Great Mini-ITX Board
I purchased an MSI Z490 Mini-ITX board and this ASUS Z490 Mini-ITX board and I have to say the ASUS board is far superior to the MSI and Gigabyte boards because of the following points.
1. The ASUS has better VRM cooling compared to both the MSI and Gigabyte. The MSI has a fan just as the ASUS but it is a high velocity fan which generates a lot of noise but does a poor job of cooling the VRM's compared to the ASUS VRM fan which does a good job of cooling and is silent, Gigabyte lacks a fan completely (MSI allows full control over the fan in the BIOS and ASUS does not).
2. All the fan headers on the ASUS board are PWM headers, the MSI's chassis header is DC 3 pin.
3. RGB/LED headers are on opposite sides of the board on the ASUS and there are two in total, the MSI has one and it is a 3 pin.
4. The ASUS has an illuminated ROG symbol on the NVMe heatsink which is a nice touch and not overpowering, the light is subtle and easy to control, the MSI has nothing of the sort.
5. The ASUS has both NVMe slots on the top side of the board and both are teamed up with individual heatsinks unlike MSI who have one NVMe port on the top side and one of the bottom side of the board which is a pain if something goes wrong and there is no heatsink for that bottom one due to space constraints.
6. ASUS has far superior fan controls within the BIOS and the software within the OS is very good, gives much better control compared to MSI Dragon Centre software.
7. ASUS can control the LED's on my Hyper-X Fury RAM and enable 'Smart' lighting which is set to change colour in a certain temperature range (0 degrees to 50 green light, 50 to 70 degrees yellow light and 70 to 100 red light). but the MSI cannot control the RAM LED's at all, even though it is compatible and stated in the list on MSI's website.
This is what totally killed the MSI for me. Both boards had an i7 10700 CPU fitted with the same Noctua NH-L9i chromax.black heatsink, Corsair SF750 PSU, 32GB Hyper-X Fury DDR4 RAM and Gigabyte 1660 Super OC GPU. I was testing the MSI with a 15 minute 4K movie rendering and the CPU temperature was through the roof, it hit 99 Degrees Celsius and I discovered that the MSI Dragon Centre software was causing that, as soon as I killed the software, the temperature dropped 14 degrees which is still unacceptable, running at 85 degrees while rendering a 4K movie of 15 minutes run time. All the same components, in the same case, with the same chassis fan on the ASUS board never climbed above 70 Degrees Celsius, which is a massive difference. The ambient temperature was 26 degrees for both tests and I was sold on the ASUS.
The one negative of the ASUS board is that it currently cannot overclock the RAM in dual channel mode without crashing, none of the XMP profiles work and no amount of manual tuning fixes the problem. This is a known issue and being spoken about on the ASUS forum, several BIOS revisions were released in the forum for users to test but none of the users had the issue resolved. So if you can wait or are not overly concerned about RAM overclocking, then this board is by far the best Mini-ITX choice.
Update 15th September: The batch of faulty boards can be identified with the revision code A13, which is located on the Serial Number sticker near the CPU socket. On the forums it has now been confirmed that a new revision board is being sent as replacement under RMA which has the revision number A14 and the dual XMP crashes are fixed.
Update 17th September: Received a replacement board from Amazon, same revision (A13), same fault. So Amazon need to send these boards back to ASUS and get the updated ones which are A14. Identifiable from the outside of the box as "MB14A0".

Looks good.
I was going to go for the maximum xi but went for this to save some dosh. Also I thought it would look nicer with a vertical gpu which would have hidden the ROG eye on the maximus. Housing an i5 9600k out the box without needing to update bios which I was worried about.
I installed windows then updated the bios. I hit some problem by doing this then got a cannot repair message and windows was unable to load. I thought it was beyond repair but I managed to get past this somehow but can't remember the details. So if it is running OK I suggest not updating the bios if you have no problems already and are unsure of any hurdles you may hit.
If you have an aio cooler you may get an error for having no cpu fan and you will be stuck on the bios screen. You should go into bios and select DISABLE CPU FAN if you choose not to use the cpu fan header. But make sure your fans are blowing and controllable. I'm just waiting for a fan splitter then I will connect to the cpu header.

