perfect headset for beginners. basic, nothing fancy, but works great. on/off, volume, mute, which is all you need in a headset. connects to PS3 very well unlike some lower end bluetooth (Motorola H390) headset I've haved.

The sound volume is so low on this earpiece. I cant hear anything with the volume turned all the way up. I have an older Jabra that sounds much better than this. This earpiece is garbage.

I chose this headset as a free gift when upgrading to the Apple iPhone 3GS. This is my second bluetooth headset and I think it works very well. The multi button configuration makes life much easier. The product fits comfortably in my ear without the loop and is very light.

I waited until almost the last minute to purchase this blue tooth headset. With only a week before the July 1st cut-off here in California that requires everyone be hands free on the road. I did my homework online, read lots of reviews, and spoke with a number of friends about their blue tooth device experiences. Amazon to the rescue, it arrived 2 days later (using std. shipping) Without a doubt, Jabra is one of the leaders in this market. As it turns out, this headset works good, and for the price I have no justifiable complaints really. It works, and has decent battery life. It's weakness is probably it's sound quality in the noisy environment of a car on the freeway. It's sometimes hard for the person you are speaking with to understand you, and you'll find you might get annoyed repeating yourself. While using this device you will absolutely want to roll up all your windows, turn OFF your radio or CD while on a call. I had also purchased a Jabra visor-mounted blue tooth speaker phone unit for my wife, and she has similar complaints from folks on the other end. From what I can gather talking to friends, the new Jawbone headset, with it's built-in noise reduction is far superior to practically anything else out there. Based on feedback from friends, and other reviewers, you really do get what you pay for. I am going to purchase one of the new Jawbone headsets and give it a try. My recommendation is that, if you really need a hands free headset, and spend a lot of time talking while driving, to either buy a wired headset for your phone for $10 or invest your money in the more expensive Jawbone with the noise reduction capability. Bottom line, nothing wrong with the Jabra BT125, it works as advertised and is generally a good value but it's by no stretch of the imagination 'state-of-the-art' technology. I didn't expect that it would be when I purchased it, and you shouldn't either. As easy as it is to misplace or lose these things, having a spare in your glove box or console isn't a bad idea.

The Jabra BT2050 works great with the Samsung Smooth phone. The ear piece is a bit large so the plastic ear adapter will have to be used. Very clear reception and and everyone seems to hear me loud and clear. Instructions that are provided are very brief. Instructions for syncing with the phone are incorrect indicating the "on" button is to be pushed to sync when in reality both the "on" button and call pickup button must be pushed to activate for sync mode. Otherwise everything seems to be accurate. You can't go wrong with with inexpensive headset.

Comfort/fit: good but not excellent, i generally like the headset with the ear loop, but this loop is thicker than my previous Jabra, making it less comfortable, and the loop moves with more difficulty.Charging: the LED is good in indicating the remaining battery life. It should have came with a car charger, very useful, my older jabra never left my car, i could virually have it anywhere with me, now i have to take the headset home to charge it, and often forget to take it with me. The USB charging cord is useful but when you think about it if you don't get around with your laptop a lot, it is pretty useless.Voice: Beeps in the beginning of ever call, you actually miss the first 2-3 seconds of the call, the beeps and warning sounds actually override the call itself, so neither you hear the other party or the other party hears you. Rediculous.Voice: The documentation and website and poduct information doesn't say anything about the must of extending the boom mic. I thought it was optional to extend it to get better quality voice in noisy areas or windy atmosphere, actually no, the boom mic has to be extended to turn on the mic, otherwise no one will hear you.Buttons: My previous Jabra BT330 had 2 volume buttons and one more button, beauifully locatedon the outer surface of the headset, that did everything else and worked perfectly: on/off, pairing, accept calls, reject calls, redial, voice command activation. This one button has split up the functions of that buttons onto 2 buttons, a very small one for on/off and pairing that has been hideously hid in a very inconvenient location, and another large one for the rest of the functions that has also been onconveniently located on top of the headset, making every press on it a risk of pushing the headset off your ear. Also the functions have become more confusing: a long press for voice activation instead of a tap and a double click (pushing the headset down and probably displacing it) for redialing instead of a long press.Connectivity: the headset has the ability of being paired to more than one phone, two i think. In my opinion this is useless i guess, i think most people have only one phone, and I wouldn't share the headset with anyone else because it basically is sticks into your ear, wouldn't be very hygeinic. One major drawback for me was the unusabilty with my laptop. My older one was used on my laptop as a wireless handsfree for phone calls and voice chatting, very convenient when using skype for example. Now I kissed that fucntion good bye.

