This device is terrible, do not buy. My husband uses it while driving his work truck and I hear everything in the background. He previously used an ear piece by Jabra and it was perfect, sometimes I would think he was sitting inside because the reception was excellent. This device is not worth anyone's time or money, add a few more dollars to get a better device.

I use this divice once in a while. It was cheap at the time I got it so I can't complain. It works well but does not have a very wide range. You have to carry your phone close to the bluetooth in order to get a clear signal.

I purchased for my manager at work who lost her Jabra. She requested this make and model again so it must be a good product.

Like the title says, it doesn't pair with all smartphones. I have the Samsung Galaxy Precedent and it doesn't want to pair. That being said, I can't tell you how it works.

This bluetooth is not for everyone. There is NO adjustment to fit different sized ears. If it by chance fits your ear, the stars have lined up for you and you should probably buy a lottery ticket too. I can't give a fair evaluation on the sound quality of this item because it is completely useless if you can't keep it in your ear to begin with. The belt-clip on the charger broke the first week I tried to use it. Very cheap. I was a foolish consumer as I thought the fixed earpiece would be adjustable, but it simply isn't. My bad! There is no notice in their information that it is not adjustable, so beware, if you ear isn't the right size, this one is a waste of your money.

I have used a lot of bluetooth headsets and was always disappointed because they never fit well in my ear and if they did my ear started hurting after prolonged use. This one is very light weight and well designed and so far I havent had any pains with prolonged wear. Sometimes I even forget that I have it on. Also this comes with two ear-clips which is another good thing. The ear-clip which was on by default did not fit my ear well so I changed it and it is much better.The sound quality is quite good and I can hear well even while I am driving and no one has ever complained to me yet about my voice quality. Sometimes I even make work related calls with this headset while driving and havent had any complaints from the people on the other side. Very easy to pair with your phone. I like the position of the switch off button which is small and out of reach, so there is no chance of accidently turning it off which has happened to me before with other headsets. Also it has the battery indicator showing a red light when it is discharged and another light to show that it is paired with your phone. Takes about two hours for a full charge.Overall like the product and no complaints so far. Very basic one for a good price. I use it mainly while driving and at home if I have to talk while doing my chores. If your work involves frequent calling while on the move then I would definitely recommend going for a more higher-end product with a better battery life.

