The kinect for the Xbox 360 is tons and tons of fun for the family and friends. It's great we become the controller with our body movements. I'd have to say the games that come with the 2012 holiday bundle are great except for "The Gunstringer"( I'm not too into wester stuff in video games). Fruit Ninja is a very, very fun game just like on the iPhone and most smartphones you just swip your fingers, thumbs what have you its a whole lot of more fun waving your arms as you chop fruit. The Kinect Adventures is all so a really great game, so many activities to do its just a ton of fun.

The kinect in and of itself is loads of fun but if you add fruit ninja and Gunstringer it is just that much better. We actually bought this product just for those two games. Kinect Adventures is very repetitive and gets old fast but for kids it is an awesome game. I would suggest this package deal to anybody. The Fruit Ninja alone makes it worth its money. But what it doesn't tell you is Fruit Ninja and Gunstringer are downloads so you're going to need at least 5 GB of free space on your memory.

We were trying the kinect adventure CD when we opened then it just stopped working checked the CD and it has a big scratch at the middle. can't play it again. wasn't able to return it because we also purchase other kinect CDs which my family is enjoying. I hope I could just return the kinect CD and amazon can change it with a new one since it broken since day 1. The sensor works well though. The whole family enjoys playing with it. Do you guys have this option of just exchanging the CD? can't find any answer in your FAQs. btw, the shipment was fast so kudos for that!:)

I bought this for my grandson's birthday, he was 10. And he loves it!!! Good old fashion clean fun that he plays with his cousins!

I'm a last minute shopper and I decided to purchase this for my 9yr old son for Christmas the week before Christmas. Got a better deal than the store even with my 1 day shipping fee! It works great and it is used on a daily basis. The gunstring game is pretty lame , but im loving the fruit ninja and kinect adventures. I just wish amazon would come up with an option to buy an extended warranty. Maybe there is and I just don't know :) overall I am 100% satisfied with this product.

Yeah, ask me how much I'm lovin this now! Christmas AM, just bough a BUNCH of new games ... And now I have two crying kids and a "perturbed" husband ... Did I mention there is NO support online or anywhere else for the error code (c000009c) we received a mere 15 minutes after starting POWER UP HEROES ... Used to love this system ... But now it has turned out to be just another piece of over-priced cr@pMerry Christmas Microsoft !!! Which is why virtually every piece of computer equipment I own for home and office is APPLE!Xbox 360 4GB Console with KinectPowerUP Heroes

I love this thing! Very intuitive and responsive! Got one for my brother last year for Christmas but I loved it so much I had to ask for one this year for Christmas too. Tracks your every move and now with the new X-Box dashboard, I use the Kinect for EVERYTHING! You tell the XBox what to do and it does it. Don't feel like using your controller or only have 1 to use? You could do most things with your voice or the swipe/push of your hands! It's almost like having a touchscreen TV! The best thing of all...I could use my original XBOX 360 with this and not have to upgrade (yet)! Highly recommended!

I really enjoy the kinect! The voice commands are super snazzy, and make me want to set up a voice control system for my other devices haha. Past that, it works well in my smallish apartment, I have just enough room to get into the "good" area for Kinect Adventures, and the tracking is pretty cool. Works better on top than underneath my tv, but my tv is maybe only 6 feet above the ground, and the manual said that that was the minimum. My favorite part is the voice commands though!

The kinect sensor could not process an update to work with the xbox. Spent 2.5 hours on the phone with xbox support who were supposedly unaware of the issue. Later research on the internet indicated that is not the case (xbox forums telling others with same error code to have kinects serviced at owners' expense). I am unhappy with the Kinect and with Xbox's response, however, Amazon's response was outstanding. While I am still waiting for Xbox's return phone call for my "escalated service issue", Amazon already has shipped a replacement.

Kinect Sensor with Kinect Adventures and Gunstringer Token CodeThe product came quickly in an unopened box. It included everything that it was supposed to and I have no complaints! It is a very fun game and is also good exercise! Just make sure you have enough space to move around furniture in your living room as it requires a certain amount of space to use.

