This seems to be identical to OEM, but hopefully last longer than the ones that came on the Craftsman piece of junk I bought. The picture doesn't show it, but this DOES include the attachment bolts and the nut on the top of the spindle, but does not include the bolt and washer to hold the blade on. This was MUCH easier and cheaper than the last time I replaced only the mandrel and not the housing. I'm glad I found this! You will be too!

One of the blades on my deck was totally destroyed so I decided to replace all of them. I decided to purchase them through Amazon because the cost of the three pack was less than half of the manufacturer's cost (through the manufacturer I am forced to by them individually). They arrived within two or three days and I immediately put them on. They fit perfect and the tractor cuts like new again. I have used them a few times and have no complaints.

Perfect fit. Had two go bad, decided to replace all three. Was going to buy the shafts and rebuild the old ones, for a few dollars more you can buy these and not mess with it. Broke 4 bolts with my impact wrench trying to get the old ones off, no worries, these came with all four of the mounting bolts. A nice bonus since it doesn't list them. Also came with the nut and washer for the blade, and the nut and washer for the pulley. Great deal!

These blades are a lot wider than the stock blades. Price is good and shipping was prompt. The only caveat I have is they don't have enough lift. If you mow your lawn while short and dry you won't have a problem. I live in Western Washington and don't have a choice on when I can mow. Sometimes the lawn is damp when I mow. These blades don't have enough lift to use the bagger without clogging on those damp days or if the lawn is long. The mow was great, nice clean cut, just not enough lift.

I have a 54-inch craftsman lawnmower and for three years I replaced the blades with original equipment from sears and for three years I thought the marginal results was simply a bad deck design...until I tried these blades. They are great...they cut everything and sling the clippings forever. I just ordered another set.

The replacement belt 191273 I bought a couple of weeks ago has already broke it makes the second one ive bought in the last 3 months. It's junk goes to show u buying cheeper items cost you in the long run. Would not suggest anyone to buy this item

Just purchased this same item from Sears. Woefully underpowered considering it's a 20 horse and only a 42 " deck. Even moderately tall grass stalls it out. The second time I used it,the drive belt started to stretch to the point of being unusable and there is no way to adjust-only replace,which involves completely removing the deck. You must disengage the blades every time you back up. Since the turning radius can only be measured in square yards, you have to back up a lot. The deadman switch on the seat is so sensitive,it kills the motor if you only shift position a little bit.

i installed this on my grandpa's craftsman tractor and it works like new, the hardest part of installing was just getting the old one out, it took less than an hour to install and this one comes with a grease fitting so you can grease it up and the bearing should last alot longer.

No brainer here. Set of three blades for a 54 in Craftsman mower deck. Installation is simple takes only one wrench. You will need to jack the mower up to access the blades under the deck. Good time to change oil while mower is jacked up

I have sold A&I products for the past 7 years with complete confidence, but I have had to buy this belt twice in one year. In the past, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use their product, but my latest experience has put me on the fence about using them in the future. It's a big enough PITA to change deck and drive belts already, so to have to do it yearly makes you form an opinion about a companies product quickly.

These blades are good for cutting grass however they don't work as well as the blades from Craftsman. They seem not able to be used for a bagger, grass gets clogged in shoot. Will likely buy new blades from sears . I think there should be more angle bent on the back side of the blade thus giving more lift and throw power!

I have bought this mower because of the previous one I had exactly like it, expect for updates.
I like new features and where the features are located, but it doesn't seem as well made as the other Husqvarna.
Like the pin to put pull out to move it free wheeling, cheap.

This part fit perfectly. I read somewhere that it would fit. I bolted it in with ease. Came with all screws needed. All i needed was a rachet set and labor. simple. I have cut my yard 4 times since the install with each cut about 2 weeks apart. No issues/ problems at all. Its a shame that a paid a shop $238.00 the last time the opposite spindle assembly broke. I fixed this for a little under $30.00! The shipping time was reasonable, about a week (6 days). But, what a savings. Would highly recommend this part!

If you want to return the nutritive value of the clippings to your soil and avoid raking them up, buy this kit. The blades are high quality and replace the non-mulching blades easily. (Note: it helps to raise the front of the tractor at least 6" to reach under the mower deck.) The housing fits the mower deck well and the instructions are crystal clear.

Rather than going to searsparts.com for the replacement belt I thought I'd give amazon.com a try; smart move on my part. I saved oodles of money and this belt fit our mower deck perfectly.

Much better than original blades which have a tendency to bend because of narrow design. These wider blades will hold up to the rigors of my Ozark lawn.

These blades are better than the original blades. The price is fantastic and they are made in the USA. The technician that replaced the blades said that they were the highest quality he had ever seen. Will definitely buy these again.

It was sent out promptly and arrived before the projected date. It seemed heavier than the original belt that I had on the deck. If it lasts like the original It's a great buy. The final factor it that It was about a third of the cost of the belt from Sears.

The mower cuts grass easily however on some uneven areas it scalps the grass at the high setting.

Perfect replacement. This mandrel appeared to be identical to the original. Couldn't ask for more. I pumped a few shots of grease into it, installed it and it has worked perfectly.

The Husqvarna YTH2042 is generally well designed. Performs wonderfully and quickly in mowing my flat, open, 1.5 acre back yard.
There are issues in the small front yard however. The wide turning radius is problematic in going around trees. Also, I have a very shallow drainage ditch near the street... The tractor feels very unstable and easily loses traction. I would not recommend this tractor for wooded or very uneven properties. It is only this that keeps me from giving this product 5 stars.

It appears the blades are made by Oregon although the product was not advertized as such. Installed the blades (and cleaned the mower deck) in under 30 minutes. Now my 7 year old, 54" Craftsman mower cuts like new. I should have replaced the blades 2 years ago. Best $40 (including shipping) I have spent in a long time.

I was so excited to not have to deal with noise and cost of gas mower. but at the lowest height setting, this mower does not actually mow. will become a paperweight while I look for a cheap used gas mower. if there is a solution I'm all ears and happy to change my rating.

I'm also glad that I bought these chaps. They're easy to put on, comfortable to wear, and I like the added protection that they offer. If you're going to purchase a chain saw you should seriously consider buying a pair of chaps.

Work great on my Craftsman mower. I have wooded acreage and lots of small limbs...no problem with these heavy duty American made blades. They also cut the better developed grass lawn very smoothly. You'll be glad you bought these!

Thoughit is the same size it actually seems better quality that the Spindles that came on our 54" Craftsman deck. And seeing as we broke one of the originals by hitting a tree stump that is a good thing. Price was also much cheaper than buying through the OEM.

The owner's manual says that this is shipped in a carton and to drive the unit out of the carton. What I got was a 7 foot long, 4 foot high plywood create with hundreds on staples holding it together. With one additional person and 6 hours later the unit was freed up for use. As I am 71 years old this was a major problem for me. I had to pay $ 50.00 to have the create hauled to the dump. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!

Comfortable to wear, you don't really feel them once their on.
Material quality seems good and easy to adjust.
The only thing i didn't think about when buying chaps is the fact that it leaves the highly "protect worthy" area in between unprotected.

The tractor runs and handles nicely. It was delivered in a well constructed, undamaged crate. It started right up and runs fine.
The issue I have is that a week later I went out and the battery was dead. I have to do a long charge, or jump it before I use it. So other than the battery that tractor is very nice.
