Just bought this replacement head for my grohe faucet. A number of buyers mention that the o-ring on the existing hose should be replaced to avoid leaks. They were correct , the existing o-ring was worn and doesn’t snuggly fit into the head slot. I searched out the size for the o-ring and most ads don’t tell you the size needed. I did find on the grohe website that the o-ring outer diameter(od) size is 15mm. I believe the inner diameter(id) size is 11mm. Before I did that search, I bought a Danco #9 o-ring, which is sized 5/8” od and 7/16” id. It was a little too big but after tightening the hose back to the head it was snug enough that no leaks were found. I need to get the 15mm ring for a better fit. Additional comment 9/3/20: I bought metric o rings that are 15mm od and 11mm Id and installed them and got no leaks. These o rings fit much better than the 5/8” one.

This is my 3rd one . This overpriced piece of garbage is gonna break within a couple of years.
It's impossible to get through to Grohe customer service. Also this will leak when installed so you have to buy separately
their $ 10 washer which is not included. The biggest rip off ive ever seen I don't know what happened to this company and their fancy products but they are junk. Kohler, on the other hand has great customer service and stands by their product

If the end of your sprayer hose does not fit very snugly, this will leak, and you may not notice the water running down the hose when the sprayer is in its socket on the faucet. This happened to me and my under sink cabinets were totally flooded.
Tried to reach the sellers but they were no help. Called Grohe and they said I needed an O-ring, which they sent to me for free (you can get here on Amazon as well for like $7). Tiny bit of leaking with the O-ring still, but tolerable. The old sprayer did not leak at all, but the selector button was toast.

Amazing tap, solid strong. Have not fit it yet but I am pretty sure it will be ok.

Exact replacement shower head for your Grohe faucet (factory part). However, it is supposed to come with instructions but mine did not. If you pay attention when removing the broken shower head, just take note of the O-ring that will need to be replaced on the hose. It doesn't come with the shower head and will need to be purchased separately. The installation is not difficult and only takes about 15 minutes.

My original ladylux faucet lasted me almost 10 years before the spray head started to give me issues. The replacement head matched my finish perfectly and was dead-simple to replace. The only real pain is that you have to order the o-ring separately.

My Grohe fixture was over 20 years old and needed a new head. This head "almost" fit, but leaked down the hose because the barrel sizes were slightly different. This problem was remedied by slipping an O ring (from my shop collection) over the barrel and now it works perfectly. However, the "realsteel" finish is a little darker than the stainless of my original finish, but hardly noticeable. Overall, I'm pleased that I now have a working faucet head that can be pulled out and switched between straight flow and spray, as intended, and that I didn't have to replace the entire faucet fixture.

We have had Grohe products in our house for 20 years. It is a high quality product. After 20 years we had to replace a faucet head on our kitchen sink. It was not seating properly and leaking out the faucet head. Called Grohe customer service and the agent solved our problem right away. If you order this part, just make sure to order a new O Ring with it. It doesn't come with a new one. Easy fix. Thank you

Replaced spray head on my 15 year old faucet whose rocker switch no longer worked. It was stuck on half spray, half normal. Also the rubber cover was desintegrated.

Cheapest option for the ladylux line, fits perfect and is bright chrome. 3 months use so far, Will update in the future if I have any chrome peeling issues

Matches my Grohe brushed nickel faucet perfectly. You will want to replace the old o-ring on the faucet hose where it connects to the spray head. Mine leaked until replaced.

My original handle stopped holding for spray and the material to push to get the spray was getting sticky from age. This is the exact part needed to replace it. It was easy to install and the faucet works like it did when it was all brand new. It's a good deal versus buying a whole new faucet and having to hassle installing it.

Grohe stated this was the replacement faucet for my old faucet. This did not fit the hose. I order a new hose and that did not fit either the old faucet or the new faucet. The diameters are different sizes. I do not think Grohe knows what there are doing regarding replacement parts. Totally frustrating. Sorry about the order but it certainly is not Amazon’s fault.