The wife liked it so well, she stole it from me. (UPDATE 1/5/2011= I have it back). I purchased it because of a great deal I found online. It was the item I was looking for. After I bought one, the wife tried it and never gave it back. Went back online and the deal was over. My search for a different one continued. More on that later. I was very happy with the fit and feel of the unit and so is the wife. The sound quality is great on both ends of the line. Does good for wind noise and background noise. I had to move on and bought the Cardo Scala 700lx. The Jabra is a step up except for the 2 phone swapping function. The Jabra works flawless, but the Cardo is a touch better and explained below. These 2 headsets are tops on my list so far. Here is my Cardo Scala 700lx review...My first bluetooth was a Motorola. I have not been happy with the Motorola fit as it feels like it is going to fall off...and on occasions it has. I am also replacing the motorola because I now have 2 cell phones I need to carry and want to use both simaltaneously. To replace it, I found a great deal on a Jabra BT5010. Great headset, so good, my wife stole it. Went to buy another and the price had gone back up. I tend to lose or damage things, so I have set a budget of no more than $30-$40. I then found a deal on a Jabra BT5020. I had received a bad unit and the exchange from another buy.ing website went bad and finally received my money back. Again, went to buy another and the price had gone up. This led me to the Cardo 700lx.First off, the fit is by far the best of the 3 I have had. I can honestly say, I have forgotten it was on and it can startle you when a call comes in. After 5-10 minutes, you dont even notice it on at all. Extremely light weight. A 5 star in my book. Where as, the motorola is a 1 star, the BT5010 is a 3 star, and the BT5020 is a 3.5 star.Next is ease of use. I like the placement of buttons. The main button on front has a definate click to it so you know you have pressed it and doesn't leave you guessing. The rocker volume dial on back is great for adjusting volume and can be reversed if placing on your left ear so rocking up is always louder and rocking down is quieter. Pressing the dial in also has function as well. Neat, simple design and easy to access with larger fingers. Again, 5 star.Finally is funtionality. This is where I have to question my rating. I know this is not a $50 headset, $75 headset, or even a $100+ headset and wont rate it/compare it to such. I understand you get what you pay for. With that said, here is my humble opinion. The headset has great volume and sounds as good as using the phone itself. However, the range is not as good at the others I have used. The Headset operates best with the phone in sight. Static is noticed by the caller (not me) if the phone is on my body the opposite of each other. In the car, it is best to place in the right ear and the phone in the center console or passenger seat. If you want to use it in the left ear, the phone should be on that side. Same side line of sight distance is approximately 10-12 feet before static comes in for the caller. Call quality is always good on my end, however again, the caller definately knows you are on a headset as it does have a slight echo. Again, I know this is not an expensive headset and is not perfect. But, no caller has complained when asked. Some didn't even know I was on a headset. Background noise is an issue for the caller though. One does need to close the windows, turn down/off the radio, lower the HVAC fan for a quality business conversation.Final note comes to the multiple bluetooth pairing function. The main feature I was looing for was having a headset that would work with 2 phones. Since I carry a personal phone and a work phone, I want to answer and use both without changing phones or settings. The Jabra's were good, but voice recognition, redialing, and funcions only worked with the last phone paired up. That means, if you wanted to use the 1st phone you connected, you had to find the phone and manually use it. Not bad if it is seldom used. As for me, I use each phone equally. This headset allows you to double tap the volume rocker to switch between each phone. Great feature that allows full function use of each phone. The only drawback is that only one phone is 'active' at a time on the headset. Meaning, if you are talking on phone 'A' and then hang up...minutes later phone 'B' rings, you do not hear it in your headset and must listen for the phones ringer/vibrate. Then, once you hear the other phone ring, you double tap the volume rocker to switch over to the phone 'B'. A drawback to be able to use full function of 2 phones. In the Jabra's, the headset would ring for each phone without doing anything (great), but voice dialing was only for the last phone paired.Added benefits include not having to by accessories. It come in the box with a wall charger, car charger, usb charger, and a belt/carry pouch.In conclus

This headset is a workhorse. I've had it for about 5 years now and it's still going strong, in fact I'm writing this review on it. Not really. The earpiece holder thing broke off so I replaced it with part of a hanger, and that's mostly ok. I'm almost ok with that, I think.The main problem is that this thing is that I keep finding uses for it. First I used it with my ps3, then with my computer, then with my phone, then with my blender (not really), then with my iPad. I'm somewhat worried Jabra is going to go out of business unless they start working on their planned obsolescence tactics. Then there would be no support! At least the support is fantastic right now.I would strongly suggest buying this headset if you want a reliable earpiece with a diverse set of talents, but only if you have access to a wire hanger.

Hello. This is the first Bluetooth headset that I have purchased and so far I am happy with it. It feels good and I wore it for 6 hours with no discomfort. Being most grateful for this device, and diluding myself that it's another step in the direction of safety, I've enjoyed this product however, the battery stopped working and it was never left on other than what was in the manual. Telephoning Jabra, I learned they do not have repleacment batteries, we have to buy another unit if it's more than a year old, and I have no idea - it was a gift.However, thanks to Amazon, I'm ordering this one because of the price. It's a stable product, IMHO, for all that I know, and I hope it's somewhat of a protection from direct listening, although I don't use my cell phone for talking very often. Tired of the dang things. I'm moving backward to fountain pens, stationery, and great stamps with music in the background.

