I read many different reviews about different bluetooth headsets, and for the price, this one was the best I could find. After i received it, it was hard to pair it with my phone AT FIRST, but once they were paired, it was easy to use.A few things to mention (and these aren't necessarily issues with the headset, they may be problems with my phone):*When you hold down the button on the headset, it's supposed to bring up voice commands on the phone. This does not always happen for me. I'll press the button, and I'll hear a beep, but then nothing. That is, until I unlock my phone, then the voice commands prompts me to say my command.*Sometimes, not always, when I make a call the dial tone sounds like a robot trying to talk under water. It's really garbled and no words can be made out at all. To fix this problem I usually power cycle the phone, and after re-pairing, it works wonderfully.*Any other issues are minor, and aren't related to the fact that it's a headset. I mean, I have trouble hearing the person I'm calling when I'm driving on the interstate and the windows are down whether I'm using a headset or just calling with the phone itself. So... those are obvious things that nobody should judge a headset on.Overall, GREAT headset for the price.

My first impression of this Bluetooth was really nice. It comes with a little carry case that I really liked. It has a rigid cover so it won't get broken if you toss it in your purse or somewhere in your car. It also comes with a charger, USB cord, an adapter for your car lighter and the small USB plug so you can link it to your computer for internet calls.This is very comfortable. It's not an ear bud so you don't have anything sticking in your ear. Not everybody finds those comfortable. This doesn't diminish the sound quality at all. The buttons are all easily accessible. I synced up to my Samsung Galaxy S phone with no problem. Call quality is clear, I was even talking at one point with a large window a/c unit that is unusually loud a few feet away & the person on the other didn't notice the noise.I haven't used the internet feature yet since I am not signed up for internet calls but it's made me a little more interested now in looking into it. I've never been fond of voice commands. I think almost every kind of phone thatI have tried them on is glitchy so I just tend to steer away from them.Overall, this is a really nice blue tooth with a lot of nice features.

everyone I talked to with it said it sounded horrible like I was in a windy area even when I was in the house. I could hear them but it was low. I was wondering if this was a refurb unit or a defected one somebody returned. I had the very same headset I purchased from Best Buy that worked 100x better. I lost that one and got this one for a replacement because I liked it but this one did not work as good.

The ear piece is too big for my ear, sound quality is good, life- passable good, design i am constantly hanging up calls when trying to adjust the piece in my ear because it keeps falling off. I unpaired it with my phone (S3) now I cannot find it or add it back... sigh I'm disappointed but would recommend it for some one with big ears.

I like that I don't have to spend $60 or $70 or more to replace headsets that I lose in rental cars or airplanes. I've bought several of these. Light weight, and this thin style of ear loop is comfortable with glasses while driving. I like how it doesn't "plug into" your ear, but has a soft, molded cap that directs the sound into your ear.

When it gets going, it is fine, but I wish I had gone with another unit.Getting the unit to show up during discovery works, but you have to fiddle with it quite a bit. The buttons on it (there are only two) were odd to figure out as to which was to turn the unit on and/or which was for discovery. Also, it does not fit my ear all that well, but that could be due to the fact that maybe I have weird ears. Who knows.Overall, yeah it worked, but nothing to write home about.

With no instruction on how to pair or manually connect makes this device pretty much worthless. There is no sound to determine volume setting and connection is 'iffy' most of the time...means u may think your connected but arent. This is especially frustrating on ps3...but I cant complain...I got what I paid for...

This was a Christmas present for my wife...and in afterthought if may help keep her safer while driving..Works fine and she loves it..Its comfortable, reliable and enables her to focus on her driving ..I check previous reviews before i purchased ,and was satisfied with them yes i would recommend it

I bought one of these from Best Buy about a year ago for 30 bucks and fell in love with it. It's got great battery life and connects really quickly. When I saw this same one on amazon for 15 dollars, I had to get it as a gift for my friend whose old Motorola BT headset was about to bite the dust.

