My 8 year old loves this game! It was originally purchased for my 3 year old but he just likes to watch his sister play it. I would recommend this to my friends.

my family doesn't play video games often as we are very busy with all the activities my kids are involved in, but since i bought this game, my kids rush home from their activity wanting 1 turn each with this game. The response of the kinect still is not perfect, but it is getting better each year. This game has the best response i have seen so far.

We got this for our grandchildren, and we were not disappointed! It is loads of fun, and the different worlds are the kids favorite characters. We played and played for hours and still didn't make a dent in all the things we could do. I highly recommend for ages 8 and up. Younger children have difficulty understanding what to do, but our 2nd grade grandson whips right through it!

This was a Christmas gift for the house, and added functionality to the X-Box. I don't use it too often because of migraines, but it's actually pretty cool. You don't need to have a wii-mote like the wii to use kinect. It senses your hands and goes from there. The pack comes with a game and 2 codes for other games. I think that it was a smart way for X-Box to improve functionality of their devices. Now if only they would improve their "live" system to recognize windows live passwords which work on the computer but are unrecognized on the xbox leaving people to be forced to reset their passwords in order to set up an xbox live account. I mean c'mon people, it's all microsoft. It shouldn't be hard for them to accept the same password. Other than that I have no real complaints, except that I had to pay an extra 20 bucks for a cheap clip to attach the kinect sensor to the top of your flat screen. To me that's a straight up rip off. That clip should be included with the kinect and not doing so is a blatant money grab from microsoft, as is forcing people to pay for xbox gold in order to use netflix etc. I'm just surprised that there hasn't been a class action lawsuit against microsoft yet for crippling the xbox by forcing people to pay for xbox live gold in order to access things like netflix which are paid for by subscription already.

The game is below average. If you have played the Disneyland game then this is just the Pixar version. The idea behind the game is good and if you would be able to use a controller it might be better. Kinects does not work well even for me a grown adult that has been gaming for 30 years not to mention for my 5 year old.

This Program is a real RUSH! I have Muscular Dystrophy and use these sets of games to exercise my muscles that are in pretty poor shape. It also gives me an amount of abilities in my legs and arms that I don't normally have without this exercising. I recommend it for all MD patients.

The kinect in and of itself is loads of fun but if you add fruit ninja and Gunstringer it is just that much better. We actually bought this product just for those two games. Kinect Adventures is very repetitive and gets old fast but for kids it is an awesome game. I would suggest this package deal to anybody. The Fruit Ninja alone makes it worth its money. But what it doesn't tell you is Fruit Ninja and Gunstringer are downloads so you're going to need at least 5 GB of free space on your memory

My kids (under age 8) love this game. It really gets them moving and jumping around, and they know and love these character. I don't have to help them too much with it. The "during game" directions are really helpful to the players.

I bought this for my six year old grandson's birthday, and he and his older brother love it! They will spend hours going through each of the new adventures and never had any problems understanding how the game worked. Great buy, and pretty good exercise, too!

I bought this Xbox Kinect bundle for my lady because it came with the token code for Gunstringer, which comes with Fruit Ninja. Both are great but Gunstringer takes the cake. Easy to pick up and the story had me almost in tears from laughter before gameplay even started. The Kinect is fun, just stay away from the gimmicky minigame only style games that pop up, especially on the arcade. Always try a demo if possible.

I bought the xBox and Kinect about a month ago, with the intention of getting a few of the workout "games." I really need to get active and back in shape and I hadn't been happy with the exercise options from the Wii. It took me a little while to get used to the controls, to the point where I was considering returning it. However, I got a tutorial from a 6-year old, and now I'm using it like a 6-year old pro. So for those of you like me, who aren't really console video gamers, have patience and/or get a kid to show you the ropes. Once I got the hang of it, it is exactly what I expected - a great, fun way to get me off the couch and moving.I haven't purchased a "real" workout game. The Dance Central games, Wipeout In The Zone, and Kinect Sports have been enough for me so far. Of course it's been almost a year since I seriously exercised, so it doesn't take much right now to get me winded. I'll edit this in a few months to let you know how those games work after a few months of playing them.I would recommend the Kinect stand for those with limited playing space. It allows you to have more room without moving as much furniture, if your living room (or whatever room it's in) is small and, like me, you have your tv, coffee table, and couch taking up most of the space. I just swivel my tv and put the sensor perpendicular to the tv and couch. Plenty of room then.
