I was looking for a camera that had a wider angle lens. This camera seemed to fit the bill. Larger than camera I am replacing. But that is ok. Had to purchase memory card. But that again was ok. Earlier cameras I purchased came with a memory stick. With very low capacity. Was pleased with what the cost was on a 32gm for less than $50. The 16 mb for older camera cost me more than $50 10 years ago. I am still in the learning mode of how to operate this camera. Liked the flash setup. Just had problems putting camera in correct mode to operate. All I need to find now is a nice case to carry camera while traveling.

Pictures look great HD video is great. Camera settings and modes all work great. The 3D setting is confusing. Not sure what it does but oh well. Great camera easy to use and can't go wrong with that color.

Takes great pictures and is easy to use. Received plenty of compliments from people who have tested it out. Great investment.

I bought this camera right before we went to the beach last week. I'm still learning but my initial impression is poor photo (very dull) quality without editing each picture. The 30x optical zoom does seem to perform ok.

I love this camera it does everything I expected it to do. Took it on a trip to Washington DC and pictures came out great.

Needed a compact camera with a long zoom to shoot the grandkids events, but didn't want to give up quality, full HD, or any of the features of more expensive cameras. This camera has everything at a very affordable price. Takes great pictures and video, and I just can't believe the quality and features for the price. I could be more pleased.

Really nice Camera... the only thing I don't like is the fact that uses AA batteries. Other than that it is a great product. Pictures are really neet...love it!!!

Saw this camera in Sam's club, took few pictures close and far and as people passed by, the pictures were so clear, this is what I had been looking for a sharp clear picture from far away. Pulled up amazon to read the reviews and found it $65 dollars cheaper than Sam's, so I figured I could wait a few days and ordered it from amazon.

Using of the cam is also easy. Even a child can operate this beautiful machine. Battery life is also good. No need to recharge even after a full day of photography. Videos are amazing too. I haven't seen any other digital camera with 1080p in this price range.

easy to use...takes great pictures...love the zoom capability. I have recommended it to several friends. Also like the red color!

I do like this camera but there is a lot to learn about all it's capabilities etc and that will take some time. I used it once as a video and videoed our Pastor's sermon and that went very well. Looking forward to exploring more.

I expected it to have a better audio pickup. recorded sound not that good. Picture quality is very good. Takes very good pictures.

My husband is thrilled with the quality of pictures he is able to take with this camera. I tried to talk him into letting me have it but he said "no dice!" It is super quality and the pictures are crystal clear even in very low light.

Takes wonderful, sharp photos and the 30x lense is great, but I miss having an SLR viewfinder. This would simplify framing in low light conditions

Great value, 30x zoom works great, I love that I can use regular AA batteries.I wish it came with a SDHC card.

I've just received this camera Friday and I am already loving it. Great zoom! Good quality pictures and video. I still have a lot to learn before my daughter graduates. Gave it a four because it has no touch screen or flip screen but overall so far very good deal!!

We used this on June 5th for graduation and the pictures really came in close an looked really good. You gave me a June 6th arrival date and I got it on the 4th .Everything was packaged very nice.

Overall, the camera has performed very well. Very good quality on the photos, even on high zoom. The only issue is no though the lens view finder. In bright conditions it is hard to pick up the image.