This earbud if so comfortable that you hardly know you are wearing it. The sound is fine when I am sitting still with the phone beside me, but once I put the phone in my pocket and start walking around I get a crackling sound. What good is that? I'm going to return it.

I got this for use with a PS3 and it works just fine. For $10 I won't complain too much, though I sometimes can't figure out if it's on or not. The blinking function light is not the easiest to make sense of.

I bought this used refurbished bluetooth headset after hearing it from a friend. Turns out everything he said about its features was true. Easy to use, long standby time and just perfect clarity. My biggest concern with other bluetooth headset in the past was simply what other parties said about the sound quality. After using the BT8040, my callers was simply surprised I was using a wireless headset when I told them about it. I am currently using it with my iPhone 3G. You can even use it to listen to your ipod music.

I needed a lightweight device to use while driving. This bluetooth has met all my expectations. It is very small (maybe 2 inches), fits comfortably in the ear and everyone who I speak to, hears me great. I use it mostly in car and occasionally when walking in the street. If your looking for an affordable and high quality product this might be it.

I got the headset free with Warhawk for PS3 (GREAT GAME)and decided to use it with my BT phone. I'm a truck driver and I need my hands free to do my job. When I first received the phone I pulled it out and inspected its quality. Its what you would expect from an entry level phone as far as quality of materials. After inspecting the build I attempted to connect it to some devices around the house. The phone took no time to communicate with my PS3 and BT phone. The next day I decided to wear the phone the entire time at work. The phone is very light and easily forgotten after you get acquainted with its feel. On occasion it felt as though it was not securely placed in my ear. With a few adjustments to the hook you can fix this. Most of the controls are done via the one button on the side. You can see what mode you are using by associating different tasks with different blinking lights (provided by an LED within the phone). The phone also makes beeeping noises in your ear when answering, hanging up, or dialing a call automatically. Yes, the phone will even dial the last number you received in your phone by pressing the main button. I recieved complaints from my wife that she could here conversations from nearby people and background noise. The worst case scenario I had to step into a quite area. This is no different from using my regular cell phone. It doesn't help I work in crowded grocery stores. The majority of the time I could move up and down the aisles freely and talk. The voice of the caller in your ear is clear and can be adjusted using the volume button (I usually used the one on my cell). The phone charges easily via a usb cable that comes with it. I find the cable to be a little short so I'm using the one that was packed with my digital camera. Overall the quality was better than I expected. I got this headset for free and I found it was perfect for me until I can get something a little more high end. My only complaint is that I wanted to stream my music from my phone into the ear piece. It turns out not all BT headsets have this feature. Other than that I could not recommend a better bare bones BT headset for the price tag. If you are willing to deal with its quirks, buy it! (Review UPDATE) Although Is till like this headset overall (I now have a Motorola that doesn't come close) I am disappointed to say the Jabra is no longer with me. The wire loop that goes around the ear snapped from too much bending and adjusting (much like a paper clip would if you bent it over time). The fact the ear piece was adjustable was a great feature as it hugged my ear but if bent at the same point over and over again it eventually breaks. Thus is the law of physics and now my ear piece is impractical. It is still my favorite and lasted me around 8 months so I can recommend it. Just don't over work it too much (it can be fragile).

I love the Jabra products. They are very comfortable and forget sometimes that I even have it on. But this is the lower quality of the Jabra line. Many people complained that they can not hear me or that there is too much background noise. Don't buy the BT2020 - go BT250 or BT500 series, I've tried both of those with success.

I have 2 PlayStation 3 (60GB) and was using with limited success a PlayStation 3 Logitech Vantage USB Headset. My first Blu-Tooth for the PS3 I tried was the Motorola H300 - Headset ( over-the-ear ) - wireless - Bluetooth, a most uncomfortable torture device that no one could hear me with. I decided to try the Jabra which Sony had shipped with one of its games. It fits and works GREAT! Very adjustable and soft. No problems synching or having to resynch like other headsets. I can hear everyone and everyone can hear me. The only thing is that the charge probably lasts 5 hours on the PS3, so I bought a second. I have been using them for a few months, still working great.EDIT: The ear clip has broken. Now, I have 2 that of these that I rotate on the charger and have not used them hardly at all for months so be aware of this issue with even light use. You can find clips but they are relatively expensive. I found 2 clips and they were almost half the price of this Bluetooth new. Also, when I contacted support at Jabra I got no reply so be aware of Jabra's customer "support".