Note that the large USB lead from your case is plugged in to the bottom on this motherboard. This will leave the cable on top of the psu shroud. It is more tidy to have this USB socket on the right of the board. I will be having a vertical gpu to hide this.

Stealthy Appearance, Solid Motherboard!
The Asus Z390-F Motherboard is a great choice for PC builds! I've recently built a system for use with Adobe's Premiere Pro and to play some of the latest PC game titles, and what can I say? This board offers an array of features ranging from support for the latest Intel i9 Processors, to supporting 4000mhz+ DDR4 memory. Not to mention support for the latest and greatest Nvidia and AMD graphics cards including SLI. The board has plenty of Sata3 ports for storage, and two M.2 NVME PCI-E ports for flash storage. The board comes well packaged with a fully comprehensive installation guide, and I love the ROG STRIX RGB heatsink/backplate. The system I've built features the Intel i9 9900KS processor, NZXT H510 Elite case and NZXT Kraken x62 AIO Cooler, 32GB of DDR4 4000MHZ memory, an Nvidia RTX 2070, 2x Samsung 970 NVME drives, 2x Sata3 Samsung 960 SSD drives, and 2x 4TB Seagate Storage volumes, and finally Corsair's 750w Modular PSU. One great thing to mention about this motherboard, it has plenty of headers for Chassis Fans! I found all of the external headers to be logically placed on this board, enabling me to keep my system super clean. The board features some really easy to use Overclocking tools and I really like how you can update the board's firmware over the LAN. Overall great quality product for a great price. Very good but do your research first
After wanting to change from a 9 Series Intel CPU to a 10 Series I needed a Z490 chipset motherboard. Having previously bought Gigabyte boards I felt like a change and Asus have a good reputation. After going through the minefield of so many different specifications I settled on the Z490-F as I don’t require Wi-Fi that the Z490-E has. It is a well-built board and I like the fact that it has 2 NVMe M2 slots. At the moment I only have one NVMe SSD and I recommend installing it in the second slot as the first is blocked by the graphics card, is very close to the CPU and runs around 5-6 degrees hotter than in the second slot. Both slots run at full speed and there are heatsinks for both. As this is classed as an enthusiast board, I think ASUS assume some level of expertise without having to tell you. Therefore, a tip is to enable CSM in the BIOS prior to installing your OS as without it, it doesn’t enable full UEFI and formats the hard drive as MBR instead of GPT. I think this should be set to default but there may be a reason for that. I found out the hard way and it’s not possible to change it once the OS is installed which means a reformat and starting from scratch. I didn’t want to do this so bought partition management software that enables you do it within Windows. The BIOS settings are very easy to go through but the motherboard manual does not detail the settings as did previous motherboards manuals that I’ve had. Even though the settings are described when you click on them, I prefer to go from a manual. I couldn’t find anything on the ASUS site for the Z490 chipset but did find a PDF for the Z390 which is very similar. Having said all that, I’ve been using the board for well over a month now with an i7-10700K overclocked to 5.2GHZ and I’m very pleased with it.

Avoid if you can
Have had absolutely nothing but problems since purchasing this motherboard, it took an exceedingly long amount of time to get it to boot after first installing it where it would boot & restart 3 times indicating a RAM issue (of which there is none) , the issue has just resurfaced following a Bios update to 1401. Well outside my purchase window and unfortunately I'm unable to return this item.
This has been my worst PC purchase to Date.
Update: although I am outside the returns window, Amazon have agreed to sending me a replacement first and refund second if the replacement is plagued with the same issues. I have separately purchased a set of RAM as I've read that purchasing RAM separately isn't suggested as it's not guaranteed to be compatible with the memory optimization as the RAM will have different components even if it's the same style, which results in the scenario described above.
This has been my worst PC purchase to Date.

