JUST GO FOR IT.
It is as good as you want. Original product with original packing. 2 day Delivery only with OTP.
Better than PS4. Controllers have touch pads and speakers. Controls are quite responsive.
Full HD, can play 4K and 3D also. Even on FHD TV, picture quality is superb.
Can play internet content like Netflix, You Tube, Gmail or just browse on my Sony Bravia Smart 3D TV.
Yet to try bluetooth keyboard with it for net use.
OS was immediately updated on switching on. Automatically updates new games also from the net.
You can download media player and play mp4 movies or videos from pen drive.
Got only one controller with console, maybe as per package deal. Had to buy one seperately from the market for Rs.3000/-.
Bought in sale for Rs 36,000/-
So, my advise is, if can get two controllers in the deal with good price, go for it.

After all the horror stories here, I want to confirm that the PS4 pro received from Cloudtail seller is absolute genuine. The Sony box was sealed with holograms and sticker, warranty card with printed month & 1 year later of this month.

Works like a pro :)
Does what u want from a pro. Breath taking clarity on standard led tv. Plus if u run uncharted on it , blows u away.
Keep in mind that if you have power issues in ur area you might consider buying a UPS to avoid any damage to the console.
I have felt that it heats up a bit during continuous use but I guess that's expected, this doesn't affect it's performance in anyway.

This beast at 32k odd was definitely a steal!!
Got this beast machine at only 32990 and across all the sites I compared, this was a steal at this price. Didn't get any games with this one but the price was really attractive for PS4 Pro. Its still retailing at 38-40k across various etailers as of now.
The packaging was sublime and the delivery was on point too. It does come up with a Sony India 1 year warranty which ensures peace of mind. If your serial no. ends with 08 in the end, then its the Indian edition and not an imported one. The games look incredible and the PRO advantage is immediately visible on a 4K TV. Setting up was also a breeze. Anything under 35k for this product is an awesome deal. Go for it guys, highly recommended!!

Best Purchase Decision I Ever Made
Love the Product. Especially for the price I got it on (32 to 33k).
At first it kinda bit me to buy it because the slim versions we're also discounted at the time, however when you play demanding games like Red Dead Redemption 2 or even old games like GTA V. You can see the difference. Before I made the purchase I used to play on a borrowed PS4 Slim and it just doesn't run the games as smoothly. Worth every penny. But would suggest you wait for a sale. I got lucky with the pricing, but 37k or below is a good price.

Amazing product , as a gamer I have no words to describe it .
The major difference between PRO and slim is the 4K capability and the game smoothness .
The PRO just has raw power .
The packing was also done very well and the product reached me in less than 2 days . Thanks a lot Amazon.

Cds are unable to read....i have like 40 cds i tried all of them
I had ps4 before and i wanted to upgrade to pro....this Product not working properly.... cds unable to read....and even spoiled my two cds.... package wss tooo bad and never expected this from amazon....usb cable was also damaged.... i waited so long too....i want more than replacement

I have tried to buy PS4 Pro at various retail stores but no one had it. Finally found on Amazon. I received the box in good shape and on time. The box contained the PS4 pro 1 TB box with 2 different power cords. A HDMI cable, game controller and ear plugs that can be used with the controller. A USB connector for the controller for charging and playing.
If you have a 4K TV or 3D or having HDMI support, it is best to PS4 Pro instead of standard PS4 1TB. The main advantage of PS4 Pro is 4K support and enhanced graphics card support. This is still worth the extra money since it has VR capability and better graphics. If you are active gamer then its you will like it over the standard PS4 1 TB.
I followed the setup manual and created my account and started to download the free games.
Since PS4 pro is VR enabled I had to buy the PS4 camera which is almost a must if you want to use the PS4 pro full functions. Once you setup the PS4 camera it has facial identification so you can easily login to PS4 and restrict your kids from accessing from high rated content.

Just the way amazon is Perfect
Cloud tail is best in selling PS4 pro with one year warranty, I received a genuine product, neatly packed except for the package box which was dented both top and bottom, but the console is fine there was no damage, thanks to all the thermacols and air packs, the seal was unbroken and got the warranty card, overall happy with Amazon's sale and delivery got it on a discounted price of 35K which is a pretty solid deal for a PS4.my console Is working fine.

Loved it, fast delivery but not an Indian edition so no sony warranty
i was really confused between PS4 pro vs Xbox one x. Xbox has better hardware but PS4 has better game, so i choose PS4. It's a Great purchase for me. Got it for 30k inclusive of great indian festival sale ICICI offer. Shipped really fast by seller mobhylstore. Expected some games along with it but no luck for me.
It's not an Indian edition so you won't get sony warranty. I got cuh-7218b, it's a latest model so I'm hope fan noise and heating problems are fixed by this PS4.
Seller strictly informed he can provide warranty only for manufacturing defect in console only not for cable and controller. So after buying we need to keep it safe and good condition.

Best in the console genre.
Proud owner of the pro now! Pro is for hardcore gamers who are concerned about graphics and performance. Can be used on a 1080p TV as the pro downsamples 4k to 1080p providing even better resolution. 4k would be a added benefit to use features such as UHD and super sampling.

Not just games but I like watching Netflix and Amazon videos on it :)
Games are fine though, I hope that PS5 doesn't comes to the market till 2021, I have just bought it and seems like there is already talks of releasing it.

Best buy ever
I used to have ps4 slim but the pro version is outstanding. Graphics, speed and most importantly, the silent functioning of the box. You won't even get to know if it's on, if you don't look at the front light. The package arrived in a good condition with Sony seal and excellent bubble wrap protection. If you are thinking to buy ps4, go for the pro version instead of slim. It's worth it.

L/R Trigger Pads Incompatible
I had ordered these because my DualShock V1's L1/L2 pads had broken, and there was no tactile feedback anymore. Considering that the product name mentioned it is for "Play Station 4 Controller V1", I assumed they will be compatible with my controller. However, the L1/L2 pads that came with this product are very different from the original ones in the controller, and simply do not fit. You can check in the pictures (left one is the replacement, right one is the original). I had to make a lot of incisions and cut them to ensure they fit, and even then, the tactile feel was nowhere near the original pads.

I am a core pc gamer now added this beast to my collection to play the amazing ps4 exclusive titles. Must say the titles and the way this thing renders the games is amazing. Easy to use. Plugin and you are ready to play your favourite titles.

Rubber pad won't last long.
Everything is fine with delivery side. Perfect match for DS4 V1 controllers. But one thing makes me sad always. The rubber pads won't last long. It will easily damage. I mean the same thing had happened when you were in the need of this product. It is my third time ordering this product via Amazon. These rubbers won't suit for fighting games like Tekken, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat etc.., I wish the rubber pads should be sustainable. Other than no problems. Thank You.

Excellent product. My controller button stopped working. Went to Sony service center for repair but they said there is no service for both console & controller, I was shocked, then I researched website bought this product. This product saved money from buying new controller.

I changed all of my ps4 controller's conductive rubber pad silicone buttons & conductive film when my ps button stoped working ! all buttons works fine again except R2 button ( which was worked fine before ) ! Sometimes it works sometimes don't . so 4 star from me .

Great product!
Received it 3 days prior to the expected delivery date! Fitted perfectly underneath the face buttons of my DS4 Controller, they are working as good as a new controller's buttons now!
