If you are thinking of purchasing this headset, don't do it! Jabra is normally known for quality. I had a previous model and it finally broke, so I purchased this one, the BT2020. I used it for one week, on the road and threw it away. One my end of the conversation, everything was clear. To my listener, the quality was horrendous. I had numerous complaints and so I called my office and left a voice mail on the office phone and you know what, I could not understand my own message.If you are looking for an item, that does not work well, will irritate the people you talk to and want to toss money away, I would suggest that you purchase this, just don't call me on it.

Pro: My cell phone paired with the bluetooth right away. Sound is clear. Flexible ear adjust nicely to ear.Con: Reception of phone not great when the bluetooth is a few feet away from the phone.

Im a firm believer in you get what you pay for. This device does do the job, it connects to the phone, and its able to transfer. It takes some playing with in order for it to sit in the ear properly. But it was inexpensive, and when it is fully charged I am able to get it to work well. Overall I would buy it again, just not with such high expectations.

I wanted to have a headset that will work with all mobiles AND to Work On the PS3 ,, and u know what It DID , it workd great with my mobile(Nokia 6630) and yesterday i tried it with my PS3 With MGS4 the online game and it worked , becuase this headset Bluetooth V2 which can work with most the mobiles and the same V. of the PS3 bluetooth requierd (also if u noticed its exaclly the same one thats comes with WarHawk game)till now nothing bad came out from it only that it kinda discomfrenting the ears which r commen with most of the headsets .I recommend ths headset for everyone Mobiles and Ps3 online Gaming (My MGO ID is NAWAF)

I have only used for a couple of days. My application is with a Samsung A640 phone.In the car, I simply had to turn the volume up two steps to overcome the ambient noise. The audio quality seemed equivalent to my phone. With the headset in my right ear, I tried positioning the phone in my left pants pocket, my shirt pocket, and the center console. There was no perceived degradation in the quality of the signal.At home, I pushed the distance limits a bit more. While charging my phone, I walked to different parts of the house. Sound quality was acceptable until I was about 20 feet away with a wall in-between. I never lost the signal, but it crackled a bit.My previous headset was a wired Jabra with the ear gels. While Jabra does not advertise such, I found that the ear gel fits reasonably well onto the BT2010 earpiece. I liked using the ear gel better than the over-the-ear clip. Your head may vary. I wore the headset this way for over 6 hours, which is probably the limit for my comfort.This a very light-weight, simple, inexpensive, and effective solution for somebody that just wants to turn it on and go. A single charge lasted for over 6 hours of talk time, plus some standby time, before indicating that it was low.The charger connector has the shape of a USB "B" (smaller) connector. I have not confirmed if it would take a charge by connecting to a PC, though.

This is my first Bluetooth. For the money I think it serves its purpose, however I find the item difficult to stay on my ear and I wish the volume went a little higher.

I think that this is a great product. I was so amazed at how small this earpiece is and often had to remind myself to check to see if it was still there. The clarity for my experience has been great. I hear others very well and vice-versa. The only problem I have with this earpiece is that the rubber piece that fits over the ear is not a truly secure fit. The rubber part flex and bends a little to easy not giving a firm hold on the ear which always seem to loosen up. If I had it my way I would have design this ear piece with more firmer rubber or whatever the wire is underneath to be a little less flexible and able to grip and hold a little better, but overall not a bad ear piece for the price. ($ 28.00 shipping and handling included.)

Value: The price on this headset is great. I got it for $30 but its price is rapidly dropping on Amazon as well as their marketplace sellers.Comfort: The headset is comfortable for a few minutes, but extended use is a bit irritating. It fits my ear but is by no means one-size-fits-all. The plastic hook is bendable, though, so it's as accommodating as can be expected.Earpiece: Sound quality is good as long as you're within a meter of the phone. However, in a car, road noise makes the headset difficult to hear even on the highest volume setting. Turning up the volume also worsens the echo problem, see below.Microphone: Like all microphones on headsets like this, it is very sensitive. It picks up anything near you very well, including other people. Use in crowded rooms is not recommended. In addition, with the earpiece volume turned up high, callers often complained of echoing, though I could not hear any myself.Reception: When further away than one meter, or when there are objects (such as a wall) in the way, static becomes a MAJOR issue. Sometimes there's static even right next to the phone, but this is rare.Features: Not many to speak of. Pairing was simple and the single button interacts with the voice dialing feature on my phone (though I should note that the feature does not work unless I speak very loudly, which makes it impossible to use in public). However, misplaced button presses will call back the last person called on my phone, which makes storing the headset in a pocket while turned on a bad idea.Overall, I'm going to stick with the headset but I can't whole-heartedly recommend it to others due to its various problems.