After aquiring a Plantronics Voyager headset just for home use, I didn't think I'd need anything else. However, after using the Jabra Stone for about a month, I have a new favorite.*** What I like most about it (most positive first) ***- Style and fit: I think the fashion police has issued that wearing a headset while not on a call makes even George Clooney look like a dork, but the Jabra Stone 2 may prove to be the exception to the rule: it's small, has a leathery shell, hugs the ear closely, and nothing protrudes or blinks (even the obligatory blue light is not visible while worn!). If you have over-the-ear hair, this headset will probably go unnoticed. Comfort- wise, I tried it with the standard eargels (out of 4 supplied) and practically forgot it was there right away.- Operation: there is only one button (with good tactile feedback) that is intended to "do the right thing", like giving the battery level or take/hang up a call. Volume control is superbly implemented as well: you just slide your finger up or down on the headset, no need trying to locate buttons. Most impressively, if the phone rings while you're wearing this headset, you simply say "answer". Awesome.- The 'Stone'. This very small recharger doubles as a carrying device. It's about the size and shape of an egg except about half as thick. The headset fits into it seamlessly and can be fully recharged four times while on the go. It's too bad the back is open though - that would have been an excellent dust protector.- AD2P a.k.a. "advanced audio": the acronym stands for the ability to 'stream multimedia', as Jabra puts it. This means that the headset pairs with an iPad for example (which others don't), or can be used to listen to an audiobook on your iPhone. It found that the audio quality was marginally better than on my previous (non AD2P) headset, although I had expected a much larger quality boost. Also, a word of caution: not all apps support A2DP; for example, Skype on the iPhone currently doesn't! Clearly that's not Jabra's fault, but it was nonetheless a surprise to me.*** Things I don't like (most annoying first) ***- Right ear only: My previous headset was switchable from right to left ears, so I now miss that feature on very long conference calls.- Battery life. The claim is two hours, but I manage to empty it out in barely one hour. To be fair, I usually leave the phone 15 feet away in the charger, perhaps that switches the unit into a higher power level. That said, because I always place the headset back into the "stone" I'm confident that it's well charged when I need it.- Packaging and documentation. So awful I had to mention it, even though you need to pry the parts out only once.

This item has met all expectations... This is my 2nd Jabra Bluetooth and I will buy another one when I lose this one. It was worth the money I paid... The first one I git came from Sprint and I paid $24 and I will Never do that again! The item was in my hands in less than 2 weeks...

Specially that ear-budd that doesn't damage you ear.all manufacturers should make those ear-budds for all bluetooth models. Without it, your ear get damaged along the time.

After buying this device I tried to use it with my Mac computer and my iPhone. I was connected to the Mac and it worked fined. So I synced it with my iPhone and it worked. When I tried to switch from the iPhone to the Mac, following the instructions, I held down the the Answer/End button for 2 seconds and the phone switched to Voice Control. There seemed to be no way to get past this. So, I called technical support and they told me that they were working on a driver for the Mac and there was no delivery date. When I told them that their spec was misleading they said the PC means Windows PC not Mac. I said that this was not clear and that it did not function as advertised and I wanted to return the device. I was told that they only accepted returns for warranty issues. I said that I would like to speak to a supervisor I was place on hold for five minutes and then was hung up on. So their technical support is also poor.If you own a Mac, understand that this device does not work as advertised.

I have no complaints on this headset. Only thing is they do not have detailed instructions on how to pair it to your phone. people can hear me very well and i also can hear them very well. no complaints plenty of battery life also.

This is the third Jabra Bluetooth headset that I've had the chance to review. While I appreciate the superior sound that comes with this "Supreme" model, I did not prefer it to either of the two I own already. It is way too big.The problem I have is that the headset is too flimsy to walk around with. I tried many ways to restrict its movement on my ear as I walked about to no avail. The sound quality is largely irrelevant to me if I'm uncomfortable using it.The compatibility with computers is a plus. This feature was easy to set up and use. The bulkiness of the headset here was less of a problem since I was sitting, but again it is not ideal.At 150 dollars, there are better headsets around that will suit your needs for less money. While this headset excelled with sound, it will not replace my other headsets as my primary one. Not exactly the "Supreme" I was hoping for.

This is such a great earpiece for such a low price! It's the only one I think i'll ever buy. Great sound, good distance, and it's so comfortable. I did have a little mishap with it but that's my fault(and my dogs lol) not theirs. Let's just say that even if the headset is broken, it still works and delivers great sound and audio lol. Will be buying another one soon ^^

For the price, I was surprised at this fine bluetooth headset. Bulk pack simply means it's not in a box, but in a plastic bag. The instructions were clear, it was easy to mate with my phone, and I found the controls to be easy to use. The sound quality was as good as my Motorolla had been before it died. I would certainly recommend this to a friend.A feature I appreciated was the short cord from the charger to the phone Instead of a tangle of wires for all the chargeable devices, you plug it in and the headset hangs from the power plug.

The Jabra Supreme UC Bluetooth headset's audio quality is excellent, using their audio enhancement and active noise cancellation technology. The battery life is sufficient with approximately five hours talk time.I liked their voice control and guidance features and the comfort of the headset cushion (which also contributes to the noise cancellation). The only sacrifice is that the headset is a little larger than the norm.This unit still works fine after several months of daily use... and is recommended.

