For the $14.99 I paid for this, it works as advertised and met my needs to talk long conversations with my girlfriend without having to hold the phone to my ear.

I can say this bluetooth has good sound during calls and my friends say they can hear me very well. I was disappointed though because I was looking for a stereo bluetooth. I had a surgery so I didn't even get to try this until more than 20 days after receiving it.

It works really well! The sound is clear and it is pretty easy to use. The only thing I wish was different, was to know how much battery power is left. I never know when it is going to die.

I bought 2 of these in a bundle because they are so cheap and I thought it was a great deal seeing as how Best Buy has them for $32 with tax, and you can get two on Amazon for $29 with shipping so less than half the retail price.They have no noise cancelling abilities, they don't connect well and drop calls a lot, they lose power after a few calls, and they are hard to hear from.These earpieces are the most uncomfortable I have ever used, and I regret purchasing them. I am on Amazon right now, looking at bluetooth headsets to replace the wast of money I dropped on these garbage Jabra's.Spend a little more, get a MUCH better bluetooth.

I tend to lose these, so I look for inexpensive headsets. This is the best quality headset I have found that is relatively inexpensive. Fairly intuitive to use as well.

This little bluetooth headset was an Amazon Gold Box Deal one day last August that I bought on the slim chance that my dad would use it in the car with his cell phone, thereby allowing him to go hands-free and reduce some distracted driving habits. While not a total luddite, my dad's proclivity for quickly embracing new technologies (especially small ones) is quite low. I honestly thought the tiny headset combined with the not-so-user-friendly Android phone would prove too difficult. Getting to the point, my dad still uses the headset to this day and has even been known to dabble in voice-dialing upon occasion. I say all of this not to be critical of my father -- he's amazing -- but to reassure people about how easy it is to setup and use the device. If you keep it charged, it just works.

I don't have high requirements for a Bluetooth device. I began travelling for work, about 8 hrs round trip once a week, and decided I should go hands free. I haven't used any other Blutetooth devices but I was pleased enough to purchase a second of these for my fiancee. It works great with our android phones. Clarity and volume are acceptable. I think this is well worth the money. If you're looking for a high performance device, I imagine you should expect to spend more than $16. For those like me who are looking for the cheapest Bluetooth they can find that has a high probability of working well - I highly recommend.

The item fits great on the ear but it has a constant static and tone sound while not in use. The headset could not be used because of the constant noise it made.

Product worked fine; however, the clips that go around the ear was missing. I bought one of these before at AT&T and it comes with 2 additional size clips for the ear.

I bought my first Jabra in a bricks and mortar store where it was recommended as best for the price. It worked great until I lost it, so I went onto Amazon for a replacement. This is a very good item for the price. Instant link up, easy to use, good fit and good sound.

I guess I'm the only one that got a defective Jabra Supreme UC Bluetooth Headset. I had the prior version of this bluetooth and didn't care for how it sat on my ear. I felt like I had a harder time hearing people. I was hoping I could see if the newer version was better in sound quality. I'm going to do a warranty exchange with Jabra and I'll update the review with the results and customer service handling of the defective bluetooth.

For the price $14 (great value), it is very difficult to complain about a product, especially when it worked so well before it failed. This unit lasted (with daily usage) less then 6 weeks. This is basically a disposable headset and I believe it is sold this way on purpose, hence the disclaimer in the user manual "Item not under manufacturer's warranty." For the price compared to other more expensive models, it does makes sense to have a few of these have on hand. If this had not failed so quickly, again for the price, I would have rated it with 5 stars. Therefore my suggestion is 'buyer beware.'

We've been trying to pair this bluetooth headset with our android phone. First, of course we charged the headset. Second, we tried pairing it first with my android phone, and well, too bad for me, it didn't work. I've watched couple of youtube vids for instructions on how to activate a bluetooth device on an android phone. I followed the instructions, and honestly it's a no-brainer..but still, this freaking headset still doesn't come to work!

I had owned a Jabra headset previously and it lasted for several years. When the switch broke, I went to replace it and this model was the closest thing to what I had. Unfortunately, it is just awful. The on/off switch is hard to use and in an awkward place. But more importantly, the reception was terrible- people told me that I sounded garbled. Will never buy another Jabra product.

Product was in good shape however didn't contain all the different size ear pieces, luckily I don't have big ears. But it works and the ear piece I got does fit so Rock on, all together 4 out of 5 stars

I got this headset for about half the "normal" price, and for what I paid, I consider it to be an excellent value. It was easy to set up with my phone and does work. However, I frequently am told by people when using it that I sound distant or scratchy, and I end up repeating myself a lot. This is particularly true when I am outdoors: if there is even a slight wind, forget about it. Even just walking can create enough wind noise that the person on the other end of the line complains. Being near traffic or around other people is often a big problem, also. The primary purpose for which I purchased this headset was to participate in a distance-learning college course that I have to call into every week. I have found it very handy for listening to the class and having my hands available to take notes or work on things, but I always switch back to the phone itself if I have to talk so that I can be heard more clearly (combination of headset + conference call technology = disaster!). This headset also works pretty well when I am driving, as long as the windows are up. If I were going to spend $40 on a headset, I would probably search for something better ... but if you can get this headset for less than that, it does work well within its limitations.