This unit works seamlessly with my blackberry phone and i got it for a great price. These units cost much more in stores. I have seen them upwards of $60 in some arenas. It works well and connects easily.

Definitely the best styling, comfort and fit of any bluetooth headset on the market. But that doesn't mean anything when the battery life is only 90 minutes. I was skeptical of the battery life after reading the other reviews so the very first time I used the headset, I tested it. After fully charging the headset, I used it during a 2 hour conference call. The call quality was so-so. I wasn't very impressed and the other participants said that it was just ok. The claims about suppressing background noise seem inflated as the other participants commented twice about the background noise. After 89 minutes, the device indicated that the battery was low. At 96 minutes the device shut down. Everything you read on Amazon and the other sites about the battery life is true. Stay away from this one and go with the Plantronics Voyager+. Over 5 hours of batter life and much better call quality. Jabra, I loved the styling, fit (especially since I wear glasses) but the quality is unacceptable. Maybe next time.

Jabra BT2080 is a powered packed sleek blue tooth headset that delivers. I was expecting to be a throw around bluetooth given the price but to my surprise is the one I've been using the most. You just can't beat the price given the quality. I have payed more for other Jabras that deliver the same quality but don't look as digital as this one. I'm planning to buy a few more of these to have them all over. Highly recommend it.

This headset is very comfortable to wear. I can hear all calls quite well and my callers have no problem hearing me. The only negative on this product is a very short battery life.

I ordered this primarily to get a replacement ear hook for my Blackberry blue tooth which I love. My only issue is it would have been nice to have included 2 ear hooks in the package to go along with the SEVEN ear gels. I have two of these BT135s, the sound quality is good and it is comfortable on the ear. BUT and this is a biggie, the earhooks on both units broke in the same place, where you bend the hook to fit it to the top of your ear. Not having a means to anchor the earpiece makes the unit essentially unusable. If you must buy this model, also buy extra earhooks or you will soon be buying a replacement.

Not the best but gets the job done! Hard to tell what is gong on with the headset but it does work well after you get the hang of it. I'm happy with it!

All they hype is true great clear sound, fantastic range. BUT..... it does not stay in and adult ear. I comes out you cant hear your always adjusting it even in meetings looks terrible having to walk around talking and adjusting your earpiece. overall poor product for daily use. None of the ear buds fit into an average adult male ear comfortably . I would not recommend for professionals as it looks so awkward always having to push it in your ear to hear , when you walk it pulls out of ear and you cannot hear!

I have bought 2 of the Jabra bluetooth bt2080 and both of them has done the same thing. I kept the bluetooth in a cool area when I was not using it and both time the eargels melted. I got online to find replacements and the replacements are $10 with a $5 shipping fee. Thats around the same price I paid for the bluetooth. Besides the eargels melting on both bluetooths I have purchased it and okay item for the price. The Bluetooth arrived fast, but when received I was extremely disappointed. Crystal Trading advertosed that the bluetooth was new and in retail packaging. It was used!! and not only used but the retail packaging was so obvious that it was opened and worn! I tried to email them to settle this directly with them however they did not reply!

It's clear enough that my hearing problem with static doesn't interfere - it's clearer than my phone.And even though the part that goes in the ear is too big for me (all of them are), for once the outer ear piece is a perfect fit. Thank you!

I bought this product for my wife since she lost her last bluetooth. She loves the fit on her ear, and the product does the job. However, it does not tell you when the product is dying (or dead) and simply stops responding. She thought it was broken when it suddenly stopped working, but found out that it just needed to be charged. Other than that, it is a fine little bluetooth and she can both be heard and hear clearly through it. We are satisfied with it, especially for the price!

got in good original packing.. looks simple and classy.nice matt feel to it and not too shiny. decent fit. very good value for the 15odd $ paid for it...audio can be crisper , maybe thats what you get for this price range !

purchased this based on other reviews and for the price thought it wasnt a bad deal.....DO NOT BUY IT.....it picks up so much background noise that unless you are in a room with no noise that is the only way you will hear the speaker...will be looking for another one.