Great
Really good Asus motherboard. I always tend to stick with Asus and they havent let me down. This is a fantastic mid range gaming motherboard. it has 2 fan headers plus 2 for the CPU, i would have liked to have seen a few more but ive had more expensive boards before. it also comes with 2 RGB headers and an addressable RGB header meaning you can use 12v rgb strips then have individual leds controlled such as on fans. again would love more and i know the board cant be covered in headers! on RGB, the back IO panel uses asus aura software and has cool RGB effects too.
the thing i really like about this is that there are two M2 slots, one under a heat sync and one near the middle of the board. having the option to have 2 along with 6 SATA ports is really handy for lots of storage.
one of the reasons i always stick with asus is that i love the software, including the bios software, its really easy to navigate and tweak every aspect if you want to. there is an EZ mode if you are not confident in the bios then an advanced move for changing every voltage and timing ever!
overall this is a great looking board with a lot of functionality for the price. I always like to get the best for price and i feel like ive done this with this board.

Great ASUS quality let down by Amazon sending out used/scratched article
Received this ROG Maximus XII HERO, awesome looking board. Very well built. First thing I noticed is that there was no tape or seal on the box. It was slightly open, ignored that and carried on unwrapping then discovered some scratches in the ROG RGB cover and marks on the 3rd M2 heat sink. Again ignored them and fired it up, bios a little more complex than I am used to but it recognised a new M2 500GB storage stick so installed Windows 10 without touching the install disk and it seemed to work great. Installed another M2 1TB stock which it recognised and worked for a week but then the 1TB disappears and would not work in any of the M2 slots and some of the SATA slots began to be reordered so packed up now and ready to be returned. I assume now it was a return that was sent back to Amazon only to be sold as new. Not sure if ASUS seal their boxes or leave the open - very disappointing with my first ASUS motherboard. Hopefully you will get a brand new untouched one and have better luck!

Excellent Motherboard and excellent for overclocking.
Motherboard arrived quickly and well packaged. The board was really nice and clean looking, I really love the look of the heat sinks on the VRM's and around the PCIE area. The board had a good selection of rear IO ports and also a good selection of connectors on the motherboard ranging from RGB connections, lots of fan headers and a selection of connectors for water coolers to monitor them correctly.
The motherboard came with all the necessary pieces and some nice extras which included a wrist strap (ROG) a fan and mount to provide extra cooling which was all nice. Instructions were easy to read and my computer booted straight away. Would highly recommend this board if you plan on using a higher end CPU to overclock as there is a good amount of cooling and support for cooling.

Many configuration options and overclocking features
I love this product because it comes with Wifi, supports overclocking and has dual M.2. It also provides some overclocking profiles to help simplify the process. I took advantage of the dual M.2 slots and I can say that data transfer is lightning fast when copying data from one to the other. Though I'm not into LED lighting but it looks really cool at night especiall if you have a glass PC case. However, you can turn this off if it is distracting.
After many hours Gaming with overclocked settings (Intel CPU i7 9000K from 3.6 MHz to 5.2 MHz), the system remains stable all the time. It is almost two months since I purchased this product and I haven't noticed any stability issues even with high overclock settings.
I would recommend it to anyone, but if you do not require the WiFi feature, there are cheaper models that support overclocking too.

Best board for a high end I9 build.
Fantastic motherboard, SUPER high quality as expected.
Only real issue I had was that the pre loading of "Asus Armoury" is outdated, even after a BIOS update.
Recommend getting all the drivers from the ASUS site.
Some ports aren't descripted properly on the manual, for first timers, the manual is rather useless to figure out what ports are where.
However, these are all my personal opinions on the paperwork.
The actual product is great, quiet, subtle RGB features, feature packed.
Easily handes 8 RGB fans and plenty of handy IO.
Weak wifi unless you equip the extender (dongle), the dongle could have done with some kind of side mount or an adhesive or velco to stick to the side of a case or such, the wired, stand design isn't very helpful.

Excellent all rounder
I recently had planned to upgrade my CPU and so I had to upgrade my motherboard since my old motherboard wasn't compatible, I could have bought a cheaper board but decided to get this one.
I wanted my next motherboard to have a pre-mounted IO shield which at the current time your paying a premium for.
My old motherboard was Asus one and so went with the same manufacturer in hopes doing so I wouldn't have issues with windows and have to re-install it (which never happened, only issue it failed to boot the first time and on the second boot did some eternal checks and runs perfectly)
The most important reason of all was for the RGB, I use Razer synapse with a ASUS aura connect module to control all my RGB so everything is in sync (nothing is as satisfying when all your RGB is in sync)
With my new motherboard and cpu I've been able to over clock it to 5Ghz and is stable, reaching temps of around 70 degrees.
I have had no issues so far and I'm glad I spent the extra money on the motherboard.

