great console !! comes with one year warranty !!!! go for it !! i suggest buy this one on emi !! and specially around festivals + choose payment via EMI Then it will cost u around 32-33 by including cashbacks and discounts !!

Not good quality
The PS4 PRO console shutdown very first day playing Spiderman and it is not switching on. It is imported product from Singapore and not covered under Sony India. Seller sent email that he is giving only "Seller Warranty".

Suspected fake item
Suspected fake product. Clear differences between a genuine one and this controller, logos, stickers, packaging, feel and no CE mark on the controller. Analogue sticks track when not in use making playing difficult

Fell victim to a fraud
This isn't an Indian item. The price might look like it is an Indian product, but it is not. This is an imported product that Amazon is selling claiming manufacturer warranty. I have attached screenshot for the same.

Auto drift problem worse than ever.
The terrible build quality of PS4 controller is well known. The rubber of the analog stick gives way after a good 300 hours play and at some point the auto drift sets in. You know the problem. You move into a certain direction and the movement gets stuck. Sometimes this even seems to happen automagically. For this reason gamers keep coming back buying new PS4 controller once a year.
I bought this controller only a little while ago and haven't got more than 30 hours of game time out of it and the auto drift is so pronounced that I need to get back to using my old controller which already has hundreds of hour into it. Why can't Sony get this sorted? Why is it getting worse? I guess I have to resort to opening the controller now and trying to fix this myself instead of buying one controller after the next. Very disappointed.

The best controller I've ever used.
The dualshock 4 is a controller that, in one swift stroke, deftly fixes virtually all of the traditional problems I (and others) had with prior generations of Playstation controller. Whilst I've always enjoyed the Playstation platform, the comfort of it's controller was always a big issue for me, especially after the original XBOX was released with the brilliant S Controller. Going back to using the Dualshock after using the Controller S was a shock, it made me realise just how uncomfortable it was to use for some games.
It's a relief then that for this new generation the Dualshock controller has become perhaps the most ergonomically pleasing and comfortable controllers I have ever used. Every issue I had, from the triggers, proportions and grip have all been fixed and perfected in this controller. It is that good.
There are two downsides though. The first is the touchpad, it's a gimmick and awkward to use. Thankfully it's use isn't mandatory in most of the games I've played. The other? The lightbar. Even though software updates have allowed you to dim the brightness it is still too bright and frequently is visible reflecting off my T.V. when a dark image is displayed, thus ruining immersion. Hopefully these issues will be resolved with the Dualshock 5 when the Playstation 5 is released.
Overall, this is a wonderful controller that has put Playstation on top of the mountain for console controller ergonomics and usability.

Valuable and wroth it
I got this for 275 really it is fantastic, working as new controller and what wrong with that L1 L2 and R1 R2 are not fitting correctly if you want to buy a new controller stop buying and not waste your money just buy this item and convert your old PS 4 controller to new

laggy af , whoever the dealer is ,this product is laggy af ,im not talking about internet ,its like the device itself is lacking somethin , this is my third pro ,rest of them or fine ,buy it from sony showroom or somewhere but definitionally not from here , i decided to write this reveiw cuz friend of mine also having same problem and they bought it from here , btw its not a software issues or whatever

Bought it for PC gaming. Disappointed and here is why:
I have bought this controller for my gaming PC (input mapper).
After about 4-5 months of rarely using it, cable connection is got broken:
When you connect PS4 controller to PC, your PC detect and install gamepad drivers, and soundcard drivers (gamepad microphone etc).
Today when I am trying to use the controller I have to hold it still, or when I move the cable ONLY the detected soundcard got disconnected/connected 10times per second making whe whole PC slow down/freeze, disconnecting you from the game you were playing, then connecting again, then again dc... and so on.
It might be just a bad luck tho.
It is now too late to send it back. Just wanted to make you ware wary of the issue before you purchase it.

Good Console, Worst Controller
Console is very good. But the Dual shock 4 controller suck. In only 5 months of use R2 button is not responding inspite of only playing on Sundays.
Very bad quality from Sony.

A mere 4 months after purchase and I’m already binning it. Yes, is it aesthetically appealing, and yes, that is it.
At first, the square button became stiff, so I put this down to a faulty pad that I unsuspectingly purchased as a part of Black Friday “deals”. Okay fair enough, it’s only one button. Fast forward a couple of weeks later and almost every button is stiff. Even the Touch pad I NEVER use is stiff and almost useless. The run button (l3)doesn’t run anymore which is a COMMON PROBLEM with these pads, and has started to turn left on it’s own. So when I’m running to kill someone, I start shooting at the damn tree next to them 😑 I would avoid buying Sony pads like the plague. There are hundreds of YouTube videos instructing you to push the directional buttons 100 times in each directions as a ‘quick fix’ - each with thousands of views - thousands of views! let that sink in.
It’s no surprise the pad and it’s components are made in China. As per usual the tech breaks verryyyy easy and cost’s a fortune to replace each and every time. It’s no coincidence that the back surface of these pads are super slippery plastic, so once you place it on, say, your lap, they slip and smash 😒 This was my 3rd Sony control pad purchase in 12 months, and it will be the last. I’m moving onto a more robust brand such as scuf/raizer - or even mouse and keyboard 🤔

The rose gold section is a slippery surface which makes button bashing an ease. The baby pink plastic at the back is textured so it makes raging more grippable. There’s also a matching headset! oh joy! I definitely recommend. I’ll update with how many drops it took to die 😖

FAKE (very convincing fake )
So like many people on here i bought this in good faith that i would be receiving a genuine DS4 controller andfor a while i thought i had . After the 1st one i had received strarted to drift , So i was sent a replacement but same problem has started to occur, Its a weird random drift thats more like a fake input now and again . So i started to get a weird feeling that this could be a fake so after some research ive conclusively found the proof i needed . all the stickers, boxes and buttons are exact copies of the original counterparts but there is 1 major thing that gives it away . THE UNDERNEATH IS ALL RED !!! The official Sony licensed Magma red controller should be Black underneath and red on top !!! Avoid this at all costs !!! These are inferior cheaper knockoffs . BE WARNED !!!!!

As Expected
Seller was very helpful in getting the product shipped on time during a holiday period ensuring the product was received earlier than the due delivery date.
Just started using the PS4 Pro today, but for all intents and purposes, it seems genuine and I was able to log in and register myself on PSN. Product may have been imported but works as expected, no issues faced (yet).

This is the original ps4 controller I'm saying this because I red some reviews and some people say they got a fake one maybe they just been unlucky but from my experience this is legit. Everything works and you can just tell it is in fact an original version.

No Warranty. You can get it cheaper .But they provide EMI options so i chose Amazon
Be sure. Its not sony warranty , its sellers warranty. And if you just want seller warranty , then you can get pro for 30000 in outside market. Works fine though , played one game , but looks like its already used because one user was already created before i started it.

Amazon needs to sort out its review system
People need to be careful about the reviews. I was hesitant about buying this incase it was a fake but its 100% genuine; issue being is obviously a third party was selling black or blue ones, being fake and sadly amazon is grouping all reviews together.