I bought this bluetooth when my older Jabra died. I was hoping for a comfortable ear fit, & finally I wasn't disappointed. The soft ear gel is comfortable & holds the bluetooth in place like nothing I've ever tried. I can wear this all day if I want to. Reception is, for the most part, very clear. I love the way it instantly pairs with the phone when it is turned on.The only trouble I've had is when the person on the other end can't hear me. I've had it happen a couple of times, but removing it from the phone & then re-pairing the devices seems to fix the problem. That problem is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.I highly recommend this device if it works with your phone. Strongly suggest you check with your provider or phone manufacturer to see if it is compatible first.

I've been an avid Jabra fan ever since working the cell phone business and I must say this is one of the worst headsets I've ever owned. It was awkward to wear especially because you couldn't rotate ears when using it. I've purchased the Jabra Bt160 4 times and the only reason I had to get a new one is because I ran over my last bt160. The Stone was uncomfortable to wear, you can't charge it without the adapter that came with it, so obviously you now must carry 3 things with you. (headset, charging stone, and charger) Worst is probably the sound quality. Hearing wasn't bad, but people were always saying to me that they couldn't understand what I'm saying. Save yourself the cash and stay away from this headset.

This bluetooth is easy to pair, clear sound, & very affordable. However, the rep of DiscountJungle when he heard that I haven't received my bluetooth he got on the phone with my post office to get them to deliver my bluetooth the great part of that is they also delivered some other stuff I couldn't get. When this item was delivered to me I was excited to give it a try. I charged it up the first time and all seemed to be working fine. I used the product the next day while at work and the battery died after just 5 hours. I put it into the charging pod like it said to do and it charged it up seemingly like it advertised. The battery only lasted for 2 hours the next time. I can now only get about two hours at a time out of the ear piece. I find this to be very unacceptible for a bluetooth headset. Especially when it was adverdised that you should get 10 hours of talk time. Everything else about this is good. The design is very comfortable and the voice activation feature works well when it actually has a charge. The battery life is the only drawback to this product. But to me that is enough of a problem to warrant a 1 start rating.

Super easy to connect, never had a problem, can hear clear as a bell.this is my first Bluetooth headset but i love it to death.Downside:I forget to turn it off, wish it had an auto off feature. There are times I go to use it and nothing, but that is my fault.

I bought this product almost 5 months ago, and It was working fine, I didnt like the 1 hour battery, I had to charge between calls, but overall was ok, then the volume of the device start decreasing, I had problems to hear the voice comands when connected, but if i pressed the finger on it to pop up the volume was ok, finally one day it stop working, i cant hear it anymore, they can hear me but I cant hear , I was trying to look into the internet for answers but not luck so far, so Im trying to apply for the warranty...I dont recommend this product...RegardsEva

Got this when it was a Gold Box deal and I have been very pleased with it - esp for the price! If you haven't used a hands free piece before, there is a learning curve, but it is clear, and people can hear me speaking, even if my kids are doing the crazy banshee thing while I am trying to talk, which makes it PERFECT in my book. Linked immediately to my Sprint/HTC Hero with no fuss. A great new toy for me that improves my day, by making phone calls easier!

I have tried several bluetooth headsets, two motorola's and a samsung, before trying this one. So far, this is a wonderful headset and beats the other three hands down. The rubber ear piece does not come off, a great feature for me. And the ear hanger has not broken yet. The samsung product had very wimpy ear hangers. Each motorola broke apart at the ear piece after 3 months. This headset seems much more solid, and I predict that I will still be using it long after 3 months from now.

I got this bluetooth headset due to my country just passing the law making it illegal to drive and talk on your mobile. I was looking for something reasonable in price and durable and I found that with this Jabra model. It was really easy to sync and I was using it on no time as it came with a reasonable enough charge in the battery. It fits comfortably in my ear and thus far I have had no problems hearing callers when on the phone in my car. I've found that it's been keeping the charge as well. All in all I'm quite satisfied with the Jabra BT2080.