Would be 5 stars if not...
... bent pin in USB 3.0 socket... I was building my new PC today. I put everything together and time for cable management came. HD Audio, front panel cables, chassis fans, AIO cable - everything no troubles until I tried to put USB 3.0 cable. It was going hard, stubborn. So I took it off and using camera did a picture of the inside, and definitely one PIN was bent, luckily the GND one, and USB 3.0 ports on my case are still working. Shame I didn't find it out before applying thermal paste to CPU and fixing whole AIO there. I just didn't want to unscrew everything and start over again. Other than that, everything is fine.

I have 8 SATA drives and this board can only accommodate 6 so bear that in mind, the saving grace are the M.2 connections, which means you will have to buy M.2 SSDs' to take advantage of the ports.
The Aura is easy to configure with the installed software on disc.
This board can easily overclock your processor (provided you have an overclockable CPU) and appropriate cooler and RAM.
Quality board with a lot to offer.

Unreliable
After a month of use the ram slots failed resulting in a number of fatal blue screens. This short circuited my ram forcing me to spend £100 on new ram. ASUS were not willing to cover the cost of this. Amazon on the other hand had no problem in replacing the bored in the matter of 5 minutes. Which ASUS would not do. I have always liked ASUS products but their customer support is awful. 1 star to ASUS 5 Stars to amazon.

Got a broken/defunct product first time
So, I really like this motherboard. Features are great, it looks nice, good slots and ports, everything you could want.
My problem is, the first one I ordered had two problems with it. Firstly, 1 pin in the CPU socket was completely missing. Not bent, completely gone! Now, I don't know if this was a manufacturing problem that was overlooked or if it somehow came out during shipment but nonetheless, one was missing. And this caused a very annoying issue for me in that Windows 10 installation would freeze and I'd have to restart my whole computer to get it to reset. I knew for a fact it wasn't my hardware so I just got unlucky.
Secondly, and this one is more obscure, but everytime I plugged in a USB peripheral - whether that be a mouse, keyboard, USB stick etc....... it also caused this freezing issue even on an SSD that already had Windows 7 installed on it.
So, not only did it have a CPU socket pin missing, but even if it was there, the USB ports were somehow busted and causing freezing which is an issue in this day and age when PS/2 keyboards have gone out of fashion.
The reason this is not 1 star is due to the fact that I have ordered a second one. All CPU sockets seem to be there, waiting on a new CPU cooler to arrive. If this one works all well and good, then I would recommend this motherboard with just a bit of caution you might get a faulty one. If my second one also has problems, then I will update this with 1-star. I'll let you all know

Bought this motherboard along with an i7 9700k to start my fresh new build. All arrived nicely packaged and was very easy to install. I needed this version for WIFI and it came with the ariel needed for this.
Installed a M2 SSD and got it all booted into the Bios and upgraded to latest version very very easy, also nice and easy to run your ram at the right Mhz (3200 in my instance)
The logo lights up aswell.
Would recommend and would buy ASUS again next time

Few issues with this board
the armoury crate does not download the software it finds and the pc is double booting no idea why it seems like a bios issue but i cant fix it nither can asus. I am sick of asus mobo's i use to love them now they cause nothing but issues. After speaking with Asus it seems this double booting issue is known problem that they can't fix, got a replacement let's see how that goes. The replacment does the exact same thing IT DOES A DOUBLE BOOT which should not happen GOOD bye asus am refunding and going else where

Expensive but WOW
I brought this to replace a faulty Gigabyte Z490 board. Fired up first time without having to flash the BIOS and has been working like a dream now for over a week.
The board is way too expensive but the build quality does match the price. I had a few issues when fitting it to my case - mainly the orientation of the USB3 port on the board has changed and caused me some grief during installation but other than that it was fine.
If you are considering saving a few quid by going with the cheaper Gigabyte Aorus Z490 Master board (like I did initially) then don't. Poor build quality and faulty/bent pins meant that I was returning it within 48 hours of receipt and going back with my tail between my legs to purchase this board. The only reason this board doesn't get 5 stars from me is the price - should be £100 cheaper.