This is my third Jabra bluetooth headset - not because there was anything wrong with the other two, I lost them. I have tried the other style where the head set just rests against your ear, but because of surrounding noise level always made hearing the conversation difficult so they were never adequate. I love these models because of the insert that goes into your ear. I know some do not like them for that reason, but after using several different models, I think it is the best, especially when I am driving which is where I use the headset the most. I wish the battery life was a little longer; the manual says 360 hours (15 days) of standby time. Not even close; about 3-4 days. Some have complained about the sound quality; I have found the sound quality fine, but the criticism about the button use while wearing it is true. The previous Jabra headsets were much easier to use the buttons while you were wearing it. All that said, I would buy it again, and recommend it.

I purchased the Jabra BT125 back in January 2008 when I bought my Samsung Flipshot. Actually, we got two on a discount from Best Buy.As of currently, I have lost the bluetooth for a few months and have no clue where it is. But when I was using it, here were some pros and cons:Fit right into my ears and was comfortable...did not feel like it would slip off any second as compared to my old Plantronics, which would slip off constantly.Sound quality was good, however the con here was that I could hear too much static in the background at times. Not something I want to hear when I'm using my bluetooth. I made sure my phone was not far from me and I could still hear static.The distance you could stand between the bluetooth and the phone was good. I could walk to the kitchen in the other side of the house with the BT on and could still be in a conversation without losing the other person. My Plantronics could not even do that and would drop my call if I went to far from the cell.Charged fast and stayed for a few days....no problem with the charger or with the phone dying so fast.Still decent for its price, but since I lost it, I need to find one that will work for me. I'd much rather stick with the regular wired headsets rather then BTs, as BTs can emit radio emissions that may or may not be dangerous for our ears and brains.If you want something to start off with, this Jabra is good. But beware of the static you can hear in the background - I hated using it while driving and talking because of the static.

At first I couldn't get it to pair using the enclosed users manual, so it referred you to their website. Once I followed the steps on the website for my specific phone, it only took less than a minute and works just great! It's a deal, I can't afford those fancy Jawbone headsets. You can pair it with multiple devices very easily as well. Just toggle and go.

I wanted a quick and simple, inexpensive bluetooth headset for PS3 gaming. After dealing with a couple of more expensive sets that were total crap, I finally picked up the Jabra. This is perfect. Simple to use, simple to pair, it's a fantastic value for the price. If you're looking for simplicity, functionality, and a low-end price point, this is the headset for you. I love it.

I've had my headset now for a week and though a week is not a long time - it's long enough to get an overall impression with the headset itself. Instead of one big paragraph - I'll break down my points individually:1) Comfort/fit - the headset fits good around the ear INITIALLY but after a few head movements or just moving around - it becomes lose and you have to 're-adjust' it so that it fits securely. The ear loop helps a little but the in-ear speaker doesn't help. Jabra should have made the speaker go inside of the ear to help secure the headset even further.2) Sound quality - Being that the speaker rests slightly inside of the ear instead of fully inside of the ear - you can hear the caller well but you hear better if you press the headset fully up against the ear canal. I had some extra Jabra softgels that I put onto the speaker and that was able to channel the sound more directly into the ear canal BUT IT INCREASE THE DISCOMFORT EXPONENTIALLY. I suppose that is the trade-off for 'making the headset do more than it was designed to do'. I haven't received any complaints about how I sound on the other end but that doesn't mean that callers can't tell that you are on a headset. There were a few conversations that I have been asked to repeat myself in a variety of environments. I found that if I pressed the headset closer to my jaw (especially while driving) that the person on the other end didn't have to ask me to repeat myself. Overall - the sound quality isn't bad - just could be better if the headset stayed secure.3) Battery life - In normal usage - the battery lasted about two days before indicating that it was running low (there's an audible beep if you're wearing the headset that indicates the battery power is low). Most of that was done with talking and standby. I haven't 'tested' to see if the 10 days (240 hours/24 hours = 10 days) of standby time is legit or not (and I may never know if I decide to RMA the headset), but I'd say that the 10 hours of talk time seems 'about right'. I have a cingular 8525 which has bluetooth 2.0 so I'm not sure how the headset will last when using a phone with an older bluetooth version on it.Overall - I wouldn't recommend this headset if you move around a lot as it doesn't stay secure in or on the ear enough. In terms of sound quality - I'd have to say that it is okay - good but could be better if the speaker were inside of the ear canal and the headset would stay secure while being worn. This headset isn't perfect (but as with most headset - neither are any other ones) but it is okay. I'd have a look at the BT5020 (which has the same design as the BT250(v) and BT500(v) as that may suit you better for a more secure fit (I know I may have a look at it).Hope this helps.

