Simple and easy to use, and take great pictures. Best feature is you can take indoor pictures with out a flash.

I love this camera. The picture quality is great even zoomed all the way on something. The sound quality on videos is also really good, not distorted or muffled.

I like this camera because I have not adapted gracefully to the computer/digital age and the Coolpix L820 is simple enough for me to use.Having relied on an SLR for half a century, I'm accustomed to a viewfinder and may never fully adjust to the viewing screen in that role. But that's okay; 'not Nikon's fault.I have already recommended the L820 to others of my 75-and-over generation.

This camera takes great pictures and very easy to use. I recently took this camera on vacation to Washington, DC and it was a joy to operate. This camera is very kid friendly. My 11 year old son was able to use this camera with ease.

I had purchased this for vacation and it didn't work right out of the box. When we tried to take a pic the screen showed black with purple stripes across the display.I purchased a Sony at a local Best Buy, and all is well.However, Amazon has been wonderful!!

I am very happy with the camera. I needed to upgrade to get a better quality picture and this was just the ticket. It is easier to use than my older camera. Great zoom, easy menu, multiple shooting options.

I really just put batteries and a card in it yesterday . I haven't had time to use it, but the disc for operation instructions won't play. It will come on..

Bought it before I went to live in Spain for the summer and it's been incredible! Took wonderful and clear pictures. Only comment is that the lens cap keeps falling off.