M2 Heatsink Screws Very Difficult To Remove
Worth noting that a number of (if not all of) these motherboards have an issue with an adhesive used on the screws for the heat sink on the lower M2 port. This, coupled with the very small size of the screws, makes it very difficult to remove the heat sink without risking damage to the board. I have seen videos online of people showing this can be “fixed” by heating up the screws using items like soldering irons, but it doesn’t seem worth the risk to the board itself to do. I have owned other models of this board in recent years which have not had this issue, so it seems to be specifically this board. Worth noting for anyone planning to use 2 M2’s in their builds. I’ve also had trouble with the RGB headers on this board, but this doesn’t seem to be as widespread an issue. Other than that, though, it’s a quality product - very fast and runs reasonably cool for what it is.

Not reaching POST if RAM in "wrong" slots
Mine wouldn't even reach POST if I had RAM in slot A1 or A2 (farthest from the CPU), but worked perfectly if I had RAM only in slot B1 or B2; this has been reported online, and has been blamed on anything from bad slots (couldn't see any pins bent) to the board somehow getting warped by putting on the CPU heatsink too tight (and the CPU thus somehow missing one single pin), or even wrong BIOS options (which you can't change unless it gets to POST first)! All my other components immediately worked perfectly with a different ASUS board I got, but that's sadly an inferior one (H370-F) -- I wish this one had worked, but I just had to return it.

Sadly cannot recommend - XMP doesn't work - stock settings instability
I've always been a fan of ASUS hardware and would usually choose them over any competitor. However, this motherboard has been a nightmare. I have two PCs side-by side running the exact same hardware and have now tried 3 of these motherboards, all with issues.
The main issue is system instability. Even while under a light load, the PC can randomly turn off and then restart after a few seconds. I have updated to the latest BIOS version, I have swapped out every piece of hardware in the PC and no improvement. The only thing which has made any difference is disabling processor c-states and ASUS MCE in the BIOS, but even then the issue hasn't completely gone away.
Another issue is that XMP I or II simply don't work. Attempting to use them causes the PC to freeze a few seconds after booting and then turn off. This is a known issue as can be seen from a quick google search.
End result is I have two £1,500 PCs which turn themselves off a few times per day without warning.

Super Motherboard - trust ASUS
Purchased item ASUS ROG Strix Z490-G Gaming (Wi-Fi) Intel Z490 LGA 1200 micro ATX motherboard to pair up with i5 10600k, cooler master hyper 212 black edition. With artic cooling thermal paste MX-4. Took me approx., 2hours to put together, as instructions were not so easy to follow, so ensure to give yourself enough time, I didn’t realise that the m.2 screw and mount were located under the bottom of the board, underneath a cover. Plenty of USB ports and USB-C . The cooling on this board is excellent thanks to its large heatsinks, I have a small case (cooler master FT03) and my average pc temps for CPU is early 30 degrees, air cooled, I’ve not tried any overclocking as its super quick as it is. The Bios features are excellent, and the super-fast Wi-Fi, is a bonus, great price for a great board. My PC was up and running in two hours, with two SSD and one M.2 NVME device, Asus have really done well with this board, the heatsinks and the board with the RGB lighting really look it means business! No issues what so ever!

Ok motherboard, avoid samsunng products with it.
Bit of an unfair review but I will try and be fair. I down graded from an Aorus master, that mother board was brilliant but faulty. anyway Asus Bios are very user friendly compared to gigabyte. You need to upgrade bios straight away stability problems. board is average looking, great rgb settings compared to Aorus. temps on board are fine, ram Oc good after bios update. running i9 9900k at 5hz and ram 16gb at3900mhz stability seems fine after bios update. One Major problems is I cant seem to get my Samsung 970 pro m.2 ssd to work. some times it does and majority of the time doesn't recognise. so avoid if using Samsung products. I had to reinstall windows on different SSD. Motherboard bit pricey for what you get, better off paying extra for maximus.