I was hesitating to buy Kinect because of all kinds of positive and negative reviews, also our gaming room's size is another big concern. But what a surprise when we bought it and tried it out, it's way beyound our expectation! It's working just fun, easy to setup, easy to use, and I can asure you the room size is NOT a problem as long as you have 5~6 feet between the sensor and your standing position, just make sure you turn all your light on and it will do the trick!

I'm probably just preaching to the choir here, but I'll still say this - Kinect is the best motion sensing platform out there right now. I've experienced both the Wii and the PS3 move and while they're both pretty good, the Kinect is in a league of its own. Out of all 3, this probably has the most accurate motion sensing capability. And they have a wide range of games for the kinect, everything from fitness-focused ones for adults to kinect adventures, etc. for kids. Overall, great fun for the family and a great deal for the price here.

I bought this game for my 5 and 8 yr old, and they love it. They play it after school for hours. It is so cute how it turns them into a rat, or a car! They love that aspect of the game. Im very happy with it.

I was contemplating buying a kinect for a long time since I've already got the playstation move. But I decided I need to lose some weight and I hate going to gyms so I picked bought this off amazon and your shape fitness evolved 2012 and I've loved every moment of the kinect. I was pretty stoked for fruit ninja which I have on my phone and Ipod and couldn't wait to play it on my 42" tv. The kinect is by far my new favorite video game addition and hopefully there are a lot more good games that come out for it.

Have seen related videos hundreds of times before purchasing the kinect... but the experience was still unbelievable.Moreover, I bought this during Thanksgiving, so get a very great deal.

I thought this was a great deal, Walmart lost a sale because they refused to match this price. My family enjoys this and we love playing together and have fun and lots of laughter. I love the movement aspect of it. Helps get your "couch potatoes" up and moving!!! Get it and have FUN FUN FUN

I had the Kinect for a little over a year and we used it about once a week for an hour. Not a ton of use. A week ago it stopped working and gave an error message and a red light. When I contacted Microsoft they essentially told me that i should have bought the extended warranty and fixing it will cost as much as buying a new one. Junk,

Great system and great games for the whole family. We played the kinect at Christmas and the whole family had a wonderful time. This was purchased a few days before Christmas and Amazon got it there just in time. It was a great price and with free delivery! You couldn't beat the price even at the local game store. I would have paid $20 more in a big box store a few days before Christmas even with the on sale. Overall great purchase!!

Got this for my son for a Christmas gift. I play it just as much as he does. And its a great workout!! You really sweat and have so much fun! Great buy! I've recommended this to lots of people and would recommend it to anyone considering it.

Got this for my younger brother when it was on sale for $99. Turns out the entire family loves using Kinect. Even my old man was getting in on the action!If its ever on sale again, I'll definitely pick up another one for myself.

I held off on getting a kinect for a year because it seems kind of stupid.. but I'm so glad I got it. It doesn't feel gimicky like the Wii does to me; it just feels natural.My space is kind of tight and I was panicked that it wouldn't work- but it does! It works amazingly! I even keep my house rather dimly lit with lamps and it still has no problems.Now I can't wait to see if devs can make some core games that effectively use this tech; not that the casual games aren't fun, though.

It's actually pretty amazing to watch the Kinect track your hands while your in front of it. I think so far the funniest part was when my wife was a little freaked out when I first powered it up and the camera moved on it's own. Fruit Ninja is satisfyingly exhausting and the adventure game is alot of fun. I havent gotten a chance to play gunstringer yet but I'm looking forward to it, not I just need more room, that suggested 6 feet is pretty spot on...

I am so happy with the Xbox Kinect!!! Not very smart when it comes to technology, but it is a game all 3 of my kids can play- ages 3,5,and 7. It also keeps them more active while still allowing them to play games. During the winter time, it gets 40-50 below zero here, and the Kinect will help to relieve cabin fever! :)The most important thing that I am happy with, is that Amazon said it would take 2 weeks to get to my mail box, it took 8 days!!! That's hard to do in Alaska!!!
