sony, I've done lots of research and tests and honestly can't tell if it is, so I'm happy 😁 I'd only just got a PS4 Pro as a present for christmas, barely used it (primarily PC user) and the sticks on the controller started drifting! This is gorgeous and a lifesaver!