More money doesn't always equal better quality. My Jabra was $30. Compared to my newer Bluetrek at $60, the Jabra stays in my ear better, has much clearer sound and does not get crackly or staticky when I'm 5-10 feet away - when I go into another room I do hear a little static. Having the more expensive, and in my opinion, worthless Bluetrek to compare it to, I feel it's well worth the price for the value you get.

Before this purchase, I'd heard quite a lot about Jabra bluetooth headsets. Zeroed in on this one and purchased it. Received it in 3 business days as indicated; all intact. Initial set up was easy and the instruction manual is simple and clear. I've just started using it - good clarity/reception. I am excited to use the last number redial and voice dialing features and ofcourse LCD display looks cool. I definitely recommend this product.

I have owned several bluetooth headsets and have hated most of them. This one I really like. It is my second one (the first one accidentally went through the washing machine in my pants pocket) and for the price it cannot be beat. Don't pay over $45 for it though, as some vendors charge as much as $70. Good fit, excellent sound quality for me and the person on the other end. Great value at $40. Just make sure you order the retail version so you get the ear gel.

Jabra BT2010 Bluetooth Headset Easy to pair to phone and earpiece fits in my ear very nicely. That is important to me because if the earpiece is not in my ear, I can not understand or hear what is being said to me. The battery life is great also.

Let me start by saying I'm new to the world of bluetooth technology. I've never been too fond of the "cyborg" look. In the past, I've always been satisfied using my earpiece that plugs into my phone. However, I recently upgraded to the Nokia 3555, and hate the earpiece that comes with that one, so I went to the "blue" zone.I didn't want to spend a lot, so I went to Fry's Electronics and spoke to a salesman about the various models. He said the Jabra BT125 was a pretty good value with very few customer returns. I paid $29 and so far have been happy (I've had it for just over two weeks). It's pretty comfortable and I haven't had any problems with it (yet). The only downside for me has been the low volume of the earpiece. But after reading several reviews on different brands, I've come to realize that's a very common problem.Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to compare it with. I'm into not spending a lot and getting decent quality. It seems that's what I have. However, check with me again in 6 months (fortunately mine came with a 1-year warranty).What I was told by the sales person is that when you buy more expensive models, what you're paying for is better noise cancellation. In otherwords, the more you pay, the better your caller can hear your voice and not all the ambient noise.

I believe this product will be good for me, if I ever receive it.Have made several attempts to contact the seller, and the only communication received from seller was to tell me it was sent, but no tracking number etc. and the item has not been received, even though the payment cleared my bank almost a month ago.

This is a great Blue-Tooth headset. I basically wanted and needed it to play online with my PS3 so I look and searched around for a good and cheap headset and this one came up and i must say...im not disappointed that i brought it. Sound is great, you can hear very clearly. The only thing that i found, kind of annoying is that if the volume on the headset is set too high...then everyone your playing with can hear basically EVERYTHING (people outside, cars in the background, your breathing) haha, so if i were you, I'd probably put the volume low or in the game Metal Gear Solid 4 where you have to press a button inorder to speak, i would recommend you keep it off until you have something necessary to say to your opponent or teamates. But needless to say, this is a great Blue-Tooth head set and i would recommend getting it if you want a cheap but good headset for you ps3. I havent used it with anything else though, such as a cellphone or anything, i only used it for my ps3 so i can't give you a good review on anything other that its a great ps3 headset

Both my girlfriend and I have owned a Jabra for about 1 year now.Pros: Nice design, small, decent battery life, connects to PCsCons: refuses to connect with phones (I've tried 5 diff kinds) on the first try. Requires much attention. Will sometimes disconnect after a call, requiring another round of establishing a connection. This is a hassle when needing to connect for urgent calls or if on the go. No such hassle with the PC. Rubber button on side of Jabra could be hardier.

