The main problem I have with this, however, is first when it came it arrived in a bag instead of a box. Second, the ps4 controller was horrible and the thumbsticks were terribly scuffed and the rubber was worn off even though it said it was "new". Third, everything came with it so not much to say about that but they came with rubber bands around them... But hey at least there was a lot of bubble wrap to protect it. Overall id say not too bad for the price I paid for it.

I left it in rest mode to download something. When I turned the ps4 back on, my external hard drive was corrupted and so I've lost all ganes I had installed and will not allow me to repair it. It also prevents me from formatting it. The hard drive was not touched at all, and so was not randomly disconnected. This PS4 has had numerous software and hardware problems since receiving it

Not very happy with this purchase. Every time I put a disk in the hard drive it sounds like its going to explode. Probably a rubbish hard drive.

What can I say... once you go PLayStation you never go back. I wish I went for the pro version to take advantage of my 4K TV etc but still the best console outta Sony and Microsoft. If you are over the age of 18 the PlayStation is the one as Xbox is for the younger whipper snappers umoung us

My son waited a long time to get one & by the look on his face he's pretty pleased. They'd not much I can say as anyone who's got these know they are quite amazing with the vibrant colours & effects. Overall pleased with purhase.

Great console haven’t had any issues using it. Still works after purchasing it 3 years ago. Only annoying thing about the PS4 is the console makes a really loud noise when playing games. Sounds like a airplane sometimes lol.

Had this product for 4 months, console works fine however the controller that came with the console has already deteriorated beyond use, it will almost constantly now register the R3 pulling up even when the controller isn't being touched