Used product again sold as new,
Product had no Security Seal on the outside including scuff marks (understand it can happen from moving, stacking etc), also had obvious damage to the box exterior which hadn't even been securely shut, deep scratches on the M2 socket cover. CPU plastic shroud covering the socket had hair and dust on the inside???
Not worth risking a new build on, and waste of time really such a shame.

Perfect for gamers!
This is a fantastic motherboard. Very easy to customise and if you're not an expert at overclocking, this mobo does a fairly decent job for you!
Looks great, with RGB above the I/O shield controlled through either Asus' Aura Sync or Armoury Crate.
I would recommend doing a BIOS update before anything else though.

Excellent gaming motherboard
Excellent motherboard. It offers many features and robustly built. Makes overclocking a breeze with its AI overclock feature. I highly recommend this motherboard over others because it has built in WiFi and lots of slots and ports for extras. ASUS generally offer more than other brands. The lighting is a nice touch with various patterns you can choose from and the ASUS AURA sync works well with other devices and peripherals like keyboard and mouse. One of the great features of this board is that not only it supports the latest 10th gen Intel CPU's but it also has 2 M.2 slot for NVMe SSDs. I found the BIOS quite easy to navigate. Only issue I had was enabling either XMP with a Corsair Vengeance 16GB 3200Mhz so I currently have it running at 2800Mhz!

A well thought out premium motherboard
It's a motherboard and it does its thing well. Two issues I had with it:
- the top M2 slot is placed in such a way that the GPU heats it up. I've put my SSD in the bottom one which solved the problem completely, but be mindful of it if you have two
- it didn't POST half of the time and couldn't complete windows setup with two RAM sticks installed until I've manually enabled XMP2 in BIOS. The behaviour looks like a hardware failure, but if you leave just one stick to boot into BIOS, enable XMP2, and only then add the second stick, it will all be fine.
Other than that it's nice, cool, has a reasonable BIOS and has enough headers (it's very convenient two have two independent chassis headers).

Decent enough
If you use this with a 9900K, be careful that the board doesn't automatically overvolt the CPU with Asus's default CPU over clocking thingy. Very aggressive over volting caused my temp to spike at 105c with a Noctua NH-D15 dual fan + Thermal Grizzly kryonaut! I turned off that stupid feature and now it can run stable at 5 GHz under 85. Otherwise a decent motherboard for the price.

Great MB but there are a few cons
I loved the design and all BUT... why internal USB 3.0 is on the bottom it is a pain to connect it if your case has PSU cover(I use NZXT H700), you have to bend the cable and so on... Secondly, the mini fan's bracket is so tightly screwed in that I was unable to unscrew it so I didnt bother connecting that small fan because I had already left some scuffs on MB. Only 2 USB 2.0 ports..

Awesome Upgrade!
I needed an upgrade from my old Gen i7 to support my new 2080ti and of course didn't want to go with any other brand than Asus's ROG. its been stable as heck to overclock and reliable throughout everything. I dont have any complaint at all about this board. Brilliant, would recommend. Another awesome ROG board

High end Asus top montherbard. Its expenses but you will get what you paid for ' i have not had any issues with overclocking my i9 10900k and evga kingpin 2080 ti , it will push as much your component can give , I look forward to test with rtx 3080 . You can't go wrong with Asus

Excellent For Overclocking
Excellent motherboard to overclock the 10900K, no issues with VRM temperatures and held a stable 5.2GHz overclock with a much lower LLC than previous generations. Also automatically clocks the VCCIO & SA to safer voltages along with adding a 1.35v soft cap to the vcore for safety unless manually turned off.
Plenty of USB ports and room for two m.2 nvme drives which is a bonus. WiFi-AX built in is rock solid and suffered no drops whilst gaming.
Also much happier with the onboard IO LEDs this gen as they stand out much more.
As always the UEFI is personally the best on the market.
Would highly recommend.

