So Skype allows for 720p calls and this was the cheapest HD webcam that I could find. It clips nicely on my LCD screen and the sound is really good. Works as advertised offering a significant image improvement over stock webcams.The software controls aren't intuitively laid out and color picture quality controls are poor. Regardless the image clarity is very good.

When i got the package, i noticed that the seal was tampered. the original seal was broken but it was overlayed with a new one in order not to appear obvious. Just a minor disappointment from amazon.

Best web cam i've ever used, lots of pointlessly fun features. The GF can see me in HD thanks to my overpriced comcast internet. Be sure you have at least 1 mb of upload bandwidth before getting it, or you cant do HD.

Freezes For A Bit When Going Fullscreen On Yahoo Messenger's Video Chat, But I Suppose Its Because I Don't Have A Duo Drive(Gonna get Me More RAM![and Add a Hardrive]). Other than that, i'm very satisfied for the accuracy of this product

The WebCam works Great, once you figured out a way to mount it.Would have given 4 - 4.5.The mounting/attaching doesn't work well or attach to Large WideScreenmonitor frames. I had to create my own method.

I'm no expert on webcams but for the price I think this is a good one. I don't really like the base but it is fairly functional. I love the motion detect feature in the software that films when it detects motion. The picture quality is good and there is a good set of options.

I purchased two of these for gifts. The quality is excellent! The picture is so clear! The audio is also excellent! I highly recommend this product! The delivery service was also excellent! We use these with the Skype program, and it works great! Also the set up was super easy!

This product came as described and I could not ask for a better deal. The video quality is excellent (especially for the price) and the installation was quick and easy. I would definitely recommended this webcam to anyone who wants to video chat with relatives or friends. My only complaint is that the cord connecting it to the computer is short, too short for me anyway. I have to really stretch it to reach my PC's USB port but other than that this webcam rocks!

I previously stepped up from the logitech pro. I thought it might be a tremendous leap but it was not. The video conferencing capability is just not there yet. I tried the Skype HD 5.0 beta and the picture performance and resolution was not what I was hoping for. I also tried the logitech's VC client and still quite not there. My upload speeds are 10 Mbps upstream, so I am sure the bottle neck is not there for the poor video. This is already 2010, come on Logitech! You acquired LifeSize which does excellent video conference granted it has it's own table top processor.For standalone recording it does a decent job, but that is not why you purchase a webcam.

This is a great camera. the image is wonderful and the flexability of the design allows me to use it in many use casesThe software has a really ugly and nearly unusable design but i wouldnt let it hold me back from getting or using the camera as it can still be used with other software.

Very satisfied with this product. It has a small foot print and great optics. I added a strip of Velcro to the base so I can attach it to different locations. Good selection of software comes with the camera.

Pictures taken are clear and good quality. Does not have a dozen bells and whistles which I do not need or want. I like the video quality also. Good for quick messages to loved ones far away.

This was a gift from far far away.It was easy to install and the pic quality is great. We use it for skype and are very pleased.I enjoy the gifting via Amazon and this product hit the spot.

I purchased this camera in August to do some face to face calls with family and friends across the country. It was everything I needed/wanted and for under $40. Easy to set up and get started. There are more options and features that I could use, but that was not the purpose so have not explored them. Great pictures and sound, easy to set up. It's a keeper!

I've only had one other webcam before this one and that was one was quite old and lagged a lot. When I set up this Logitech webcam, I was pleasantly surprised by the clarity of the picture. The picture is clear no matter what time of day or what kind of light.The set-up is really easy as well. Just hook the camera up, set it where you want to go, put in the cd that comes with the camera and follow the easy as pie directions. Then you are all set and ready to go. I haven't attempted loading a video to Facebook or Youtube yet but with the 1-Click upload option, I have a feeling it will be really easy to do.I would definitely recommend the Logitech cam to anyone who is looking for a new webcam.

This was a gift for my sister, and she loves the web camera!! The quality is good and she is happy. I had a gift certificate from Amazon, camera has the lowest price so I paid almost nothing and I got a good web camera.

I found this webcam a delight to install and use. I really appreciate the builtin microphone and lighting. It really is plug-and-play. I was really glad to 'dump' my old separate microphone and webcam.

Installs in 5 minutes, download the drivers from Logitech's website. The picture quality is excellent and the built in microphone works very well. On Skype the frame rate and clear picture makes it much more like "being there". Really glad we bought this. A steal at twice the price!

Works great...fantastic lens. Once I got the volume turned up on my Emachine, the mike in this webcam did a pretty good job.I was able to upload a video of my organ playing to FaceBook the same day it arrived. Of course the bass notes did not record very well, but that can be expected...; nevertheless, this great webcam still gets 5 stars..!

Length:: 0:24 MinsThis little webcam has proven to be a very good value for its price. Its focus and light correction are good and its video and quality are quite reasonable. I've used it on several different computers, from a five-year-old XP laptop to a recent Vista desktop platform and have had no problems. The software is simple but the camera adapts readily to other software: I've noticed no problems with Skype and indeed it's very useful on that.I'm familiar with the Logitech line; I already have a Logitech Pro 9000. Frankly, this C310 webcam gives fairly similar results at a much lesser price.Highly recommend for those looking for an inexpensive but capable little webcam, especially those starting out.

Good image but hard to place or attach to monitors & screens,needs HD orientation 9:16 view, no special effects software.
