I can remember mowing the lawn with a push reel mower when I was young. They were heavy and somewhat difficult to push. This Husqvarna 64 mower is the exact opposite: lightweight and easy to push even in 6" tall grass. Our yard is smooth with no rocks or stumps so the Husqvarna 64 mower is a perfect match. It took me less than 10 minutes to assemble the handle and attach it to the blade/reel/wheel assembly. The mower itself is lightweight so lifting it and moving it around it very easy.
The little amount of effort to mow with the Husqvarna 64 truly surprised me. It is easier to push than a conventional mower with no power to the wheels. I actually think I mowed the lawn faster with the Husqvarna 64 than I would with a gas mower because the Husqvarna 64 is so light and easy to maneuver. My wife says that she wouldn't mind using it because it is so easy to push.
Finally the best part was that I could mow the lawn quietly and use no fuel or oil. It is nice to know that a person can put this mower away for 6 months and it will be instantly ready to run. It would be a perfect match for vacation homes, apartments, small houses, or areas where noise is a concern. Only a tiny bit of oil is necessary after using the Husqvarna 64 for an entire season. All in all a perfect purchase!

I got the entire assembly (mandrell, bearings and spindle) mailed to my door for the price of the mandrell alone, if I went and picked it up myself. Win-Win I say!

The lightweight and high quality design of the this mower makes it ideal for any type of lawn and to replace any kind of powered mower. We have an irregular shaped lawn with different types of grass and slopes and this mower cuts it all beautifully. Don't listen to people that say push reel mowers aren't good for slopes or don't cut nice; walk horizontally across slopes and don't expect a easy job if you let it grow too much between cuts (just like with gas or electric mowers!). Reduce your lawn size by planting veggie and flower beds and replace your gas and electric mower(how do you think electricity is produced?!) with a reel mower.

This belt arrived very quickly (actually a couple of days before I was told to expect arrival)...The belt fit perfectly and works great. I had originally gone to a local home improvement center and was sold a belt that didn't fit and charged twice as much as the belt I eventually purchased from Mowtownusa (great name)...Based on this experience I would recommend Amazon and Mowtownusa to others...

Great mower, have had it for 5 years. Bought it when stationed in Japan, then lived in Oregon and now Texas. It is easy to use, cuts good enough and safe for kids. The only place we had trouble was Oregon where it rained so much that I couldn't mow often enough to keep up with the rapid grow rate. Always had a gas mower to use after we had been gone or it rained too much. That would allow us to get the grass back down to a manageable height.

Second time I have ordered these blades. Blades sent are flat. They do not match the picture. Incorrect blades sent.

This bearing fit and worked as it was supposed to do on my Husqvarna mower. I did have to tap the holes for the mounting bolts, but I was expecting that. I have had no problems. The item was delivered on time and in good condition.

I have been looking for a good replacement belt for my mower when I broke my original belt and went to Sears website to find that they wanted $92 for one! I found this item for $21 where I could almost buy 5 for the same price as the Sears brand. I installed and it fit perfect and has been running buy deck for 3 mowings now with no signs of wear. I would recommend this product, especially for the price, but it does seem to be of good quality.
--- 2 years later... the belt finally failed. I mow about 3/4 acres every week, during the season, so I can say that these belts are worth it to last 2 full seasons. I will purchase again.

Ordered these as replacement blades for 54" deck. They are thick and seem to be well balanced. Installed them and cut great. The paint did wear off after first two mowings but that should never be a problem as long as you keep the cutting edge sharp. The price of these are MUCH better than those I could get from Sears! I could but 3 times as many blades here as I could from Sears... way overpriced! So I would recommend this item as a replacement if you need new blades at a great price.

My riding mower has 3 such spindles on the mower deck. They work very well and would rarely give problems except for the grease fitting at the top which tends to come unscrewed and fall out. The only reason I had to replace the spindle was that the fitting came out and allowed the bearings to dry up and ground up the bearing into metal filings. One of the others lost the fitting but I caught it in time.

Die Hose ist für mich gut geschnitten (bin sportlich, schlank 174cm). Sie liegt passgenau an und verdreht sich kaum. Für 100m Sprinter unf Fussballer mit dicken Muskelpakete vermutlich am Oberschenkel zu eng.
Drei rel. kleine Taschen mit SBS Reissverschluss. Keine Zollstock Tasche :-( pro Bein eine ca 25 cm lange Lüftungsöffnung mit Reissverschluss schliessbar. Reflektierender Beschriftung.
Ist etwas schwerer als die elite Modelle und nicht für den Einsatz im Regen nur bedingt konzipiert. (Wird nass)
Preis / Leistung i.O. (>100EUR)
Die Abnutzung und den Schnittschutz kann ich noch nicht beurteilen. Macht einen soliden Eindruck. Angabe: 20 m/s protection.
Ich verwende die Hose im privaten Bereich und muss somit nur ab und zu eine Tanne mit Motorsäge fällen.
Artikel erfüllt voll und ganz seinen Zweck. Ich würde diese Hose für schönwetter Gebrauch wieder kaufen.

Ich habe mich sehr über meine neue Hose gefreut .... aber beim ersten Einsatz hatte ich ständig die Hose am "Knie" und die Nähte rieben an den Oberschenkelinnenseiten. Beim hinaufsteigen auf den Ladewagen hat dann die neue Hose bedenklich in der Zwickelnaht gekracht.
Empfehlung: Hosenträger, lange Unterhosen oder einfach mehr "A****" in der Hose.

Auf Drängen meiner Frau habe ich mir diese Hose gekauft. Die Hose sitzt perfekt und ist relativ leicht.
Ideal sind die hinten angebrachten Lüftungsschlitze. Eine super Hose die den Standards entspricht und auch noch günstig im Vergleich zu anderen Herstellern ist.

Ich habe die Hose für meinen Mann gekauft. Die Hose hat super Passform und man kann darin mit viel bewegungsfreiheit arbeiten. Das Material ist sehr gut. Werde die Hose noch für den Sohn kaufen. Nur zu empfehlen
