This Grohe Smart thermostatic trim with control module is unbelievable. First, it has the Starlight Chrome, which stays shine and is easy clean. The thermostat gives you the option to select a bathtub, a heavy shower or a light shower. You also select your water temperature. This is what I would expect to see in luxury homes. It is that nice and with bathrooms getting such upgrades now a days, this is one that will surely be wanted. Love it.

Purchased this item as we were completely renewing the main bathroom and yesterday the plumber installed a new bath with this item being fitted on the inside against the wall
Today we turned the hot water tap on for the first time and after turning it off there is a continuous drip every few seconds
Our plumber (over the phone) has advised us to contact amazon and inform them that there seems to be a problem with the cartridge on the hot tap and to seek a repair as without removing the bath etc. it is only possible to take ther top of the tap off and replace the cartridge
As it has been purchased through amazon at full retail of 115 we only have the option of returning the item and none of having a fault repaired so other than buying a replacement cartridge myself and paying aplumber to repair a one day old tap we would have to rip the bath and some pipework out
Not happy at all
Would definitely recommend buying from an actual plumbing or bathroom shop as at least you may get some assistance resolving any issues you may encounter

Great looking item that adds a stylish and elegant touch to my bathroom shower. Also the quality is top-notch. Feels like it will last a long time. The ability to control temperature and water volume with just a slight turn of the knob is most excellent. Installation though is not a breeze and will most likely require professional assistance. And also the total cost when you include installation will be pretty high. But if you don't mind the cost then this is an amazing product.

This mixer tap looks great and has a good feel to it.

We purchased this item as a replacement for the Eurosmart Cosmopolitan taps without the shower mixer, so we had a good idea of what to expect. I'm giving this item 4 stars as the right "hot" tap arrived with the incorrect ceramic cartridge which meant it turned "on" counter-clockwise (rather than clockwise like it should) and the correct cartridge has to be ordered.

When I presented it to my plumber, he was not comfortable with it. When I look at it, it seems well made and ideal, but you should confirm with your plumber before buying!

Usual great quality from Grohe, heavy, made to last and looks great.

I bought this to see if I could improve the water pressure in my bath/shower. Certainly the water coming out the taps is much improved to what was fitted before and there was a slight improvement on the shower, have decided to buy a smaller shower head and wider shower hose to help improve the pressure thst way. The mixer tap has done all it can.

This shower control module is amazing. Grohe quality, used for a new install shower, controlling overhead shower, separate shower head, and horizontal body sprayers. I love the volume control.

Smooth tap action with good leverage on taps lets the temperature of shower water to be set accurately. Easy to pull plunger flips between tap oulet and shower. The plunger flips to the tap outlet when the water is turned off.

Excellent quality tap which lives up to the premium Grohe brand. I bought this to replace some Victoria Plum taps which were really poor quality. Although these are on the pricey side for taps you certainly get what you pay and they feel very sturdy and a million times better than the cheap tat from Victoria Plum!

Replaced a tap we bought three years ago while we were being ‘cheap’. The old tap failed us so we took the plunge and bought another grohe. We have the same tap in other bathroom. Sturdy, well made, easy to fit.

Brilliant taps, but sadly we couldn't remove the bath panel without causing lots of damage, so we are stuck with taps we don't particularly like and the Grohe Eurosmart Cosmopolitan ones had to make the return trip to Amazon, So sad
