I almost ordered these blades from Sears but when I did an online search with the part number it led me to Amazon, Not sure why I didn't think of even trying here. The are the sharpest mower blades I have ever installed on any mower, I am impressed and a plus they were hald the Price.

Bought these as a replacement for my Craftman garden mower, wonderful product thus far. They are already on the mower, so we'll see how well they do and last. Bought some from Sears that were double the price, and most were destroyed to the point that they couldn't even be sharpened.

Ok, it's a mower deck part. But it was the correct part: exactly the correct part! What I didn't expect was it came with new mounting bolts and the bolt/washer for the blade. I just knew I was going to have to reuse the old ones; and as it turned out two of them broke anyway. And on top of that, the price and delivery was exceptional!

It has been a while since I bought these. I live on property where "rocks grow" and difficult to miss. Though I try to remove rocks before mowing. They have done well and held up constant use.

Very pleased with this mower ,,,It arrived quickly and in perfect shape ,Easy to unload from the crate ,I filled it with gas and it started on the first crank ,,Lots of power and speed ,If that is what you are looking for,IT's going to make my yard work and hauling of materials a breeze.I would recommend it to anyone looking for this type mower

I bought one of these five years ago and I am constantly working on it. just after the warranty was up the block cracked. Nuts and bolts are always coming loose. I don't think I will purchase this brand again.

Both Bearings encluding the housing or best described as the spindle assembly is the best way to go to fix a cutting blade bearing problem on a lawn tractor cutting deck.. A real time saver buying the entire spindle assembly as apposed to further break down the old assembly an replacing the bad bearing. The part calls for only 54 in. decks however I had no difficulty applying it to my 48 in. deck. I had a 5500 Sears Craftsman paid far less searching the part via Amazon than Sears Parts. Its simple to do as the sears part # entered into an Amizon search locates the same part at lesser price. Its been in my tractor an entire summer and I have not experienced any further problems. Agan, its the only way to go!

The spindle nut was the only problem that I had with the purchase. The well of the nut was not deep enough. Once tightened the pully was still loose. I ended up useing the old nut.

Love the mower!! Please note that a forklift or freight with liftgate is required!!! Call from freight company prior to delivery was great---we really appreciated that! Mower arrived crated really well. I highly recommend this lawn tractor!

This is exactly what I hoped it would be . Easy to assemble. Easy to push. It does a great job on my small front and back yards. Sometimes it's necessary to make a second pass over some areas but generally if you don't push too fast one pass is enough. One warning: if you go too long between cuttings and the grass gets about 6" tall, the long strands of grass will wrap around the two ends of the rotor next to the wheels and it's tedious to remove. I recommend this for anyone with a small yard.

I bought these blades for 54 in Husqvarna mower deck the price seemed cheap for a reason. Cheap copy of blades. These blades will not move enough air in the mower deck just by looking at them. I matched the blade up to a Husqvarna blade to different blade all together

this was a replacement belt, fit well on the deck. I use my machine 4 times a month on a high setting to prevent blade damage on gofer mounds. This belt fell apart after six months use. Now I have to put the original back on which has 4 times the wear on it as this one, but will work until I can find a belt that I can rely on. Maybe FSP should raise their standards a bit.

Very good metal construction and smooth action, but has a plastic roller which is crap. It arrived smashed at both ends though the box was undented, and no pieces floating in box, so broken at factory. I would guess the assembled unit was dropped before boxing.
I fixed the roller myself by filling the ends with epoxy and drilling out to accommodate a steel rod axle bent over at the ends. Amazon is of course useless at parts replacement, and I doubt a new roller would be as good as my repair.
That roller seems decidedly un-Husqvarna; and yes I associate the name with better quality. Surely actual use incurs a lot of soft collisions with curbs and posts, and thrusting in and out at various obstacles, which require a robust roller. The old Sears would not turn out such a plastic afterthought.

I do carving and needed protection and still be able to move around. I don't use large bars mostly and so the danger level is down, but these are great. They fit all my needs and hopefully I will never test them to see how well they work. I would buy them again.

I have not used this yet since it is out of season. (I will update my review when cutting season starts). This is by far the beefiest blade you can buy to replace your original or the flimsy last-one-season bigbox store unit. Check out the comparison picture.

Husqvarna and Ariens are both great riding mowers. Briggs and Straton engines are easy to repair if and when repairs are needed. Quality riding mower and I recommend them!

Very smooth and powerful, good lawn tractor, especially for the money. Only negative was that the crate in which it was packed was trashed in transit. The tractor was scratched a bit and the owner's manual and key were missing. Here is when you find that Amazon has few choices when dealing with such a problem. Either you can keep it or send it back. Since the tractor was unpacked, I had no idea how to send it back, nor did I want to. I was able to buy a key from a local distributor and to download an owner's manual from a website. I'm happy with the transaction, but in the future I will be a bit more hesitant to buy such large items. Actually, the problem lay with the carrier, but they wouldn't help. At least I could talk to a person, though. There seemed to be no way to speak with a person at Amazon.

Castings are noticeably heavier than OEM, and the grease fitting is a nice touch too. No instructions to inform whether they need pre-greasing or not, but shot a dozen pumps in anyway for good measure. For those of you wondering why they aren't pre-tapped, it is because your are to use SELF TAPPING BOLTS. If you tap the housings the bolts will come loose sooner or later. DON'T DO IT!!! You will most assuredly break the junky original bolts, but even if you do manage to get them out in one piece, don't re-use them. BUY NEW. They are available here and are a must!
Also, most likely the spindle washer is still fine. You probably won't need one. But of you do, don't use a plain washer instead, get the right part.
When removing the shaft pulley nut, block the blade from spinning and use a box end wrench to remove so you don't damage it. If it is a little tough, whack the end of the wrench with a mallet to jar it (the nut) loose. Also a great time to replace those blades! The OREGON Gator mulchers are twice the thickness of OEM.

When I 1st got these blades for my Husqvarna zero turn, they looked to big to fit. When I pulled it up in the air, and removed an old blade, I realized that they were just wider and thicker than the blades that came on it. 1/2 the price, and twice as thick. Can't beat it. They mow down the competition !!

This piece of equipment is great. I have over 1 acre of rough terrain and the tractor took care of it in no time. Uncreated it put gas in it turned the key and I was off and mowing. I can't say enough about it.

SPINDLE ASSY. AYP P/N 187292 ALSO FITS 46 INCH DECK THAT I HAVE. YOU MIGHT WANT TO ALSO ORDER SOME SELF TAPPING BOLTS FOR THIS ITEM AS SOME OF THE ORIGINALS COULD SEIZE AND BREAK OFF. 2 OF THEM BROKE FOR ME AND HAD TO USE SLIGHTLY LONGER BOLTS WITH SELF LOCKING NUTS TO FINISH JOB.