This was my first bluetooth headset and after using it for a week I was very disappointed. The phone I used it with is a brand new LG Venus.It's major flaws was the lack of volume and the speaker clairity. In a quite room you the volume is ok, but in a car or noisy room the thing is worthless. It's too quite to be of any use. My other gripe was with the sound quality. It's subpar at best. The sound was fuzzy and unclear even with my phone on my desk two feet away. On full volume the sound also became some what distorted.Overall I wouldn't recommend this unit to any one. I did return it and purchased a Plantronics explore 330. This thing at half volume is louder and clearer than the bt125. For $20 330 is hard to beat.

It is a good one but the ring of contact between the gel piece and the eye piece is a little flimsy. I broken the one I bought 8 months ago and disappointed that this current one has exactly the same design.

I bought the Jabra BT5010 because it seemed to offer Bluetooth 2.0 at a reasonable price (better than almost all other 2.0 headsets out there). After charging the device up and pairing it with my Blackberry Pearl, I attempted to make three phone calls using the headset. On each of the three phone calls, the person on the other end told me that they could not hear me. I continued to try, but each time they told me that they could only hear parts of what I was saying. Buy another headset.

Wow! I was surprised when I read the reviews on this product. It is DEFINITELY made for people with smaller ears! Other bulkier ear pieces have not fir very well but this one fits GREAT! Also, I noticed alot of first time users that were rating this product..I HAVED used both WIRED earpeices and now bluetooth. This one is MUCH BETTER than most about not picking up backround noise but when it DOES get to be a little much, simply turn DOWN the volume a little on your PHONE not on the blooth tooth. Using that adjustment may give you a little better fine tuning for the device. ALSO, many phones include a feature that allows the mic to ignore heavy backround noise. I am an alltel user and many of my phones have had this feature. The batter has been GREAT TOO! I have owned this blue tooth device for over a year now, AND LOVE IT!!!

I purchased this headset for my PS3, I have a motorola H500 and constantly had problems connecting and staying connected. Now that I have the Jabra I havent had any problems, it was easy to register on the ps3, works great, if you do get a disconnect just push the button and it re-connects while in game! unlike the junk motorola. It is not as comfortable as the motorola, but it works 100 times better. If you have a ps3 I would reccomend this HS over any others, its cheap and works great.If you purchase Warhawk this headset comes with the game, I found the game on sale for $45..so it was a no brainer

I previously owned the Jabra BT500, and this BT2020 doesn't come close. This earpiece is smaller, which is a plus the buttons are harder to push, the volume is hard to adjust and the clarity is for the birds! I spend most conversations saying,"Huh,what, Can u repeat that?" When it does half way work it does ok, but the bad just out ways the good. I purchased one for my boyfriend and he can't stand it either. I would not reccommend this product try the BT500 it's a lot more RELIABLE!

I picked this up because it was very cheap, less than lunch. Sound quality was good but the volume was low. It doesn't have an ear bud, it has a large round piece that rests just barely in your ear. I purchased 2 and the case cracked on both within 4 months. Jabra was going to replace them, but it wasn't worth the shipping.

Voice quality for receiving and sending calls seems pretty good. The Jabra responds well to tapping it for an incoming call. The big problem I see is that it's always a challenge to get the sizing right to hook onto my ear and stay firm. Most every time I put it on I have to fiddle with it to get a good fit!

I bought the Jabra BT125 after I found out it works pretty much flawlessly with the Playstation 3, which it does. Pair it once and you are good to go. The sound quality is very decent and it is so lightweight and comfortable you will forget it's even there. (Just remember to take it out before you leave the house because you don't want to be "that guy"). Two snaps and a circle for the BT125!