So, here's what I think are the basics that one wants in a Bluetooth headset: A) ease of connection B) comfortable fit in the ear C) clarity at a reasonably low level (you do NOT want to have to raise the volume of ANYTHING that's right on your ear D) ease of "hands-free" operation E) fairly wide range of motion away from the "base" phone allowing for walking while talking. On all these points the Jabra STONE2 scores extremely high. Add to that the rechargeable recharging unit (it's about the size of a small... er... stone, weighs virtually nothing and recharges the Bluetooth quickly and easily) and you've got one outstanding piece of equipment. Highly recommended! (Note: the specs say that you can get up to 4 Bluetooth recharges out of one recharge to the unit. I've only tried two, but they worked more than well enough to make me confident of the other two... and beyond. Note 2: I gave it 4 stars, instead of 5, because we all know there's gonna be a STONE3 and we have to have someplace to go when rating that one.)

I've had my Jabra BT530 for several years and it performs wonderfully, except for the plastic ear loop. The loop breaks in half about once a year which forces me to find a replacement. This kit is a pretty good deal. It has an OEM loop and 7 replacement ear gels, although I have never used a replacement gel as I prefer the loop. For $10.00, it gets me back on the road talking which is obviously a lot less than the replacement cost for a new bluetooth headset. Just wish the ear loop was more durable.

Headset keeps a solid connection to an LG phone. Charge has lasted at least several days at a time. Power switch is so small that it is difficut to use, but this appears to be the standard. There is significant background noise in the transmission but I would purchase again at the price point.

This unit fits fine, but does get a little uncomfortable if wearing for a long call or for convenience to answer the phone. The sound is a little tinny and the volume can get loud enough to actually hurt the ear, so be careful. I am still looking for a blue tooth headset that actually has good sound for both the caller and the receiver and this one is marginal on both.

I'm a longtime user of Jabra earpieces and this one was a major disappointment. Three key reasons: 1) poor instructions on the different ear canal pieces (can you even reconfigure it for the left ear?); 2) embarrassingly short battery life; and 3) poor fit to the ear, it regularly fell off, especially with sunglasses on. This one is getting returned in less than a week and isn't a good value at all.

I was already impressed with the long talk time and comfort of the Jabra but it impressed me further by surviving what I would consider to be some pretty harsh treatment. The headset was fogotten in a jacket pocket and went thru both the washer and the dryer. I tested it immediately and it worked like a champ. Sound quality was still great and the mic picked up voices properly. I don't think many headsets would work properly after being treated the same way.

I thought I could find a cheap Bluetooth that still sounded good. Well, I went to cheap with this junk. Even if I do not use it, after a day and a half it is all the way dead. My old Samsung(which I only paid $15 for) was junk but lasted a week before having to charge. I threw this waist of space in the garbage.

I have enjoyed this product since they were first available at $200+ !! I particularly like the fact that you do not need to use the over-the-ear attachment - it is so small and light it works without it. And now that they are under $40 I have purchased a stock to ensure their availability for years to come.

This is the second one I've had both have worked great, so light you forget you have it. Just don't leave it hooked on the sun visor. That's why I've had 2, I left the first one in the truck hooked on the sun visor and the ear bud melted into the speaker. My fault, but beware.

It works well enough. Not as clear or perfect as you might desire, and it probably isn't the headset for you if you do a lot of talking & driving, but a very solid value for occasional use.

I bought a new smart phone and recieved this Bluetooth as part of a package deal. I like the size and fit and it feels comfortable in the ear, but that's as far as it goes. Person on the other end sounds muffled and really have to pay attention to hear well. As for the person on the other end they tell me there's alot of back ground noise and static. If I had paid for this by itself it definatly would be returned.