I bought this headset from Amazon when my last one died. It took a few tries for it to sync with my phone and when I answer it, sometimes it does not immediately open the connection so the caller can hear me say "hello" but overall it works fine. The transition was practically seamless.

The earpiece stays charged for a short period of time and will not stay synced to a device. Also it is uncomfortable in the ear . It was a complete waste of money. It isn't worth the $14.00 I payed for it.

Great things come in small packages, and I am absolutely thrilled with this very small package. My work machine is locked down, and normally I have challenges using any hardware that is not delivered by my employer. However, the Jabra Supreme US worked right out of the box. I charged it, plugged in the USB, and voila! The sound is fantastic, and the range is amazing. The carrying case fits easily in my purse or laptop bag. And finally, the charger for the Jabra headset also works for my Blackberry, so that's one less charger I have to carry around.

After testing this new Jabra SUPREME Bluetooth Headset, I can say that this a solid Bluetooth headset, easy to use, not too bulky, good looking and what's more important, it has great audio quality! Battery is great as well, I've been using it for two days straight without having to recharge it.It only takes a couple of minutes to sync this headset to your phone and you're set to go, easy and simple. Just for testing purposes I tried the Nano Bluetooth adapter on my laptop and it works great, it's extra slim too, so it will not add a mayor bulk to the side of your laptop if that is what you intent to use it for. I also had my son try it on the Playstation 3, he said it was as easy to connect as any other bluetooth device and that the audio quality was great as well.Overall I am very pleased with this headset, Jabra has a winner here. I definitely recommend it!

I was not able to return the item as it was stated in the return request to send in "original packaging with all paperwork", this was a gift and we could not find all of the orginal packaging and paperwork to make the return. The item was not acceptable and you had to play with it to get it to work some of the time

The little ring that helps you put it over the ear is really helpful. Sometimes the people I speak to complain of a loud background noise but I have no comparison with other BT headsets.

Jabra SUPREME UC Bluetooth Headset is a great headset. It works well both with your phone and PC (use the Nano bluetooth USB adapter to use the headset with your PC for making internet calls). The audio quality is really good, helped by audio enhancement and active noise cancellation technology. This headset is a bit larger than the average/smaller size bluetooth headset but it's not too heavy. The bigger cushion actually provides more comfort and is probably needed for the noise cancellation technology to work well (to isolate outside/surrounding noise). Battery life is also good with more than five hours talk time. The voice control and voice guidance features are also nice additions.Sidarta Tanu

got my bluetooth all set up, and it works great. However, somehow my new puppy found it, and chewed up the ear attachment. Wonder if I can order only ear attachments. There is an extra ear attachment, but the microphone which fits into my ear is unusuable, unless I glue it in. So......what to do?

I ordered this bluetooth headset to replace one that I drowned (a Samsung). (Long story) Being a Jabra I figured it would be a great product. It's just so-so.I mean ... it works. But there are some things that I do not like about it at all.1) To answer/make a call you have to push the activation bar so hard you drive the thing halfway through your head. This is not a good design.2) The ear-hook is pretty rigid and does not allow for easy positioning. Almost painful.3) Sound quality is fair at best. It's better than not having a bluetooth, but that's about the best you can ask for from this particular model.4) The on/off button is in a lousy spot - especially if you have larger fingers or arthritis.5) The flat design of the earpiece does not allow for the natural curve of an ear. The 'gel' earpiece that comes with this unit is not a one-size-fits-all piece. It was actually quite painful for me until I switched it out with the cushion from an old headset. Now it's tolerable, but still not truly comfortable.All in all ... there are some design flaws. It works, but it's not something I will ever order again. I will be checking back into a Samsung or Motorola design.

I never ever ever EVER wanted an ear piece becuase I think they make people look like d-bags but in this day and age you now NEED one... UGH! So I finally had to embrace my d-bagness and buy one... This is a great starter for first timers... usually anytime I get anything techy I have my boyfriend hook it up and explain it to me later this was SO EASY! I took into account the other reviews that once the phone is in your pocket it will crack a bit but I got this only for car use... since I'm perfectly capable have lifting my arm to hold my phone when I'm not driving and who the heck needs one when grocery shopping RUDE! Anyways... I drive long distance a lot and needed something for those long trips to keep me awake, this is great! There are two hooks for my ears and giant ears... and the hearing ear piece thing fits in the ear GREAT!!!!! The buttons are easy to find right away and the Jabra is small enough to hide in my hair so now I just look like the crazy lady having wild conversation with myself in my car instead of a total d-bag... I can live with this!! I will update this as I continue using it but my rating is based on car use only not walking around like.... A D-BAG...