I had previously purchased a Motorola H500 for over twice the price of this headset and to say the least, the Motorola did not deliver on ANYTHING even though it was the headset advertised by Walmart as being the choice for use with the PS3. Needless to say after my horrible experience with that piece of crap I researched several headsets and this one seemed to work flawlessly for most people on the Playstation forums. I ran out to Best Buy and purchased one and I must say that I am rather impressed with the device. It paired immediately and keeps pairing even when you walk out of range. It immediately re-connects when you're back in range. This headset is plenty loud and you can hear others while playing online on the PS3 very well. I highly reccommend this headset to anyone looking for a good one to use with the PS3.

The ear hooks break, very easily. Don't leave it in a bag, pocket, glove compartment, or anywhere close contact with other objects. I've ended up having to buy a BT5010 and return it once to replace the ear hook. The joints on it are way too fragile and Jabra knows it. On their website there is a 5 pack of them for 5.99, which is a rip. So, finally my second ear hook broke and I called the company for advice. They immediately sent out some for me. At least they know.Oh, function. It works great for all sorts of applications ... cell phone, internet chat, and recording ... not a bad idea for the price. An inconvenience with the ear hook.

I purchased several months ago. I just love this device. In the past 2 weeks I have tried some other in the 80.00 price range, but this on works the best. It is plenty loud (I have hearing loss from fighting in Iraq), very comfortable to wear all day and never drops out on my iPhone.

This is a fairly small and affordable bluetooth headset. I have been using this for about 2 weeks and find it very comfortable. The sound is clear on both sides. I am an active user of my phone and the charge on this headset lasts a full day for me. It re-charges pretty fast also(about 90mins.)I also like this headset also because it just sits outside the ear canal and doesn't go into it. I have a doctor wife who tells me not to have something continuosly inside the ear.I would recommend this headset to all my friends.

Hopefully this was just a bad unit, as this product performed VERY poorly. Instead of the standard 30 ft range for bluetooth devices, this unit had poor reception and distorted sound at even 5 ft. I literally had to hold my cell phone close to my ear for good reception, even after multiple "pairing" sessions. It was however, the most comfortable wearing headset I have ever tried.

I purchased this headset not to long ago from Bestbuy, because i just needed something to use for my PS3, i bought it by itself cause i really didn`t wanna buy a game(Warhawk) which i wasn`t even gonna play. The setup was pretty easy and the voice quality was clear, simple to operate and it has adequate features, the only regret i have is I paid alot more from Bestbuy($40) instead of just buying it here from Amazon($25). I recommend this product but do a little bit of reaserch because you can find better deals somewhere else rather than just rushing to your local Bestbuy, Circuit City or Radio Shack cause you could end up paying alot more like i did.

The Jabra BT125 is a pretty good headset but the damn thing blinks all the time and drives me crazy. The blinking is distracting to everyone around me and very distracting to me when it is dark (rooms or nights). That blue light bounces off of everything. I look like some kind of a lighthouse. Who ever thought that it has to blink, for whatever reason they had for the blinking blink, they obviously didn't think that I would have pull it off to check it(at least in the light). Other than that it works OK.

Paid a great price of $20 for a small, light, comfortable, headset that runs for a looooong time on a charge. It stays put and is comfortable. My first BT headset and didn't want to spend a bunch.Sound quality on calls has been high for me with the minor exception of a slight pulsing of the audio volume- it is always audible but there is a constant fluctuation. On the other hand, virtually all of the people on the other end of the call report an echo when they speak to me.

Searching for the perfect Bluetooth headset is akin, I think to some people, the search for the Holy Grail. I don't believe there is ever going to be a Bluetooth headset that is "perfect". It will be, and should be, the "right fit" for the person using.Pros:* Sound quality. Now I can hear and those I'm speaking to can hear.* Speech clarity. Quality with a Samsung Synce is excellent.* Sensitive microphone. Be careful what you say or do because the people on the other side will hear it. I'm just saying.* Size. It is tiny. But I've also got a big head so most look tiny to me.* Price ($33 from Amazon as of this review).* Adjustable. The ear hook is party bendable allowing customization to your ear.Cons:* Sensitive microphone. See above. Picks up road noise in the car especially if your car is loud (not really the fault of the headset but worth mentioning).* Size (again I've got big ears and haven't quite got it right).* Cheap feel.While I haven't found my Holy Grail Bluetooth I have definitely stepped in the right direction ahead of my previous Motorola H500 both in clarity and quality. For the price above you'll be hard pressed to find a Bluetooth solution that has the sound quality and size for the price.