Loose fit caused product to wobble in my ear, but was comfortable. Sound was decent and charge held pretty well. The rubber gasket around earpiece fell off after use but surprisingly it wasn't too uncomfortable in my ear w/o the gasket. Overall a decent value.

I purchased the JABRA BT2020 Headset (over-the-ear) and the only good thing that I can say about it is that it fits very comfortably over the ear but the sound quality is awful. Would not recommened this product unless you like for people to repeat themselves when talking with them.

I can hardly use this headset. My primary time to use it is late at night, and the blue LED flashes so bright in the darkness that I have to cover it with something -- but nothing permanent, because that's also the on/off, hangup/pickup, hold and mute button for phone calls. Also, any time I talk to someone the number one most common thing they say to me is "What?" The microphone volume is abysmal and the clarity is sub-par. I can't hear much of anything through it, either. I feel like I have cotton in my ear, and if the person on the other end has an accent, forget about it. Also, when the battery starts to run low it gives a "boop-beep-boop-beep-boop" every 4-5 seconds. And it wouldn't be so bad, except it's louder than the conversation and completely mutes the person on the other end during it. If the person on the other end is speaking sentences without interruption and you want to hear them, forget about it. Worst money I could've spent on a headset. Next time I'm going to spring for the extra money and get something worth more than making me *look* like I'm using a headset.

I recently starting playing multi-player games on my ps3 and wanted to get a bluetooth to use as a mic. I had gone out and gotten a jabra BT2010 at my local Best Buy. That device required to be repaired each time, my PS3 didn't recognize what it was, and it interfered with the controllers. I returned it and got this mic because it is the one that comes with Warhawk. This headset is amazing. It doesn't require pairing each time, my ps3 picked it out and recognized what it was immediately, and the sound and speech quality is amazing. Occasionally when someone has there mic too high I can hear my own voice through my head set crystal clear, so it delivers on both ends. The only problem is that the battery life is not 8 hours, as advertised on the box. The most I've gotten is about 5 hours, but it charges quickly anyways and is only a minor hassle. As for phone quality, I haven't used it for a phone so I wouldn't know, but it would probably work great and it advertises multiple functions for phone use.

I bought the Jabra BT135 to work with my new Samsung SGH-T439 from T-Mobile. The telephone has many shortcomings and I would not recommend getting it. One of its major problems is proprietary earpiece/charging plug that limits the user to VERY few choices. Most "universal" earpieces will not work with this Samsung phone, and so I decided to try Bluetooth with it. Having been perfectly happy with a wired earpiece in the past and being somewhat reluctant at getting another thing I 'd have to recharge, I decided to get and try something really cheap.I bought the Jabra BT135 refurbished for about $13 with shipping included. I've been using it for a few days now and, so far, I am very pleased with it.PROS: Small, lightweight, nice & really clear audio both ways, comfortable enough to wear for an hour or so, inexpensive, fully recharges in 2 hours or less, good battery life, connects well to the phone and stays connected, sturdy built, range is 8-10 feet before static noises kick in.CONS: May be somewhat hard to adjust for XL ears, the blinking LED should really be on the inside rather than outside. The blinking blue light is so intense that it will make you look back at night and check whether your car is not being followed by cops.At the price I paid I would certainly recommend it.============Edit. I gave it to a friend with new LG phone and it wouldn't pair at all.

The snow made delivery slow but once it arrived I found everything intact. I opened the prize and low and behold the Jabra was not only intact, functional but mine!

I bought this headset because it has the option to use the over the ear hook or remove it. It is very confortable and stays in place well. The only downfall is that it does not have a low battery warning, this means that the only way to tell that your battery is dieing is by the person on the other line not being able to hear you.

I am handicapped therefore I use hand controls to drive. My hands are not free to use a handset and I must ue a headphone.I previously had a Jabra BT5000 that I lost.When I tried to order it again it was not available so I ordered this one. I love it. It is smaller than the previous one I had. Excellent reception. I am enjoying it. I would recommend it to anyone considering a headset. I would buy this product again.

I replaced a Jabra headset that was 4 times larger than this one. It holds a charge much longer and performs much better.
