Great image quality! Love the feature where it zooms in on the subject automatically. Very small and easy to install also.Picture capture is also impressive.

My overall experience was excellent, but there are no perfections. The good: excellentimage quality -- clear, bright and decent-sized photos -- including for video calling. I havedone so with my girlfriend and she saw areas far beyond my location within my home. Microphonequality is good except if the computer speakers are too high, echo occurs. I also love the ease-of-use while taking photos. The bad: The lens is small, so I need to move to different positionsfor photos; I think buying this was overall a good idea, especially at the cost. I will highlyrecommend you buy this camera new; the price may be a lil higher, but paying more than for oneused was worth doing.

It is very easy to use. Once it is installed you don't have to worry about it any more. Goes on the top of any screen, including the "fatty" old fashioned ones. I haven't tried to do anything fancy with it, since I only use it for video calls. In this category the performance is very satisfying. Doesn't freeze, balances light well enough and the special effects are cool. I could do with a longer cable because my desktop is placed on the floor and the screen is on the top of the desk, which leaves the cable a bit too stretched. But I can see it would be just fine with a laptop. So far I am happy with this camera and I would recommend it for video call use.

Great little webcam for little money. Spotted it on a hook at Wallyworld for $38 on Dec 26th, 2012. Fluid motion, good light sensitivity. Mic could be a teeny bit better, or maybe internet voice transmission is lame. Eh, who cares at $28 for HD webcam that has a great picture.... Easy install, too.

I bought this webcam not knowing much about them. I'm glad I got the better quality one. Comparing mine to others, it definitly makes a difference. This one also has a feature to adjust it with the computer so you don't have to constantly reach up to manually adjust the camera. I would recommend for anyone to spend the money to buy the best camera you can.

While you can record video at 720p dimensions, the video quality looks more like 480p. I've recorded at both dimensions and the 720p videos look almost the same as the 480p videos. It's maybe slightly better. Now, I only record at 480p to save disk space.I still give it 4 stars because for the price, I like the cam. I had no problems setting it up and using the built-in software. It does get a bit slow when recording 720p vids for awhile in one session.Lastly, I personally disagree with the reviewer who said it wasn't truly widescreen. I can record myself sitting on one side of the screen, and I don't get any fisheye effect.

I must say that this little webcam is beyond my expectations. For the price you get excellent quality high definition videos and if you're video chatting, the individual on the receiving end may even hear a pin drop. Great product

I bought two of these so my wife and I could Skype during an upcoming 2-week road trip. They worked great! The one for the monitor at home is unobtrusive and will stay there. The other one will stay in my computer bag. It is nice and compact and easy to carry all the time. Very pleased with these!

Bought these for my daughter and myself when she moved out of state. Excellent! The sound quality is great and the picture is good. We use them quite a bit and they are great for when you're lonely to see that familiar face. Highly recommended!

Good quality, decent replonce, and a good microphone. Install is easy, especially if you have anything else logitec and your drivers are up to date, it will install and take care of the rest on its own.Picked up 3 for teleconferencing at the office.

I live in the UK and bought the C310 to replace an older camera which I thought was not too bad.How wrong was I! We, Grandad and Nan, use the camera with Skype to keep in contact with our son, his lovely wife and two beautiful little girls in South Carolina. We'd forgotten how beautiful until we bought a second camera for them from Media Liquidations for a very reasonable price and with very speedy delivery. When they began to use the new camera we were amazed at the quality of the pictures. I am useless with, amongst many things, technical stuff but it was so easy, even for me, to set up that mine was up and running very quickly. If you really want to see your distant loved ones as they really are and not as though you are viewing them through soup then you can do no better in my opinon than make them a gift of the Logitech C310

I bought this cam because a few people I know wanted me to get one. I use to have an old round ball logitech webcam that was lost or hiding somewhere and I know logitech has a good name for webcams. When I got the cam I didn't know what to expect, it was just in a platic bag with no directions. All I did was plug it in and to my surprise it did everything for me. The setup took less than 5 mins. I was very surprised about how clear and smooth this cam is. I also have a laptop and it I thought this thing isn't going to work becuz it has a weird latch on it, to my suprise again it worked perfectly, it doesn't move at all so you can set it up without having to keep touching it or fixing it. If you can get it for what i paid for $25-30 dollars, you really can't beat it!

I bought this from a 3rd party seller for like $17 used/open box so slight price bias. But this webcam has amazing quality for skype, put's everything else I've used to shame. I just plugged it in on Windows 7 and it automatically downloaded the driver and asked to install the still image software and the filter package. The filters are really neat yet simple: old western, weird stretch effects, invert colors, ect. It also asked to install logitech's own chat software, which I would suggest declining unless you know anyone that uses it. Fit's both on top of my laptop and 23" monitor, not super secure, but won't randomly fall off. Still images are acceptable, but don't expect to take any pictures of text or scenery, fine for a social networking site profile picture though. Highly recommend for video chat.

Not much to say besides amazing webcam. I have an asus laptop and the webcam on it is not up to par. However this inexpensive camera clips on perfectly to the laptop and it takes very impressive video for the price.

I got this so that the whole family, including 84-year-old grandparents, could talk to my daughter, who is in Australia, for Thanksgiving. It worked well, better picture than I expected. It is a good value, installed on my Windows 7 laptop without a hitch.

I dont have a camera included with my computer. So, I set out to buy something to help Skype with family out of state. It took a little time to install software/set up and I had a little trouble setting the microphone during installation. But, overall set up was easy and getting connected to Skype was not a problem. I purchased this camera while on sale so I think I got a pretty good deal.

The webcam works great out of the box with it's easy installation CD that was provided. Picture is crisp and clean for me to chat with family members via Live Chat.

Was really hoping for some spectacular high def footage, but instead it just looks good. No objections to that! But I was hoping to be surprised, and instead it's just pretty average.By all means though, for it's price? This is a great camera, and I'm thinking about buying a second. But will it blow you away? Not a chance.Definitely worth the money though if you don't have an HD webcam yet.