I have had a Jabra blue tooth before! Not a bad product at all! But the Jabra BT2080 is the most comfortable blue tooth i have ever worn! That was a sweet surprise. If i ever loose this blue tooth i will replace it with the same model number!

This headset is very uncomfortable and the earpiece is too big (the gel) It is light but still built cheaply and took me 2 hours to hook it up to my PS3! Trick is to press scan on ur ps3 and then hold the talk button and the on button( doesn't explain it in directions).

I paired this with an iPhone 4s. There was a constant, irregular soft clicking from this device's speaker when using it on a call. It was not only annoying but distracting. I've used my iPhone with other bluetooth devices and never had this type of interference ... before or since.I don't have a lot of experience with ear-piece bluetooth devices, but I sure hope there are better ones than this.The device did pair very easily to my phone, I just found afterward that I was sorry it had! LOLI cannot recommend this product.

I have had this model for about a year and a half. Mine just stopped working (I'm a bit hard on them), and at $15, I will probably buy another one. It is comfortable, stable on the ear, and I have not had much trouble with the sound quality. Overall, you just can't beat this headset at $15!

I've used this headset for a few days and I'm impressed with the clarity on both ends of the conversation, and the ease of pairing (though unpairing is not so simple, if you want to transfer the device to someone else, at least in my experience). But the top selling point for me in a bluetooth earpiece is comfort, and this one is comfortable enough that I have forgotten I have it in.

I like the Jabra bluetooth, the only part I dont like is that is very hard to disconect from my i phone when I want to go back to just the phone. I called the jabra company but they were of NO help. I use this everyday but I most likely would not by the same brand !!!

I used a bluetooth headset in the past. It was an excellent device for when driving and having to take a call or just sitting at home and not wanting to hold the phone against your head for long conversations. Given the opportunity to review this device, I can honestly say I was impressed. There are only two negatives that came to mind, which I'll get to later on in the review.Aesthetically, the device has a sleek look. It feels nice in your hand, although the part that wraps around your ear is more rubbery, which is nice as it won't bother you when it's wrapped around your ear. The portable charger it comes with doesn't increase the size of the unit that much and will easily fit into a pocket. It also keeps the unit charged when on the go, an excellent feature. Here though is the first negative. The unit comes with a usb connector and an electrical outlet connector, both are rather limited in length, VERY limited.In terms of set up, I have an iPhone 4 and with it the bluetooth set up took less than 5 seconds. The phone saw the bluetooth device and automatically connected to it, no pin number necessary (although instructions are provided if you need to go through the process with a pin number). Making phone calls was pleasant enough. If the earpiece is uncomfortable, the unit comes with a few other choices, which will hopefully prove a better fit. I love the fact that I can answer calls by simply saying 'answer', no buttons to press or find. The earpiece itself has a button that lets you check the battery level and if a call is incoming allows you to answer it and/or finish the call (another option aside from using the voice feature). Furthermore, pressing it twice will redial the last number. You can also adjust the volume by moving your finger along the length of the earpiece. So the unit itself carries no negatives but its price point is up there (for $60 or $75 this would be a no-brainer). Truthfully, having experienced what his unit has to offer, if I was in need of a bluetooth device, this would definitely be my pick.

This bluetooth has decent battery life and pretty good sound quality. If you want to spend more I am sure you can get better but for the amount I paid I think it is one of the better ones.

Works well, OK volume, fits well can easily for wearing. Unlike some that will cause ear fictive. I have used many unit, if you lose the over ear piece, Jabra will replace over ear if you call for them. I tend to loose them before they ware out.

I am very disappointed with this product. I had looked at the reviews on Amazon and also Consumers report and this was rated #1. Comments from those on the other end of the phone "are you calling from a coffee can or a bucket?" this was from the majority of the calls. The Bluetooth fits poorly and quite uncomfortable. The sound quality on my end was good! If I could figure out a way to return it without the box I would!!!! I would NOT recommend to anyone.

I recently bought a Jabra BT2080 for my wife and I, so we would have something to use while driving. It's a headset with some really nice functions, and for $15 I was quite impressed. The lights are all facing the inside of the ear, so that none show in use. Also, you can use either the ear-retainer clip, ear-gel, or both. We threw away the ear-gel as a personal preference, since neither of us like sticking things in our ears.The sound quality is average. It has sound distortion sometimes, but you can still hear. People won't be fooled into thinking you are not on a bluetooth headset, but that's to be expected. Wouldn't recommend jogging in it. We haven't tried to test the bluetooth range yet, but with our phones in purse or pocket, there is no problem.

Seperate power button is nice, but hard to reach. Standard micro-USB charging is something I consider to be a must on a BT headset. Ear fit is good for me with or without the ear loop. Nice that it has a charging status LED. THe sound quality has been good, I don't suffer any echo-cancellation problems. For the difference in price, I do miss the voice alerts in the Plantronics M50, but this is a great little BT for the price.
