I can't imagine getting a better webcam for the price (at the time). The C920 has since been released and that looks like a great webcam, but I certainly love my C910. Set-up consisted of plugging it in and that was it. It works with every program I throw at it and it didn't have a single issue when I upgraded my desktop to Windows 8. The picture is great and I've gotten quite a few compliments on the sound quality of the microphone.

I use this on my mac for FaceTime connected to a 42" led television the picture is magnificent and the sound is clear excellent for communicating with love ones far away and allowing everyone to see everyone else

Works perfect just plu in and set mic to logitech, and you are set. Facetime, skype, great video and sound from across the room (13ft) even in low light

I never used one of these before and didn't think it would be a big deal but the quality on this unit is quite good. I'm not disappointed and you won't be either.

I have been using this camera for the last year and purchased for a great price on Amazon. I cannot be happier with its performance. 1080p HD video recording is perfect and video/audio quality in Skype sessions is great. The only flaw...not that it matters much, is the software that comes with the camera could use a major update.

Best webcam ever owned, period. I own two of these Logitech HD Pro webcam but was really confused to either go for C920 or C910. But since I've tried C910 I liked the video quality better because C920 has Film grain is very apparent on C920. Out of comparison in between these two models C910 is far better in noise cancellation, better video quality. There is a 30 dollars difference in C910 vs C920. C920 is listed cheaper on Amazon.

The best camera for Skype. My son originally recommended this camera to me. We needed a good quality camera to Skype our grandchildren over the winter while we're at our winter home. This is the best

Not much to say. Works fine on Win7 machine. We don't use the included software at all. Just installed the drivers and operate the camera with Google+ "hangouts" in Chrome.

Great Webcam! I have been using it for a few months now and it's just perfect. Follows my movement and has excellent video feedback. I normally use this cam for skyping. The reason I have to give this product though a 4/5 is because it keeps slipping off my computer when I place it up top, so i have to place a little bit of tape to keep it from slipping. I would recommend you buy the new user of this product just because of this problem.Overall Rate: 4/5Pros: Great video quality, follows movement, quick/ fast installation, works on macs/pcsCons: Slips when placed on top of a laptop,I would highly recommend you buy the newer version of this product. It's the same thing however they fixed they slipping part of the webcam!

This makes good videos and is fairly easy to use. The audio doesn't seem to play too well with my computer--seems to over ride my main computer audio settings and then use a different audio control system which is partially separate and partially connected to my main computer audio system.

Good quality picture and video.Works fine with Skype, Windows and Linux environment (I use 64bit both).Wouldn't be nice if Logitech delivers it with a little tripod or a clip so it is easier to hang it on objects other than monitors?Overall good product

This webcam is a great for low light conditions. Image is clear at standstill but even with motion detection on, get blurry upon movement. 1080p video recording is better than the 720p video on Skype but video is still pix-elated because my laptop is only a dual core 2.1 AMD processor. It probably does 1080p on a processor with correct recommendations. Skype worked ok with the camera but the Logitech HD Vid software worked much better as expected. The stereo mic on this is MUCH better than the laptops internal mic. That is a HUGE plus for Skype. My sister had to hook up speakers to here me because you have to configure the software to use the Camera's mic instead. Once I did that, she unhooked the speakers and could hear me loud and clear. The only issue is that my sister's HD camera wasn't working to great sending me the video on Logitech HD Vid software because she was running it on a single core 2.2 ghz processor. Both her and my camera need at least 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo2 GB RAM to work at full HD. Great webcam for Logitech HD Vid and Skype but if you want camera to work to its potential, you will need a dual core 2.4 GHz Intel processor or higher on both ends. Gave 5 stars because it my laptop is 2.1 dual core and that is not the products fault. Big plus is that the software included is not like HP and bloated.

Everything fine on Windows 7 x 32. When I changed to Windows 7 x 64, nothing but problems with the Logitech software. Using the Logitech software, I was unable to capture to the hard disk. After researching online, I found it was a common problem with WIN7x64. I tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling the latest with the same results. The logitech software is also hideously unfriendly. When you navigate the screens, you may likely find your desired feature buried under some obtuse menu. I give the hardware a 5, but the software fails miserably, and I have owned Logitech products over the years with pretty much the same results. Skype works just fine (hint, hint, Logitech?)Jan 2013 Update:Try the free YAWCAM software if you want to use it as a web cam.

I have a Mac Pro and really just wanted the iSight camera that they stopped making years ago. It had great 30fps video, autofocus, and a mic that magically picked up voice without room echo and miscellaneous sounds. The iSight built into iMacs and Apple monitors is great, and the tiny mic somehow ends up being pretty good. Since I bought the Mac Pro with non-Apple displays, I've been looking for the perfect web cam. I researched this one pretty hard, and am relieved to have found the C910.The video is truly 30fps, and even does well in crappy light. The audio picks up a bit too much background (adjusting in chair, overhead fan, slight room echo), but I could improve the room to dampen ambient sounds -- I don't know that it's the webcam's fault. I'm reasonably sure (haven't tried side-by-side) that the video is of better quality and resolution than Apple's current iSight cameras.I'm running OSX Lion 10.7.2 and am technically aware/adept/not-unconscious. I was frustrated reading conflicted (and some plain stupid) reviews by Mac users, so let me clear a few things up as of this posting date:- video, audio (Unknown Audio Device), and autofocus all work without drivers- Logitech's (optional, downloadable) software gets widescreen and 1080p- most native Mac apps will only give you a 4:3 aspect ratio with the camera, which is only a limitation if that matters to you- video looks/works great with Skype, FaceTime, etc. (probably in 720p, but I've been so thrilled to have a sharp, 30fps image I don't care about much else)- the blue lights that come on aren't annoyingly bright to me, and they fade in and out which is kind of sexy- the lovely video definitely takes processor overhead; this isn't an issue for the 8-core Mac Pro, but should be a consideration for laptop users and grandparents

This webcam seems to be quality made. I purchased it to go with my Mac Mini.The video quality if crystal clear and I love the light optimization for when the room is someone darker at night. It works beautifully with my Mac and I have not had any compatibility issues for the couple of months that I have had it.My biggest use of this webcam is for surveillance of my apartment when I am not home. It is a wide angle webcam so it captures are larger area for surveillance purposes.**Pros**- Crystal clear video- Great audio- Well crafted- Light optimization**Cons**- None so far

It's pretty hard to find a good product overall, but this is one of the rare ones. The Logitech HD Pro Webcam C910 it's pretty expensive but it does work as advertised.Pros: Good picture quality, quality parts, still works the same after two years.Cons: The microphone definitely needs improvement. For some reason I can't figure out a way to lock the camera picture in "Wide screen mode"; it keeps toggling back and forth between 4:3 and 16:9 by itself - while on a call.I like the "follow my face" feature in Skype (but you have to give up 16:9 format).I am so satisfied with this product that I purchased two more of the same exact model; one for my other pc and one for a relative oversees. They perform just as good.[...]

All my friends are super jealous of my awesome webcam. I had one friend joke about being able to see my hair grow. Lame i know but its a good camera.Only con ive noticed is it gets a little warm but nothing to worrisome

I used to have the C525, but after my cat destroyed it I decided to purchase this one. I love it!! It works so much better and for the prize it delivers more than expected. This has just ensured my trust on Logitech products, and I refused to buy any other brand.