Great price and great value for money
Brilliant board. Use this daily for easily 12 hours for my home work (as im isolating at present) and for gaming.
I run all the latest games maxed out no issues.
The bios is ok, its a tad more complicated than some other boards but it does the job.

Solid Motherboard
The Z490-E is easy to install and setup. The BIOS is easy to navigate and overclock with its automatic profiles. My M.2 drive worked great straight away. Built in Wifi is stable.
The board looks great even if getting the aura sync software to work is a bit of a hassle and if you have a lot of fans in your case it can bit a little tight fitting and fiddly getting some of the cables in due to the amount and size of the heatsinks. Minor problems but annoying nonetheless.
I would highly recommend this board to anyone who is interested.

Very Good but not Faultless:
So I had to order two of these MOBO's, the first one came with 2 RAM slots not working and the second is having problems picking up the CPU fan, despite it being plugged in and running. It seems to perform well, I'm no computer expert but using it with an i9 9700k, 32GB Corsair Vengeance RAM and a Quadro RTX 4000 produces good results. I'm happy with the product, but am slightly amazed to see faults in two out of two motherboards that I ordered, despite them costing nearly £250...

Great board overall
To start with, check your BIOS version because mine was quite out of date and so had many issues with my pc (BSOD every few hours). Take all the proper precautions and research when updating. Once updated I have not had an issue. Apart from that it is a fantastic board with all the features I wanted. The interface for the BIOS is great, especially the ai tweaker for overclocking.

Great quality, good looking motherboard
Really great motherboard which I use with an i7 9700K and an RTX 2080 ASUS ROG Strix card. Packaged really well which all the appropriate cables I needed. Very simple to install in my case (Corsair 500D) and looks really good, I/O shield comes pre-mounted which is very useful.
I went for the bluetooth version which works very well with my headphones, no additional work needed there.
It's a very good looking board, with good quality connections and great RGB.

Great board, perform a BIOS update immediately!
I bought the Z390-E version and its great, I love the aesthetics. I haven't had any problems yet (hopefully it stays that way). However, I did get a BSOD randomly when I was working on an Excel document and I performed a bios update (version 602 to 905) and I haven't had a BSOD since, but the motherboard may have not been the problem.

Great item when working.
This motherboard was easy to install into the pc, But had a few issues along the way after installing windows 10 causing black screen of death so did some research and found that as well of having to update BIOS To the latest version there’s a bug with the Armoury crate.
So when prompted to download DONT. Hope this will help anyone else having this issue. So apart from that looks and works great.

Caught fire!!!
Caught on fire from IO (heatsink) instantly. Has broken my I9 10900k, my ram, my cooler, my GPU and my M.2’s all from over voltage.

Easy to Installation
I recently bought this for my new PC build and its the first time I've installed a motherboard in a long time so with it being an easy to install motherboard with preinstall IO shield made it so easy for me.
The UEFI Bios is very easy to understand and set up everything when you first switch on your PC.
Aesthetically I love the RGB lights it brings a cool look to my case at night.
I would recommend it to anyone!

О возможности подключения материнской платы я не должен зацикливайтесь на этом, за исключением отличии от "обычных" Maximus VIII Hero:
- 2 x RGB для Одной LED Stripes, регулируемая RGB подсветка РОГ логотипы
Я бы решил для меня эта материнская плата, даже если это немного дороже.

2. сейчас я приду к моей проблеме я купил main борту у Warehouse Deals и Oackung было трещин уже и CD с драйверами отсутствовал. Главное на борту работает, но процессор не 800Mhz говорит о тактах и intel домене xtu что в idle при 20 градусах thermal throttling уже случилось, cpu core ratio можно так же в биосе не изменить.
Это мой последний вариант почему я действительно в конечном итоге с ПК все пробовал. (Процессор i7-6700K)

После 5 месяцев LAN подключении отказано
Несмотря на множественные на новый пароль Win 10 и заново установить драйвер brich Интернет через LAN порт. Очень nerfigt Играть в режиме реального времени. Кроме того, без LANguard, сильные Мелочи в Wi-Fi.
Другие порты работают также (среди прочего м. 2), я не мог проверить, но все.
