It said gold but it's a old scratched up phone and it's white I want a refund that's hard to get back not a happy camper

So far so great! I was a little hesitate buying a refurbished phone, but I have had zero issues! It runs great, hardly any scratches or scuffs and the 64GB of storage is amazing compared to the 8GB of storage I had on my iPhone 4S. Really glad I found this awesome deal on Black Friday!

Awesome Used Product.. No Flaw except some hazy look on screen when its screen is off.. Outer body dont have a single scratch and phone is running without any issue

The iPhone 5s is a solid phone. I got this in April for my mother since she is familiar with an iPad. It is her first smart phone and she needed a lot of help figuring things out. Luckily, iPhones become second nature quickly and are very reliable. Now she's always texting, uploading photos to Facebook, etc etc. The screen is way too small for me, but was exactly what my mom wanted to start with. I did manage to get her excited for the larger iPhones likely coming out this fall.
The only problems my mom has with this phone are the need to find her glasses to read it and the small keyboard (due to the small screen). She also gave up on the fingerprint access and just types her pin now. At least she is familiar with it now so she can use it for shopping if Apple announces that feature on the next iPhone.

Good iphone battery does not last me even half a day and not use it much 've been to several technical service center and tell me it is manufacturing defect that recommend expect me your answer , as to the rest all good

Just upgraded from my iPhone 5c and I love it! It's definitely the nicest looking phone out there! A nice glass front with diamond chafed edges with aluminum and glass inserts on the back. Very luxurious looking and it feels nice and sturdy in your hands. The Touch ID is AMAZING it works every time (even tried it on my toe lol)! Cameras take amazing pictures and the phone is super fast, and it's the only 64 bit phone (besides the iPhone 6 & 6 Plus). Nicely done Apple on another great phone.

To start with when I took the phone into the store to get it switched with the old one the numbers off of the new box were not good. But when we got the phone out charged it and used the numbers off of it, it worked ok. So at first I was a little heaitant that it was real. It all worked out in the long run though.

Received my new Iphone 5s today and looks used. I bought as new and paid new price for the phone. Box was beaten up, had been opened and re taped. Charged the phone and it had already been setup. Will see how it works but not very happy

There was a scratch on lens and the manufacturer's warranty was only 150 days...hence I returned it.

Works great! I had a 4 and wanted a similar size compared to the 6 so the 5s is perfect. Very fast. Love the new camera.

Phone works fine, but went through the run around to get a SIM card. NO...the phone doesn't come with one. Luckily, I was able to get one from Apple because Sprint doesn't have them to give to customers.

Even dought the iPhone has work propperly I Belive that its a refurbished one from Apple.
The accesories doesnt sim to be brand new and the inside envoloped it is not an original one it didnt even bring the apple stockers all products give.
I recomend the seller

It's good, but not as like new as described in condition like new.
I think described as very good condition is more reasonable because there are some black points in the back of the cellphone and little scratch in the side.
Whatever I'm satisfied with the shopping with the price to get this phone.