The voice quality and noise filtering on this little headset were mediocre, but the price and small size were certainly right. Overall a good starter headset.That said - I'm blown away by the resilience of this thing.Accidentally ran it through the washer and dryer - full settings. And it still works. Not sure about the battery life as it seemed to fully charge too quickly. But it pairs, and the audio works just as well before the cleaning.I wouldn't recommend the spin cycle for your headset - but I think this does say something for the quality of the product.

i bought this after i saw how many people use it for ps3. its pretty good and works with bluetooth phones but after i play call of duty 4 for more than like 1 hour i have to switch to the ohter ear because it starts to irritate but its great quality wise and charges quick.

This product doesn't cost much and isn't worth much. Sound quality is not very good,the sound cuts sometimes. Comfort wise it's fine for me. But for the price i paid( 23$) i can't really complain.

I bought this yesterday @ Staples. I love this little headset. It works great for recording videos with PhotoBooth or making phone calls with Skype, it easily pairs with your Mac. I give it 5 out of 5.

It's not a high end BT headset... but that isn't what I paid for. I did alot of research (mainly focusing on BT 2.0 headsets) and found this to be the cheapest one. Battery life is a little less than my old Moto headsets but it's alot lighter. Comfortability... it lacks to say the least. I'm using it to play online games and it starts to hurt my ear after an hour or so. It is fully ajustable so I was a little surprised. The volume is kinda hard to adjust but I set it within the PS3 so I don't ever have to mess with the volume.

The Jabra BT 125 is a great earpiece. I tried several bluetooth headset but this one is the best so far. It's light, not big, not small, just the right size. It works great and could stay fit in your ears the whole day. Once charged, you can use it for 2 days. I would strongly recommend buying this Jabra BT 125.

I could not hear the person, and they said I was very static sounding. I used this in my office and it was fine, but once I tried it in my car it was horrible. The only good thing was that it fits comfortably on small ears. I would get it if you only needed it for indoors. But I'm positive I had the volume as high as it would go on the phone and the headset, but it's too cheap to work in the car (windows up, radio off and everything).

I had hoped to get a deal, a good headset for around $30. Jabra's description of it on their sight looks good but it had trouble communicating with my phone. It continually dropped words unless I held the phone no more than six inches away from the headset while I was using it. Kind of defeats the point. would be a great headset if the bluetooth reception was not so abysmal.

This headseat works great with my PS3. My previous one had problems staying connected, but the BT125 automatically connects with the system when both are turned on. Audio, receiving and sending, is clear and I've had no problems with others understanding what I say.

Great sound. Great Battery life. Hard to fit to ear. When I get it just so and it doesn't feel loose, it clamps my ear too tightly. Comfort poor but quality great. I do find that the tiny little button to turn off and on is awkward to use. Guess that also makes it hard to accidentaly turn on or off, so it might be a good thing. Overall, I love it.

Long talk time, incrediby easy to use, and practical. The signal's goood and it clips on your ears. The only thing I don't really like is that the headset flashes every 3 seconds while working, so it feels like an attention grabber.

Received item at a great price. It would not hold a charge and rather that take advantage of the 30 day return policy I elected to send to Jabra and use the warranty. Cost an extra $5 at that time but the price was so low it was still a good deal. Otherwise no problems.

Just two days after purchasing the BT125, it quit transmitting while I was talking...still could hear but no one could hear me. Tried everything. Got it to work after turning my Razor off and the Jabra off. Then powered both up. But after 10 minutes the Jabra quit in the middle of my conversation again.I owned the Jabra 200 for three years before it finally fell apart from use. Too bad Jabra now mean Junk.Don't waste your money on Jabra.

This is the first Bluetooth headset I have purchased. I have found the Jabra BT125 to be easy to use and comfortable to wear. The earpiece is easily switched from one ear to the other. Background noise isn't too much of a problem and the volume levels seem adequate. My only complaint is that there is very little warning when the battery is going dead. It will beep a few minutes before and then simply quit. However, the charge time is only about an hour from completely dead to fully charged. I would definitely recommend this headset, especially for an entry-level, casual user.
